rejecting this response because nothing was done on this matterI was informed I missed a deadline, but I thought it was alright to take my time to gather the evidence since I was already working with a customer service representative from American AirlinesI am never working with this horrible company anymoreFrom now on, my family will drive to Atlanta to flight with *** insteadThe company deserves to be out of business AGAIN and never come back

I am rejecting this response because: American Airlines still hasn't answered the
question why we would have received a return flight scheduled from their agent at StLouis Lambert airport on 10/11/that shows our return flight leaving Montego Bay at 4:36pmThey can't keeping placing the blame on the travel agency when the information came from themPlease answer how this happened if flight schedule was supposedly changed in July?

I am rejecting this response because: I wrote this complaint on 12/17/and I am finally receiving a response from American Airlines more than a year laterThis late of a response from a complaint over a year ago shows that AA does not value their customers personal belongings or timeAlthough the AA rep apologized that is not sufficient to the amount of pain and suffering I endured to walk around a busy city as New York and airport with a permanently damaged bag. I still remember the amount of inconvenience I experienced while in New York and the flight home trying to pull the bag aroundIf I could provide AA with the documentation I would have been more than happy to send it a long time agoSince the luggage purchase was made several years ago it is impossible to provide the necessary paperworkFurthermore, my bank does not allow me to go back that farOn the other hand, since AA damaged my luggage and are unwilling to provide any type of refund or accommodation for my troubles shows their lack of customer service and compassion towards their customer's itemsI have been a passenger of AA for a while now and their replies to my complaints just further shows that my voice is repeatedly being ignoredI am permanently stuck with damaged luggage by their employeesInstead of AA requiring their customers to provide receipts, they should hold training courses for their employees to handle bags with more care. I can only hope that after this message that they do not do this to their other passengers

I am rejecting this response because:American Airlines customer service stated that a refund would be given via telephone. Same customer service representative cancelled
passenger on the flight. If passenger were change his mind, he could not board the flight. Essentially, American Airline stole $from a nonprofit organization
