Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are saying the same thing over and over. I did not elect to pay for preferred seats, I simply secured seats for my fiancee and I because seats were not assigned to us at the time, and we did not want to miss our flight because my fiancee had to be at work the next morning. AA did not specify in their policy that passengers will be provided seats regardless at the gates. they did not have any info in their website that addressed the issues we had. I need a refund for paying extra for seats that were already paid for. I did not seat in the business or first class. The seats we selected were the same exact seats that we had already paid for. thank you Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines were unwilling to help in the recovery of my back pack left on the airplane with my laptop and many other valuables in itThey could have easily seen on the security cameras whom from their staff took it and follow up with their personnelThis was not a small item that you can easily hide and the fact that it contained valuables for over $3,in it should have prompted more effort on their side Regards, [redacted]
