I am rejecting this response because: As I indicated below I disagree with the settlement being offered My property that was lost was worth a lot more than what is being offered and they are offering me the same amount that was offered years ago! As I explained below, they are not compensating me for the points lost in their Loyalty Programme which I haven't been able to use as this has not been resolved I hope you get the points I am trying to make? I am rejecting this response because:This does not address the reservations that I made in December for August/September travel to Portland for my son's wedding. I
have no confidence that American will get me there on time and I will fly another carrier.Further, my checked bag was supposed to be intercepted in Charlotte and returned on March 3rd. After numerous telephone calls, some of which I have already described, I still do not have my baggage returned. No one seems to know where it is. It made it to Portland. I was told on two different days that the bag would be sent back to DallasBoth days apparently the bag was not put on a plane backThe last person that AA resolution talked to said he remembered the bag but did not "tag" it.I need my bag returned immediately and I need a refund for my December ticket.The AA response is inadequate. It seems that the inability to address issues is pervasive throughout AA

I am rejecting this response because: the problem is with *** airline who has the contract to fly from Florence to CLT under American eaglePiedmont is NOT
updating the plane status and caused me to miss two flights out of CLT that I could have driven to in timeAmerican Airlines can't even get accurate flight status updates from piedmont because peidkknt wants to keep ALL the passengers at Florence airport so the don't drive to Charlotte because that way *** gets to accomplish a flight even if it is hrs late I asked to have someone call me and they did not

rejecting this response because:the message that I received only stated that "the business responded accordingly" however I never received any communication or refund from the companyIf ignoring the complaint completely is "responding accordingly" then I will urge everyone in the *** *** *** ***, the I*** *** car club, and all the members of the *** *** car club to ignore American Airlines when they have to travel.
