Hello!   I couldn't locate a place to respond on the complaint I filed.   Since the time of filing the complaint, AA has...

called me and gave me two vouchers for $200 each. Not quite the cash back I wanted, but it is a nice gesture :)   I am thankful for the Revdex.com because when I let them know I had filed a complaint with you, they finally took me seriously.

I am rejecting this response because: The business hasn’t even addressed my concerns with the complaint because I did NOT purchase the priority boarding, I never wanted priority...

and there was an error in the system. Their response is the same generic message they originally sent me that’s why I contacted Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because they did not address my complaint. They refused to acknowledge any error on my part and I was forced to pay hundreds of dollars more despite an error on their part.

rejecting this response because: The company refunded the cost of the flight they did not place me on, but I was not reimbursed for the $500 taxi ride to my destination. As I mentioned in my original complaint, the staff at the help desk were dismissive and told me I was booked on an am flight although they refused to provide a hotel for the night. When I arrived by cab to my destination I was told they never booked the flight.

could of easily reached again the status this year but after this story I decided to switch programs (I already flew about 11,000 miles with another carrier and purchased a ticket for another 7000 in December, so if I would of flown with American I would of earned platinum status again)
