Review: Order placed around first of July. Numerous phone calls placed in August about non-delivery of products ordered. Most calls were picked up by answering service. Left message, no call backs. Conversations with only two people. First one put me on hold. Held for about 20 minutes, never came back to phone. The only other person was a female who said they have business problems, however order with be shipped in two days and would email me confirmation. That was on August 28, 2014 at 4:40 p.m. eastern time. Have called since, but no live person to talk with. No products delivered.Desired Settlement: Credit car refund

Review: On November 23, 2014 I ordered 4 [redacted]-Royal Blue in the amount of $23.88 they added postage in the amount of $9.97 for a total of $33.85. They immediately charged my credit card but as of this date I have not received the product. I have called twice and have been told the system is down and they would call when it was up to date no call. I have since tried to call only to receive a busy signal.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of my money in the amount of $33.85 due to not receiving my albums.

On July 1, 2014, I mailed a check for $105.73 to the Archival Photo Pages (archivalphotopages.com) for an order of photo sleeves and albums. The check was cashed on July 10, 2014, but I have not yet received the merchandise. I have called numerous times, leaving my name, number and order number: [redacted] but they never call me back. I was able to get someeone live once in early August (that is when I found out the order number) and they said the shipment would go out the week of August 18. Review: On April 23, 2014 the company cashed a check sent to them for a product ordered by me. I have never received the product and numerous phone calls to the telephone number of the company have gone unaswered. On two occasions my call was answered and I was told by the representative that they would look into the matter. I was told the company was having production problems and they would look into my complaint and get back with me. No one has ever called me back with an answer as to when I could expect to receive the product I ordered, photo albums and added pages. I also wrote a letter to the company at the address listed, detailing my complaint about not receiving what I had ordered. No response was ever received from the company.Desired Settlement: Receive the product or return the money.

Review: ON MAY 1, 2014 I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PHOTO PAGES TO THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED

THE PRODUCT NOW FOR OVER TWO MONTHS. THEIR PHONE SERVICE FAILS TO GIVE A LIVE ANSWER

AND THE MESSAGE LINE DOES NOT PROVIDE AN ANSWER BACK AFTER SEVERAL MESSAGES LEFT THEM.

I SEE THAT THIS COMPANY HAD NUMEROUS LIKE COMPLAINTS REGISTERED ON THE Revdex.com WEBSITEDesired Settlement: I SEE THAT ON THE Revdex.com WEBSITE, CUSTOMERS RECIEVED REFUND CHECKS ONLY TO HAVE THEM BOUNCED BY THEIR BANKS.

I WANT EITHER A CREDIT CARD REFUND OR A CASHEIRS CHECK OR CERTIFIED CHECK.

LASTLY, IF THE COMPANY RESPONDS, I WILL ACCEPT THE ENTIRE PRODUCT PURCHASE SENT TO ME IMMEDIATELY.

Review: On Jan 31, 2014 I ordered two Ivory Binders and two packages of photo pages. I was told at the time of ordering it would be a few days because imprinting was involved. My credit card was debited $97.79 on Feb 4. By mid Feb I had not received my order. I began calling and was told it was being processed. This went on for several weeks. There was promise after promise. Lie after lie. Often when contacting by phone or on line chat, often times this went on for half hour or more. Sometimes I was told no one can take your call now. Leave a message. I did and no one returned my calls. This back and forth went on until March 10/11 when I threatened and said I must have my order by Friday March 14th for a party gift. They did send it; however, the binders were not Ivory but an ugly brown. The lettering was not imprinted gold, but ugly stick on letters that were placed crooked. Of course, I called and did online chat and was promised the correct binders the next week. Nothing happened. Several more calls and on line chats (on which they hung up on me)and more promises but no response and no products. On Wednesday I threatened with Revdex.com and others, still nothing. The operator on the phone and on line chat promised me that [redacted] and [redacted] (supposed Owner) would call me back. Nothing. I did determine that the "factory" was in Tijuana and a "decorator" was doing the lettering. I also told them I needed the binders by this Saturday, March 21. To date I have heard nothing. I don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: I want the correct, imprinted binders perfectly done. I want a full refund of the $97.79 and an additional $100 for all the time I have spent on phone calls, and on line chat.

What I received was the photo album and two sets of archival photo pages that I did not order and did not want (Light-Weight Archival Photo Page Holds 4 - 4" x 6" - Narrow Horizontal (25/Pack) Item Number: [redacted]).

The pages I ordered each hold 6 4x6 photos. The pages I received each hold 4 4x6 photos.

I called them the day the order arrived and got a taped message that said they would contact me within 48 hours. They did not. I also emailed them 3 times over the last two weeks and each time I got a form email saying they would contact me with 24 hours. They did not.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send me the pages I ordered and tell me how to return the pages they sent in error. I expect them to pay the shipping on the return since they sent the wrong product.

I made a complaint against a company a couple of years ago and they finally made good on my order. I promised them I would update the complaint when they made good. Since my login is no longer valid I was told that you could take care of it for me. It has been resolved in my eyes. Thanks [redacted].

Review: On April 30, 2014 we placed an order with Archival Photo Pages. Invoice # 4207 for $59.37. We ordered two albums (BND001) that came with (2) 25packages of photo pages each. We received two albums and only 25 photo pages. The albums they sent were the incorrect color – On May 13th I did a live chat and was told to send back the wrong albums and that they would send the correct albums to us in June. Never received them. It is the middle of July, we still have not received our order. I keep trying to either talk by phone or live chat over the internet and continue to find that my only avenue of communication is email which has not been successfulDesired Settlement: The delivery of the items I ordered and if that is impossible a credit to my account

Review: I have ordered a product , sent a money order & never received the product. They waited until the last day for the money order to cash it. I have called repeatedly & left my number & never returned my call. I have also talked online to a representative & have a copy of the so-called conversion where the representative just sat there & said they had no record of my order. I also have a copy of the signed money order. I even reorder & sent them a copy of the money order & still have no response. I am out of $50.94 for the order & $6.10 for the tracer on the money order.

Review: Ordered business card address book in early January. My credit card was charged $52.91 on 1/15/14. After waiting several months for the item, I was told it was still back-ordered. I cancelled the order and was told I would receive a refund check. I finally received a refund check dated 3/31/14 and deposited the check in my account. I received a notice from my bank on 4/22/14 stating there was insufficient funds to cover this check and my bank also charged me a $7.00 processing fee.Desired Settlement: Receive refund for merchandise that was never received. I would accept a postal money order.

My check # 1352 for $89.60 dated June 30, 2014, was cashed before August 8, 2014. (I apparently added wrong, but there was more than enough to cover the cost.)

Telephone conversation with Customer Service was held in mid-August. I was told items were arriving at facility and would be shipped to me about August 23, 2014. Since nothing had arrived by September 8, 2014, I called almost daily for the month of September. Each time I called, I was greeted with a recording to leave my name and number and someone would return my call. No one has ever contacted me either by telephone or letter. Nothing as arrived as of today, October 22, 2014.

Since the items have never arrived, I would like my money back.

How do I proceed?

Review: I placed an order in early June for photo pages and as of today (October 2, 2014) I have not received the items ordered. I have called multiple times and either had to leave a message that was never returned or was told the order would be shipped within a week but it never was. No one ever called be about the order and I have never received it or any notification about a back order or later shipment.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded so I can purchase the photo pages from someone else.

Review: On 7/14/2014, I ordered several items online from a catalog sent by mail to me from this company. My credit card was charged for $85.61 on 7/16. Failing to receive these products, on 8/14 I made an inquiry online and was promised a call within 24 hours. I received a call on 8/17 from a man who said they were still missing one item from my order but would go ahead and send the others ASAP. On 8/30, I made a second online inquiry, same promise, but no call this time. In this inquiry, I mentioned that I had checked the Revdex.com website, found 59 complaints for exactly the same problem, and said that I would also file a complaint unless they contacted me. As of this date, I have received no products or contact by phone or online. Today I ordered the same products from a different company I located online and no longer need this delivery. Since this problem involved a catalog sent through the mail to a different state, I may also report this company to the U.S. Postal Service.Desired Settlement: All I want now is an immediate refund to the credit card number they charged for the full $85.61.

Review: Merchandise ordered June 28, 2014. Promised immediate delivery. Many phone calls, which many times took 2 weeks to respond with return phone call as when the merchandise would arrive. Merchandise was sent after August 1st. Had sent a e-mail July 21st that UPS delivery would be coming July 29th, In checking with UPS found that the merchandise had not even been ordered to be picked up. Phone calls again. Yes, would be getting it out- a delay due to being very overwhelmed. The merchandise did arrive August 7th, but had someone else's order with my order, plus the plastic sleeves that were ordered were not included. Called the company and they said that they would send the sleeves, plus would send UPS stickers to send the merchandise back to the company that was not my order. As of August 21 2014 no merchandise and company has not returned calls.Desired Settlement: Just want the merchandise as we have paid by credit card for this and charged the credit card a week before merchandise sent.

Review: Items ordered by mail have not been delivered; vendor does not respond to most contact attempts.

Two photo albums (Venetian, brown, VA00105) and two sets of sheet lifters (white, PL00101) were ordered by mail 1-APR-2014 after an internet chat session indicated that the items were in stock. My personal check for $47.85 was cashed and posted against my account 23-APR. In an internet chat session on 17-APR the vendor claimed that the items would be shipped on 20 or 21-APR. In subsequent e-mails of 21-MAY and 29-MAY the vendor claimed that the items would be shipped "next week." There was no response to e-mails of 16-JUN or 25-JUN. The phone ###-###-#### appears to be unattended.

Your assistance would be most welcome and appreciated.

Review: I placed an online order with Archival Albums and Photo Pages on Nov. 16, 2014. They charged my credit card on the 20th, but never sent the order. I called them around Dec. 17th, was told the photo pages were on back order and would ship shortly. I e-mailed them Dec. 29th, same thing, they are on back order. Waited until Jan. 18th, 2 months after the order, and received the same response, the photo pages are backordered. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. They said they would forward my request to bookkeeping for review. It's now Feb. 1st, and I haven't heard anything from them, or received a refund. I'm very frustrated, and don't believe I'll ever get my money back. I've since ordered from Century Photo, received my order within a week, and they didn't charge my credit card until well AFTER my order shipped.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!!! I don't think they ever had any intention of sending the order, I believe they thought I'd forget. They charged my card 4 days after placing the order!! They charged me 31.79, which I realize isn't an enormous amount of money, but it's the principle that they charged it and never sent the order. They are not very personable when you call or e-mail, I never heard an apology once. They make me feel like it's my fault they didn't send it. I want a refund!!

Review: I ordered products from this company on 10/9/14. My credit card was charged on 10/10/14. I did not receive my shipment (order number [redacted]) by late October and called. A person picked up and said they would check on the shipment and call back--which they never did. I also e-mailed, and they e-mailed back and said they didn't know why the order had not shipped, and would check with the warehouse manager. Review: I have frequently contacted this company. First, regarding the processing of my order. Then I was told items were not in stock (2 weeks after they credited my charge card). Then, I was told I could cancel the order --which I did. Still another week later, I do not have these charges reversed. Review: I placed an order with this company in July 2014. I have not received anything I ordered from them.
