I am rejecting this response because:I received their "response" before even filing with the Revdex.com, and I filed a complaint because their response was inadequate and did not provide an acknowledgment of their wrongdoing nor an adequate solutionIt shrugged off blame, and made me (the customer) feel at fault for their awful service and response to service. In addition, their response to the Revdex.com comes over a year later, and also provides no real accountability or resolution. American does NOT care about providing great service for customers nor rectifying their shortcomings. That should be on record for all patrons to know.

This was 1/years ago I never received that response that they sent you dated in This was not weather related or an act of god This was a schedule where we were suppose to get to a destination at a certain time and then they changed it to where there was an overnight layover in Miami, which then cost me a one night hotel room and rental car Expenses I wasn’t expecting when I originally booked the trip American Airlines has the WORSE customer service because they are an empire and monopolize the airways Regards,

The first and second legs of my flight were disruptedIn AAs response they acknowledge that they gave me credit for my first flight but not for the second one which ended with me being stuck in miami for several days with my ill motherThis happened two years ago and now they are reaching out again without an actual response
