I am rejecting this response because: The American Airline representative was the one who told me that I could get reimbursed if I had to rent a car to get to my training in Lincoln NB on time next morning by 8amI did not make my own decision without checking with the AA rep, which I did. I can resolve this with $the minimum; I do not know how much they are crediting, but whatever the difference if they could refund, that would resolve this. I know they are not a dinky little company who will NOT bankrupt to refund this money; I do not feel it is right for them to drag this this long and still fooling around with the amount; I had to spend almost $1,(including my insurance that got raised because of this trip); they could not refund 1/of it???! Totally unacceptable. I will do anything everything possible not to continue business with AA after this kind of unpleasant experience unless they would make up, up to 1/of expense I had to spend. It was because of the plane mechanical issue we had to get off per the pilot's announcement; the AA Rep told me that I could get the refund for the rental car, and you turned around and fooled around this long???! Totally pathetic. Pls refund $250; then, we can settle this. THX!Thank you in advance for your help! THX!

year I’ve sent your company documents of BOTH transactions and it is not fair to take care of a portion of your duty and claim it’s all been taken care of Until all my entitled travel miles are credited to my account, then this case is not resolved
