I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Last week I received one package of two ordered.  The one ordered was not the item I ordered.  I ordered archival non-glare top loading sheet protectors.  What I received was Avery top loading protectors that were definitely non-archival and shiny.  My order was placed February 12 and it still has not been fulfilled.  I don't expect to receive the items I ordered, or a refund and I do not expect that the Revdex.com will be able to resolve this aspect of my complaint.  I sent the email because I was unable completed the complaint process about this company on your website.  I am not sure why the website locked up, but I was unable to complete the process, so I decided to send you an email.  This business is disorganized and shoddy at best.  I use on-line ordered regularly . . . at least twice a week.  The longest I have waited for any item was three weeks and that was because it came from England.  That company sent me confirmation email immediately and estimated a 2 month delay in shipping.  The item arrived three weeks later.  In every case that I have not been satisfied with an item I received, the company has either accepted the return and refunded my money or replaced it with an acceptable item.  I sent the email merely because I wanted some way to let others know not to do business with this company.  Had I looked them up on the Revdex.com before I sent the order, I would have seen the complaints lodged against them and simply would have chosen a different vendor.

This was a very complicated order with tight delivery dates due to a discontinuation of a specific color by our raw material supplier.  Our company spent significant efforts to send a replacement product to her before an event.  She seemed satisfied as we...

spent hours on the phone with her explaining the issues at hand.
 
We are now trying to source the specific color she wants and she continues to pound the company with phone calls and erroneous communication with her disstisfaction.
 
We are comfortatble trying to source the specific color material for one more week or providng a 100% refund.

Nature of Complaint:
Delivery Issues - The non-delivery of products
Problem:
Ordered products totaling $126.94 on 2/18/14 and still have not received items. Submitted several contact customer service emails and always received emails back stating they have inventory issues. The following email is what I received back on June 12 -"As you know we have had a slight inventory issue, which at this point seems to be resolved. We are know experiencing a slight delay getting the orders out. They have started to finish packing them Tues and they should all be with UPS by the beginning of next week, maybe even tomorrow. Once we get caught up hopefully things will start to flow smoothly. Once again my apologies. PLease check with UPS by Monday or Tues and you should have an estimated delivery date." This was bogus and I still have never received anything!!! I triy calling and either get the answering machine or a person who says the systems are down and he can't check on my order ( which is order #[redacted]).

I reject the response from the company as they also have told me several times that they are resolving the issue, yet, nothing has happened. I received an e-mail from them a few days ago after my original complaint to the Revdex.com and they said they would have it resolved within 72 hours. It has been 7 days now and still nothing. It seems this company continues to put their customers last and apparently continue to lie about any settlements. By their own actions they have shown that they cannot be trusted. The full weight of the Revdex.com should come down on this company and the owner. Thanks

The response that Mr. [redacted] gave is not the question.  I did receive my order in two parts.  However after receiving those two packages two of the binders within that order had fallen apart due to poor quality.  "When I notified the company in question. they indicated they would send replacements for those two binders.  When I called them on 4/18/14 to find out when I would receive them, I was told the two replacements had shipped on 4/8/14.  This now is 5/4/14 and I have not received them.  Please keep in mind this original order was placed last year and I have two binders I can't use and the two replacements have not arrived.  Their customer service leaves something to be desired, as their promises on the original order as far as date shipped were inaccurate.  Before retirement I was Supervisor of
Shipping and receiving with the company I worked for.  I know if a package is shipped from California to Florida via UPS it takes 7 business days to complete.  If the replacement shipped on 4/8 as they stated, it should have arrived on 4/15.  I do not yet have them.
