rejecting this response because: the response I received from American Airlines was completely inadequate. You ruined two of my flights and your response was to give me miles that weren't even sufficient enough for a single one way flight. This was your airline's fault for losing my bag, causing my delay, and making an inaccurate promise that I would make my next flight.

I am rejecting this response because:they did contact me but only made excuses and said they were handling matters internally with no plans or ability to follow up with me. They also said that they did not owe me...

any sort of reimbursement or severance even though I had a beer dumped on me and had to deal with the discomfort of an overly drunk neighbor passenger who was disruptive and despite his drunkenness, continued to be served multiple drinks at a time by the flight attendants. It is a cop out by American Airlines to offer to useful apology. Passengers were tormented by this man, a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by this man, and all of it could have been avoided if the flight attendants had not been negligent of their duties.

called me and gave me two vouchers for $200 each. Not quite the cash back I wanted, but it is a nice gesture :)   I am thankful for the Revdex.com because when I let them know I had filed a complaint with you, they finally took me seriously.

I am rejecting this response because AA just continues to re-send the text of their unsatisfactory resolution from 2015. I’m not going to change my mind that the original compensation was adequate. So unless AA would like to change that, you can just mark me down as permanently unsatisfied with the “resolution” to this issue.
