[redacted].  I trust that the paid for order will be shipped within the next couple of weeks.

I filed a complaint against Archival Photo Pages. I saw...

they said the refund was being processed so I waited to see if I received it before responding within the 7 allotted days.  My mother has been in intensive care in critical condition the past 2 days so I was unable to let you know that, as I suspected, I have not received my refund.  is there a way to reopen the complaint so this can be noted.  The ID number is ID [redacted].  My original complaint is copied below.  Thank you.

my issue with Archival Photo Pages to my satisfaction I hope. I received order after 2 years but was billed at first for it. Now they say they will honor their word of letting me have my order for free as long as I close my case file. Please close my case file with the understanding that Archival Photo Pages has cleared my account of any charges and will not proceed to get any money from me. I am satisfied with this result as long as I have no other dealings with this company. I urge anyone who deals with them to get start proceeding with your credit card company to get your money back if your order is not received in 2 months. Thank You [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I went to the UPS.com site and keyed in the tracking number which was created on April 18, 2016 and has never been picked up, once again it is only a stall tactic that I have dealt with since January 3, 2016 and I am finished with them.  I want my money refunded because they have failed to hold up any of their promises.  Don't you think that if I was told it was shipped in January, February, March or April for that matter; I would have received it by now?  I didn't because it was NEVER shipped and I really believe I will never see my refund because of all the broken promises prior.  I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!!!!!

am so sorry for the delays again and the lack of communication.  We have
purchased the factory and it has delayed order delivery during the
transition.  We now have our raw materials in house and are making
products and shipping orders, including long overdue orders.

I agreed that the complaint would be resolved if I got the refund I asked for and that the company said it would provide.  It has been over a month since they were contacted by the Revdex.com, and I have yet to receive my refund.  I just want my money back.

We are relatively new at sales and marketing as we have been a manufacturer for a very long time.  Our records show that the error occurred in processing the order and a dispute was made at the merchant account level.  We assumed a charge back would occur.  When we realized this did...

not happen we sent a check for $421.12 which cleared on February 10th.

I received an e-mail from them a few days ago after my original complaint to the Revdex.com and they said they would have it resolved within 72 hours. It has been 7 days now and still nothing. It seems this company continues to put their customers last and apparently continue to lie about any settlements. By their own actions they have shown that they cannot be trusted. The full weight of the Revdex.com should come down on this company and the owner.

I placed my order totaling $68.88 on 4/15/16. My credit card was charged the same day. In response to my 5/2/16 inquiry as to the status of my order I was promised receipt of product within 15 days and provided a UPS tracking number with a issue date of 4/18/16. The tracking number showed nothing had actually shipped so on 5/3/16 and again on 5/6/16 I requested the order be cancelled and a refund be made. The responses I received were virtually the same as that provided the Revdex.com: they had internal problems and the order will ship soon. Additionally they told me on 5/6/16 that my order could not be cancelled because it was packaged and ready to be shipped. They have had my money for nearly two months and I still have not received product or a refund. I have been lied to and given the run around and am ready to refer this matter to the California and Arizona State Attorney Generals.
