Review: On 2/24/14, I ordered three types of photo pages - the order confirmation number was 2163. Two of the three items were received on 4/4/14, invoice #[redacted] dated 3/23/14.

On 4/22 I asked when the third item, the over-sized military pages, stock number #[redacted], would be received.

On 4/28/14 I received an e-mail from [redacted]) saying the over-sized pages were due to be available on 4/29.

On 5/28 I e-mailed [redacted] asking when the order would be completed. There was no response to my e-mail.

On 7/6, using the company's on-line form, I asked when the rest of the order would be shipped, and if the order could not be shipped that week, to cancel the order and return my money. There was no response to my on-line query.

My credit card was charged in February for the entire order.Desired Settlement: If they cannot immediately ship the over-sized military pages, stock number [redacted], I would like a refund of the $6.97 cost either as a credit card credit or a bank-issued or a USPS money order.

Review: I ordered three photo albums on 2/28/2015 and the charge of $66.88 was processed on 3/1/2015. To date there has been no delivery nor any indication of when a delivery might be made. I have tried, each work day to call their [redacted] # and it just clicks off, not even a ring to leave a message. Their on line live support is chat is always offline, thus I can not get in touch with the company, if it even exits anymore.

Can the Revdex.com help?Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the photo books, but if not available then a credit card refund is due.

Review: On 12/09/2014 after receiving a mailer catalog from archivalphotopages, I decided to place an order for some photo page via their website (aarchivalphotopages.com)

I made payment via their website ( [redacted] $55.91) to this date I have not received my order.

Review: I placed an order Jan. 26, 2014 for items - totally $90.82

I was told items were not available so I asked for a refund and a cancellation of my order. I received a check (Wells Fargo #[redacted]) dated March 27, 2014.

The check was "non-negotiable".

I called Archival Photos on May 5, June 24, July 23, Aug. 5. Each time I have called, I have been told that a new check will be sent to me.

I have had contact with [redacted] and Abigail.

Aug. 12, 2014- I have not received a check.Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $90.92 plus the $10.00 I was charged from my bank for the "non-negotiable check" sent to me in March by Archival Photos.

Review: On 8/16/14 ordered products enclosing check to cover cost. Check cleared my bank 8/25/14. Called 11/12/14 and left message. Did not get a return call and called back and talked to [redacted]. He said management would call back. No call back. Called 11/19/14 and was told "products are in and will be shipped before the end of the month." Called 12/17/14, left message, no one called back. Called again later and talked to [redacted] He said had some problems with shipping, but will be shipped this week and I will have products within 10 days. I told [redacted] that if I did not have my order within 10 days I would take action.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be shipped immediately since they say they have the products.

Review: I ordered 1 personalized photo album and pages in February via phone after receiving a catalog from the company. My credit card charge was recorded 2/5/2014. The album was to be sent to a friend in New Jersey. I have contacted the company via a "chat room" several times because of the delay in my friend's receiving the album. One person (the "operator" in the chat room) told me that it was in the personalization factory, another told me that it had been sent, another that it was delived to a porch in Macon, Ga on 2/25 and the problem would be remedied. The call in which I was told that it was in the personalization factory was AFTER the aggeged delivery date to GA. The last person that I chatted with gave me her personal e-mail so that "I would be dealing with the same person". My last chat with her was about 3 weeks ago and she told me that they finally had a personalization machine in the main shop and the album would be sent the next day. Subsequent tries to get her to respond to my e-mails have failed and my friend still has not received the album. Something is terribly amiss at this company; I'm beginning to question its legitamacy. The exact dates of my contact with the company are approximate. Unfortunately, I did not make a note of the dates as I usually do.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I ordered sent to my friend now. I would also like the business to be investigated. If it is bogus, I would expect and demand a refund.

Review: I placed an order, by mail, on 7-27-2015. Paid with a check. I have not received my order. The check has already cleared my bank, so I know they received the order. The phone number listed is not answered by a person--does not even ID the company. Just says to leave a message. But nobody is getting back to me. I went on line; left a message stating my problem where it says "contact us". I haven't received a response there either. I'm wondering if the company has shut down. I have ordered from this company for years. Love their product. But I can't get in touch with them.Desired Settlement: Be contacted by the business, find out what happened to my order, and hopefully get the product I ordered--or my money back.

Review: I tried to complete the complaint process online, but it would not let me past the demographics page.

I placed an order on 03/19/2015 with Archival Photo Pages for 4 POLY5M45x7H photo holders. The total came to $89.85 which I gave them a credit card. I was never charged and did not hear anything from this company until package arrived on July 29, 2015 with an invoice stating they no longer accept credit cards and the payment needed to be remitted.

Since I had not heard from this company, I placed the order with another company and received the product promptly.

I tried calling the 1-877-814-2554 to let them know I would be sending this product back and expected a refund. I could not understand the person on the other end of the phone and also had my husband try to talk to them as well. After waiting for a call back and never receiving one I sent the order back on August 14, 2015 via USPS both certified and signature return. The package was delivered and signed on 08/17/2015.

I then received another invoice asking for payment on this account, I again sent a certified, signature return letter on 09/10/2015 with copies of the first documentation that was sent and it was signed for on 09/14/2015.

I have now again received another invoice requesting payment and that I need to contact them with any issues. I am looking for a credit invoice showing a zero balance.

The invoices show PRD Holdings Inc. 2498 Roll Drive Suite 1618 San Diego CA 92154.

I would appreciate any help I can get to resolve this billing because I have already spent $33.04 on registred mail to communicate with this company.

Review: I placed an order with Archival Albums & Photo Pages for a total of $254.91 on March 3rd, 2015. I used my [redacted] card and have never received my order. I have continuously tried to call and email the company but no one will return my emails for days (I received one email back on 4/6/2015 from a [redacted] and this person promised to personally send me my product the next day. I have never heard from this person again). The business telephone number listed on their website is disconnected & NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP WITH ME SINCE! I have continued to send complaints about not receiving my order daily to this company and the email automated response I receive back is this: "Thank you for contacting Archival Albums and Photo Pages. A customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. You can call us at 1-877-814-2554 or visit us at our website www.archivalphotopages.com. We look forward to speaking with you and have a nice day." NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU IN 24 HOURS!!!!!! The company did not give me or send me an email confirmation order, a tracking number or mail my product to me at all! This is ridiculous and I hope this scam of a company is shut down & prosecuted for taking my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL REFUND!!!!

Review: On June 30, 2014, I ordered $130.79 worth of products from this company. The order number is #[redacted]. I paid by credit card, and the card was charged on July 7, 2014. I have never received any of the products I ordered. I have phoned the company numerous times and was able to speak to a real person, the operator, only once. She sounded very nervous even though I explained I didn't blame her for this situation. I have never been able to speak with anyone in sales, customer service, or anywhere else. When I try to contact someone in one of those departments I am dumped out of their phone system.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit card credit. I do not want the products I ordered. I would like the company to be honest and give acceptable service to their customers.

Review: I placed an order for photo albums & pages on January 11, 2015 and received an email Order Confirmation # [redacted] on that date. To date, I have not received that order. I have called several times to find out the status of this order and keep getting put off. The total order amount of $70.66 cleared my bank on January 29, 2015. Today, February 23, 2015, I was told the order was shipped on Saturday, February 21, 2015 and was given the UPS tracking number of [redacted] When I provided that tracking number to UPS they indicated there was no record with that tracking number. I cannot believe the number of lies this company can come up with to scam the public. When I asked for my money back, "[redacted]" said he would have his supervisor "[redacted]" call me back, as he could not authorize a refund. "[redacted]", nor anyone else, has returned my call, nor do I believe they will. Given the number of complaints received by the Revdex.com, I feel this company needs to be closed down and all employees charged with scamming.Desired Settlement: Full Refund, as well as the closure and prosecution of Archival Albums & Photo Pages.

Review: I placed an order and paid with my credit card with them in October for photo albums and pages to be given as Christmas gifts. I called in December to see if I would get them before Christmas and was told yes. I didn't. In January I called again and selected the option to get a refund. I always had to leave messages, which I have numerous times to have a return call and no one calls me. I called again today and someone answered but when I told her what I was calling for she asked my name and dropped the call.Desired Settlement: Refund my money

Review: I ordered photo pages and binders from ArchivalPhotoPages.com on April 23, 2014. The full cost of the order was charged to my credit card - a total of $246.94.

I have placed the following calls to check on order progress and then subsequently to cancel order and request refund.

6/9/14 called and was able to actually speak with someone. [redacted] stated products are now all in inventory and they were actually packing my order that day.

7/8/14 called and left a detailed message (name, order number, date ordered & phone number) wanting to know my order status.

8/15/14 called and left a detailed message (name, order number, date ordered & phone number) on their customer service line to please call me.

9/8/14 called and left another detailed message on their customer service line to please call me.

11/4/14 called (twice) and left detailed message, one on sales line (#1) and second on customer service (#3) line that I wanted a refund ASAP.

1/15/15 called (three times) and left detailed message on sales, returns and operator line that I want a refund ASAP.

On each call I have shared my name, order number, date ordered and phone number. They have not responded with a phone call or refund of the $246.94. I'm very disappointed that the State of California allows this business to still operate and take more orders and $$$.Desired Settlement: I simply would like to have order cancelled and my credit card credited for what they originally charged me of $246.94

Review: I ordered photo pages, albums, album cases, and other items for a total of $82.98 in November (11/23/14) (ORDER [redacted]). My account was immediately charged, but I have yet to receive any product. I sent an email inquiring on the status on 12/15/14 and was told that some items were backordered and they would all be shipped together. I have heard nothing since and still don't have my product! I sent an email this morning, 1/14/15, asking for a full refund and a cancellation of my order. This is no way to do business!! I wish I'd read the Revdex.com reviews of this company before ordering. They shouldn't be allowed to remain in business since they clearly have little or no product and are just basically taking peoples' money without providing them anything in return. Disgusting.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded immediately, my order cancelled, and I want to be removed from their mailing lists.

Review: On 9-5-2014 an order was completed and sent to this business for $76.33. Numerous times I called to see when the order would be mailed, but had to leave a message. Message stated the company would get back with me, but they never did after a month of trying! Now two months have passed and there is still no response from this company. The check that I mailed has been cashed. Have left additional messages, but there is still no response. My last message indicated I planned to contact Revdex.com. I want the order or my money returned promptly. I feel this company is a fraud - they need your attention.Desired Settlement: Would appreciate hearing from someone or the Revdex.com as to what is happening. I would appreciate knowing which, if any of my items ordered have been shipped to me. I ordered my items on January 04th. It is now February 26th and I have not received my order. That is not acceptable. I honestly feel that I am being put off, and I am not going to get any part of my order. You have my money, I would like the products that I ordered.

I feel I have been patient given the fact that I didn't email you concerning my order until February 2nd.

Review: I placed an order for photo albums and pages on 7/8/14 and received confirmation of my order. The order totaled $143.97. There was no indication of items not being in stock.

After 3 weeks had elapsed with no delivery, I called the company and spoke to a customer service representative named Launie who advised that the shipment was delayed due to 4x6 photo pages being back ordered, She said they were expected at the end of July and the complete order would be shipped at that time. No delivery was made.

I tried calling again numerous times but only received voicemails with promises to call back. They never did.

On 8/15/14 I emailed customer service and received a response from [redacted] who said the pages were out of stock, but he would look into shipping the rest of the order. It never came.

On 9/9/14, I was finally able to speak to [redacted] in customer service, who professed concern about how long I had been waiting. She also said the 4x 6 pages were back ordered, and now the album slipcases as well. The products were due in by 9/20/14. She was going to have the partial order shipped. It never came.

I've called numerous times since then and always reach voicemail. I never get a call back.

I'm very frustrated and angry that they processed my credit card payment in July, keep delaying shipment and refuse to ship what they do have.Desired Settlement: I want the items I order to be delivered right away. If the company cannot deliver a particular item, credit my payment for that item and ship the rest of the products. If this partial shipment occurs, the shipping charges should be reduced to reflect the reduction in order total.

I also want a personal letter of explanation/apology.

If the above request cannot be honored, I want a full refund to my credit card.
