Thank you for attempting to achieve a resolution to my complaint.  On 3-1-2016 I talked to [redacted] at Archival Photo Pages and he stated that they shipped my order, but he could not give me a tracking number for the shipment nor has a tracking number been emailed to me.  He asked that I wait one week for my order to arrive.  So I will have to wait until next week to see if I receive my order.  [redacted] also gave me the names of [redacted] and [redacted] to contact regarding this issue.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and will have to wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I will accept this if I do receive my order and it was shipped on April 3rd.  I have been told before by this company my order will be shipped, but it was not.  No one informed me there would be any sort of delay for any reason.   I  will let you know right away if I do receive this order .  Until then, I will have to take and wait and see attitude.  Thank you for your help.  I will be in touch.

am so sorry for the delays again and the lack of communication.  We have
purchased the factory and it has delayed order delivery during the
transition.  We now have our raw materials in house and are making
products and shipping orders, including long overdue...

orders. 
I will make sure your order is resent to the factory for immediate processing
and again I am sorry your order got caught up in what we thought would be a
smooth transition.  Needless to say it has not been, but is fixed now and
finally running smoothly.

On February 3rd, 2016, I sent in an order for two items; ever since then I have been waiting for them, but whenever I call to find out why there is a delay I get nothing but polite excuses. I've spoken to at least three people and each one makes a different excuse and promises I will get the package by a certain date, but so far nothing! I just sent an e-mail request today to return my money. There may be legitimate reasons for the delays, but I am tired of waiting.

My complaint is ID[redacted]. In rejecting the offer by Archival-Closeout Connections; I have rec'd a credit on my charge card for $26.88 on my next statement. Before calling my Mastercard at [redacted] I called Archival 3 times this a.m. and The phone service was temporarily unavailable. Their promise to ship my order is dubious, considering the 3-4 times they said it had been sent. Their employee was [redacted]. She also assured me the order would not be chgd. until shipped and yet the $26.88 was chgd. to my acct. May 4; one day after placing the order.
