Review: Back on July 16, 2014 I placed an order and have yet to receive my product but yet they cashed my check #[redacted] for 36.91 on July 31,2014. I have heard nothing from them. I called the 800 number and left a message and have heard nothing back. My daughter has emailed them and we have heard nothing back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund done ASAP.

Review: I ordered photo books and photo pages from this company on July 8, 2014. My check book was debited for the order on July 10, 2014. Every time I called they promised to send out right away. My order has never arrived. I finally asked them three weeks ago to refund my money. That was suppose to happen in one week - no refund yet! Now when I call they either hang up or I can never get through to talk to anyone. I have left phone messages, no return phone call, I have sent an email, no return message. I have called several times, I did not keep track of the exact dates.Desired Settlement: Either my money refunded or the merchandise immediately. An apology, phone call or email would be nice.

Review: 1/15/14 - I placed an order # 1346 from this company via their website.

2/20/14 - followed up on status of delivery via online chat on their website and they said it would be shipped within one week.

3/31/14 - followed up via online chat and they said it will go out via priority mail within one week.

early April 2014 - merchandise finally arrived but the box was mangled and my product was damaged.

4/17/14 - contacted them via online chat to request a replacement. At that time they indicated that the replacement would be sent immediately at no cost to me, and the package would include a postage paid return label so I could send back the damaged product.

7/14/14 - called and left a message requesting an update on my order. No response.

7/25/14 - sent an email via their website requesting an update. No response.

9/17/14 - sent an email via their website requesting an update. No response.

11/5/14 - connected with a service rep via online chat and was told that they would escalate the issue to management immediately - no response.

1/1/15 - connect with a service rep via online chat and requested that they cancel the order and issue a refund. I was told they would forward the issue to their accounting department for resolution, but they wouldn't provide any contact information for me to speak to the accounting department.

2/10/15 - left a message via website requesting an update. No response.

5/8/15 - tried to call the number on the website but it is disconnected.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of $109.94 paid via check to me.

Review: Ordered $71.79 worth of merchandise on June 29, 2014. Items ordered were 4 soft sided classic chocolate brown photo albums and 2 matching slipcases. My credit card was charged on 7-7-2014 for $71.79. On or about 7-8-2014 there was a message on my answering machine which stated that the $71.79 charge to my credit card had been incorrectly identified as a purchase from a company called Pieces in Places, which I believe is an affiliated company. In their catalog the company states that items will be shipped in 10-14 business days. I contacted the company by phone on 7-21, 2014. The lady I spoke with ([redacted]) said she couldn't understand why my order hadn't been shipped. She stated she was actually in Connecticut, was a supervisor, and that she had the items on hand and would ship from her location. I called again on 7-23-2014 and requested a tracking number for my shipment. [redacted] stated that she had not been able to ship because she did not have a UPS label but would ship that day. I received a package on 7-29-2014 containing the wrong albums and no slipcases. I called [redacted] again on July 30, 2014. She apologized once again and said I could keep the incorrect albums as a gesture of goodwill. She further stated that the correct albums and slipcases would be shipped from San Diego. I asked [redacted] to provide me with a UPS tracking number so I could follow the progress of my shipment. I have not received a shipment or a tracking number. I am alarmed at the number of complaints against this company which sound eerily similar to my unfortunate experience.

Review: I ordered photo page sand photo albums from Archival Albums & Photo Pages on July 1, 2014. My credit card was charged at that time for $75.88.( That card has since been cancelled and replaced because of the [redacted] hacking) I have called and emailed this company repeatedly every few months asking about my order. They keep claiming supplier issues and promise shipment in a few weeks. It has been almost 9 months and still no product, but they charged my credit card. Most recently I asked for a refund, but have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the products I purchased or have my $75.88 refunded.

Review: 2/1/14 I placed an order on February 1, 2014. As of 4/30/14 I have not received the merchandise ordered and my credit card has been billed for the merchandise. I have contacted this business by phone and e mail on three occasions. The response has been that the order is being checked on and will be mailed.Desired Settlement: prompt refund-the phone number listed goes to answering machine, and the "online chat line" on their website is offline-I do not believe that I will receive the order of photo pages and do not want to spend any more time on this.

Review: I placed an order by on April 9, 2014 via their website. The order number is #[redacted]. I was told delivery would be in 10 to 14 days. The cost was charged to my mastercard on 4/09 and paid. I have called several times and always get a computer message to leave my number and they will return my call, which they never have. In addition, I actually spoke with a woman who goes by Launie on two occasions (7/24/14 & 8/13/14) and she made excuses and said the items would be sent out the next day. I have never received the items. Also, an email I sent on 5/26/14 was deleted without being read on 9/13/14. Why are these people still in business? Their website is still up and running as of today, 10/20/14.Desired Settlement: Either go out of business or send people their items.

Review: I placed an order with the company on Feb 28, 2014 in the amount of $214.57. On April 9th I received half of the order but my invoice showed that it was all sent. I called regarding the order and they said it would be coming soon that it was back ordered. I waited for several more weeks but never received it. I have called so many times since then to the customer service dept. that they new me by my first name. I also called the ordering department and they said they placed a new order (did it twice) and still have not received the balance of my order as of today. They have put me on hold for and hr and a half as well as hung up on me. They do not return my calls like they say in the recording that they will with in 24 hrs. They know what merchandise I am waiting for, I just wish I would receive it. The photo albums I did get are nice and I wish I would receive the 2 remaining albums along with all the pages to go in all the albums I ordered.Desired Settlement: I just want to get the remaining merchandise or get a refund check for the items I didn't receive...as well as an apology for the way they treated me in the past. It is very unprofessional.

Review: I ordered products in January, 2014 and paid for 2 Executive( 2) Ring Binders in brown; (2) address book refills; (2) address book poly pages; (2)business card address book kit with poly pages. [redacted] was the customer rep who assisted us in over 12 times that I have contacted them. [redacted] gave me a new order # 2931 to fulfill this order. I have already paid for these items. The money was taken out of my checking acct. 1/13/14 $81.22 I have since left over 6 messages for the company to reach me but no one has returned my calls. Archival Albums recently mailed me a new catalog. I then immediately called and left another message.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $81.22

Review: I placed an order with Archival on 2-20-14 for photo albums and photo pages. The total was (about) $230. I still have not received the merchandise although my credit card was billed a few months ago. I have called back several times and usually get "the run around." Beginning on 4-22-14 I called to inquire about my order status. I was told that my order was shipped and was even given a UPS tracking #. I called on May 6 and was told that my order was never shipped. There was a problem getting the products from the manufacturer. On 5-21-14 I was told that "he" will ship them from the factory in CA tomorrow." I never received the products. I called again on 6-26-14 and the representative told me there was a computer glitch that they never knew about. She assured me that the order would ship out within 1 week. At this point, I realized that my credit card had already been billed, when I did not receive the merchandise. I have called 3 times since 6-26-14 and left messages on each occasion. I have never received a call back.

Each time I call it seems like I speak with the same woman, so I'm thinking this is not a big corporation.

Any assistance you can provide would be most appreciated!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my order and then I will never deal with this company again!

Review: I placed an order in February and have never received the order. I have called numerous times and they assured me it would be shipped that day. In the last few weeks I have been unable to reach anyone at the business. It is always a recording. I emailed asking for a refund and I have never received that either. My order totaled $234.49 which they already collected from my credit card. I contacted the California Revdex.com with no success.Desired Settlement: Would like to know the status of the company and also would like a complete refund.

Review: In April I placed an order with this company and they charged my card for the order in May. After nearly a year they have delivered neither the merchandise or a refund. Many emails and phone calls have been pointless. They generally do not respond or make excuses if I do make contact. I learned, too late, on the internet that another person had the same problem and said the company was a scam.Desired Settlement: A refund for the full amount. Or put them in a position where they can not do this to others.

Review: I placed order #[redacted] for photo albums and spine labels with ArchivalPhotoPages.com online on 9-29-14. My Credit Card was charged for such in the amount of $58.16 posted on 10-3-14.

I have never received the merchandise.

I have contacted the company multiple times, both electronically and by phone.

In each case they were "nice" but could only say that they would contact shipping and see that it was shipped out to me. On one occasion, a representative read an incorrect address to me (though where I live, it probably would have been delivered to me anyway, were that true), proceeded to correct the address and said it would be reshipped immediately. That has been a few weeks ago. I have still received nothing. In the case of electronic contacts, all I get are automated responses promising a phone follow-up, which I have never received.

I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company as of today.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the merchandise I have already paid for!!

Review: On 10/29/15 I sent a check for $15.94 to buy a photo album. I e-mailed them around 11/20/15 asking about my order and was told they were having "technical issues" and please be patient. The number they gave me to call wouldn't accept my call, so I e-mailed them again and got the same response. My check was cashed and processed on 11/16.

The contact name I've gotten is [redacted].

I had the same thing happen to me two or so years ago with this company but wasn't able to pursue the issue at that time. They took my money twice but I've never gotten what I ordered. The amount is not the problem, just the poor business principle.

I would hope they would be exposed for that.

Just a note of thanks for taking care of my problem which started last October. Today I received two photo albums plus some pages for them, which I hadn't requested. I appreciate that you took on my case which didn't involve a lot of money nor was I a California resident. I've always admired the Revdex.com, and you folks proved my faith wasn't wasted.My sincere thanks for your time and effort. I will acknowledge with the company that I received my order.

Review: I placed an order by phone on 1/20/2014 (order #[redacted]), which they said would ship in 8 to 11 days. After waiting a month, I have been calling every week and sometimes I actually get through to a person - although often I just have to leave my name and phone number. When I have spoken to someone or when they leave a voice mail message it is always the same response - "your order is being processed......you should receive it next week". Well it is now May 15th and I have received nothing. On May 8th, they even gave me a USPS tracking number, but when trying to track it today the USPS website stated "this number cannot be found". I tried to email and call them and received an email just now stating "This tracking # will update via ups.com by tues or so of next week." Working with this company has been extremely time consuming and frustrating. Since I am lead to believe the order is going to ship, I don't cancel it.Desired Settlement: I also believe I am entitled to a discount because of all I have been through with this company.

Review: I placed an order on 02/18/14 for photo pages on page 47 of their catalog it indicated that there were 25 pages per pack for $15.97. I ordered 5 packs therefore figuring I would receive 125 photo sheets. It took approximately six weeks to have the order processed and I had to call in order to get the product. When the product arrived I only received 45 photo pages. I called and was told that the catalog had a misprint and that it was supposed to be only 10 per pack. I said that was not the issue even at 10 per pack I was still short they agreed to send out another 50 sheets, I said OK. After a month went by and there were no sheets I called and said to cancel it and ask for a refund and ask how to go about returning my complete order. They said not to worry about returning anything and I would receive a refund for the lack of photo pages. I have never received a refund. I have called numerous times they never answer the phone you get put into a voice mail. They seldom return my phone calls. When they have I've been promised refunds ranging from my full purchase of $170.70 to that of the photo pages $79.85. I've spoke to a [redacted] who said they would over night a check. I've spoken to a [redacted] who was supposedly in charge of refunds and yet still have no refund. I am considering going to small claims court but it is a 10 hour drive away.Desired Settlement: A refund for the complete amount of $170.70, and a prepaid postage label so I can return the complete box.

Review: on April 26, 2014 I order 13 photo binders from this company. They said they were in stock and would send them right away and charged my credit card $144.58. Since then I have not received the binders and I have contacted them numerous times and they kept telling me they were going to send them which they never have. On July 1, 2014 I requested a refund of my payment and was told that a check would be sent to me for the refund rather than a credit back to my credit card. Since then I have contacted them several times about the refund but to date I have not received a refund. I am requesting your help in this matter and thank you for any assistance you can provide.Desired Settlement: refund of my $144.58 preferably as a credit to my credit card.

Review: I placed an order by Email from their catalog on 03-12-2014 for plastic photo pages. Order #[redacted], total $109.01. After many tries to determine when the order would be shipped. They would promise that the shipment was complete and being packaged and would be shipped the following week, they even would give me a tracking number but never received the order. After over a month I asked for a refund. I received an E-mail stating a refund would be issued and I should receive it with in 2 to 3 weeks, never received the refund, contacted them again and was told that a new refund would be issued. They even gave me the invoice number. No refund or shipment has been received. I got completely frustrated. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Total refund of $109.01.

Review: I ordered 10 photo albums and insert pages, page lifters and spine labels and a very large scrapbook album in Feb. 2014 and paid with a credit card which was processed immediately. A small portion of the order was sent (spine labels, lifters and the 10 photo albums) but no photo insert pages nor the large scrapbook. The price for the non-delivered items total $198.67 before tax. My daughter and I have contacted this company at least 14 times and each time the company representative has told us the products will be shipped at any moment and they've had shipping problems. But after six months, I no longer believe them. Since then, my daughter has left several voice messages on their customer service and product return answering machines asking for a refund, but no one has called back or acknowledged the messages were left.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would just like a refund for the part of the order not delivered.

Review: On 02/025/14, I ordered acid free photo album inserts from this company. I ordered 3 or 4 different sizes. I paid $65.85. I did not receive any of the products that I ordered. I called the several times and they say they have to check something and never come back to the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to deliver the products I ordered immediately or refund the $65.85 in a timely manner.
