Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I understand that I missed stating / disclosing all claims that had been filed beforeHowever, as I have stated, and primary basis of my complaint, I did not "lie" / "intentionally hide" and due to high amount of travel, I honestly didn't remember what had happened with what airlines after flying in and out for yearsI hope AA realizes that people have other things to remember than "oh wait! I filed a claim with this airline in this year"Also, having forgotten those tiny details, should not in any way authorize AA to decline legitimate claims, those that should have never needed to be filed in the first place if AA had not mis-handled my bag and caused me immense amount of expenseThat is wrong business practice, period ! If this is how any customer is treated, let alone an Executive Platinum guest of yours, we should all be truly questioning possibility of flying AA againThis is honestly shameful Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Since I didn't have the correct paperwork for China I at least wanted to go to Philadelphia (My connecting flight city) since this was supposed to be my vacation and I've never been there and they wouldn't give me that ticket eitherThey say it was because I was upset but I only got upset after they wouldn't at least let me go to PhiladelphiaYes, at that point I got upset that they were just taking my money and giving absolutely nothing in return for no good reasonThere is no reason I shouldn't have been able to take the 1st part of my flight to Philadelphia.I'm hoping this process will resolve this but if not I guess I will have to dispute the transaction with the credit card issuer Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines did not address this issueThey did not refund me the appropriate fees aas an executive member of their airlineAnd they did not apologize nor explain why I, the female, was given less mikes than my male traveling partner for the same inconvenience Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a copy of the same form letter with a lot of corporate blah blah blah that I received from them directlyClearly they put little effort into responding and really don't care Please notice there is NO explanation whatsoever as to why they charge extra for the seat I had, which was EXACTLY the same in every way to the other seats in that area, including LOCATIONThere is no reason at all for them to charge more other than an extremely dishonest, unethical and I might add, successful attempt at defrauding people of an additional sum of moneyYes, they keep getting away with it And there was no explanation as to the reason the flight attendants were working more than twenty hours, or why the tray tables cannot be opened to be used for eating when the person in front is reclining, or why the cabin is so shabby and dirty This airline has become unsafe and unsanitary and shows a lack of honestyLet's not even talk about caring for their passengers.It is necessary that this is documented, as I am doing here, as well as with the other entities, and that people are well aware of this Thank you, [redacted] ***
