Review: Made an order on 4/1/2014. Problem started with the first phone call I made on 5/2/2014 to check on my order. Was given typical delay tactics with " having production problems." or " new accounting program," or " let me take your name & number and give this to my supervisor.".... I have sent e-mails, left over 21 phone messages. I was able to talk with a "[redacted]" on 2/3/2015 who proceeded to tell me that she doesn't show any request for a refund from me- asked "when did I make this request?" Then she put me on hold to supposedly speak to her supervisor and after 57 minutes I finally hung up! I even sent a letter stating my situation and that I was requesting a refund. To NO AVAIL!!! I feel like I am being scammed! I would prefer the product, but now I just want my money back.I have also contacted the FTC.Desired Settlement: It would be nice if they not only offered a portion of my order along with my money refunded as a "show of good faith" in their business practices.But I would be satisfied with an apology letter AND MY MONEY REFUNDED.

Review: Ordered items on November 24th; have never arrived. Nevertheless, payment for the items has been taken out of my account. Have tried contacting business numerous times by email and by telephone. Both mention that I will be contacted within 24 hours, and I have never been contacted.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money back. And not in a check that can't be cashed--cashier's check, please.

Review: On October 19, 2014, I ordered various archival photo pages. I received an order confirmation via email and my credit card was charged $184.58 on October 20. Since that time, I have not heard from the company, nor have I been able to reach them. I started calling their customer service line daily in mid-November and was never able to reach a live person. finally left a voice mail message on November 14, but no one has returned my call. I sent an email inquiring about my order on November 19 and received a bounceback message from their mails server that said "user is over quota." I then received an auto-reply that said someone would contact me within 24 hours. Needless to say, I am still waiting for contact. The lack of information and contact is unacceptable. Since they have not delivered the merchandise I have already paid for and they have set up firewalls to communication, they clearly have no intention of fulfilling my order.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $184.58. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and I want the company not to fight the chargeback.

Review: I ordered photo pages from this company on February 18, 2014. I phoned twice and was told I would be put on their priority list, the information was entered late. I went to the web site to complain, they encouraged me to phone them, when I phoned they told me to go to the web site. I would like to receive my $132.70 worth of merchandise. Review: On 2/6/14 I ordered through internet 3 album kits which included 50 album pages for each. In addition, I ordered two combination packages for smaller size photos. After almost two months of inquiries with and only two return calls, we finally got a confirmed delivery date. The box came last Thurs,3/20 but only contained the photo pages which are useless without the albums. The packing slip inside the box listed 3 albums but THEY WERE NOT IN THE BOX! I have called and get only "someone will call you"recorded. I have e-mailed and response was I would receive a reply within 24 hours which did not happen. When they took my order, they charged my credit card in full but I do not have all the order.Desired Settlement: I want the albums immediately. If they cannot do that, I want a full refund--and a free return postage process to return pages.

Review: 3/30/2014 I placed order and paid $32.89 via paypal and received email confirmation from Archival Photo Pages. Early May 2014 I called customer svc (1-877-814-2554) due to no delivery of order and was advised they could only "partial ship" due to not all items in stock. I advised to ship what they had. 7/30/2014 [redacted]" advised that she would arrange for the order to ship, there was a delay due to the warehouse being moved. 8/12/2014 I was left on hold from 5:50pm until the call center closed at 6:00 pm est. Later August 2014 left a message through the website (www.archivalphotopages.com) requesting refund due to no delivery of order. 8/24/2014 I filed an email dispute with PayPal, but it was advised 8/25/2014 that it could no longer be disputed via PayPal due to over 45 days. 8/27/2014 "[redacted]" advised that a refund would be issued to my "card". 9/9/2014 left a message that I wanted my refund. I have received no refund or email that one would be processed to date.Desired Settlement: Since it appears Archival Photo Pages cannot or will not ship the order I am interested in a refund.

Review: I ordered merchandise from Archival in June 27, 2014 and have not received the products. The company has charged my credit card $76.82. I have made numerous calls at least 11, and have been given the run around as to why the order has not been shipped to me. The last six calls were never answered, I was directed to the answering machine. The instruction given was leave your number and Archival would return your call in the next 24/48 hours. That has never happened!The product, photo pages and the address book are excellent products. According to the people answering the phone they are the manufacturer of these items.Desired Settlement: I would very much like the merchandise I have ordered and PAID for! However, if Archival will never send the products then for heavens sake return my money.

Review: I sumbitted an order to this company in February 2014 for some photo pages and albumns, along with my check for full payment of $59.79. The check was cashed on February 13, 2014. I started contacting them in April in their on-line chat rooms and was always promised the shipment was going out. On May 13, 2014 they actually gave me a UPS number for shipment,[redacted]. This was a goodUPS number issued 4/24/14, but the packagage was never received to ship vis UPS.

At one time, I was told that the owner was going to the shipping plantto straighten things out and all the orders would be going out. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my $59.79 refunded.

Review: Order placed 6/18/14 for $30.78 and paid with credit card which paid on 6/25/14. Have never received photo pages or sheet lifters ordered and have placed multiple calls over past eight months. I have either been promised that my order "will arrive next week" or most often, never received a response at all. The cost of the items is insignificant; the principle of the matter regarding this incident is major.Desired Settlement: If the items are indeed not available, a refund should be the understood recourse.

Review: For 3 months have had an order paid for but never delivered. As many as 15 calls have said it will come but it hasn't and probably never will. Was on back order after back order. Got [redacted] himself, described as "the head guy" to enter in a packing slip and items. Please wait ""4-5 days" till shipped. After 6 days called and was told one or 2 more days. After 3 days was told will check with warehouse, put on "hold" and was mysteriously disconnected. Phone rings now but no answer. This is I guess as another company told me, a fraudulent operation. Review: never recieved product called many times and very hard to get a hold of someone and when I do the always have different stories ,finally after 3 months asked for my money back 3times they told me superviser would call back then I talked to [redacted] and said they will mail me a check conf. no [redacted] after 3weeks did not recieve so I called and talked to someone else and they said there was no record of this so I asked to speak to a superviser and he said they will call back in 1 hour never did called back and they said there lines where down ,now they will not answer. my chk. no [redacted] in the amount of 105.73 was withdrawn from my account 2 weeks after I sent it around 1week of oct. 2014Desired Settlement: return my money

Review: I placed an order by on July 25, 2014. The order number is #[redacted]. I was told delivery would be in 10 to 14 days. The cost was charged to my mastercard on 7/25 and paid. I have called several times and always get a computer message to leave my number and they will return my call, which they never have.

Review: I ordered merchandise worth $102.97 on July 9, 2014. Its been 3 months now and I never received the items. I called several times and customer service said that merchandise will be mailed in 8 weeks. I called again today (October 21, 2014) and no response just a recording. I want my money back. PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

On February 3rd, 2016, I sent in an order for two items; ever since then I have been waiting for them, but whenever I call to find out why there is a delay I get nothing but polite excuses. I've spoken to at least three people and each one makes a different excuse and promises I will get the package by a certain date, but so far nothing! I just sent an e-mail request today to return my money. There may be legitimate reasons for the delays, but I am tired of waiting.
