Bill continues to increase Despite a yr contract guaranteeing service price! Services continue go from BAD to HORRIBLE

I understand that AT&T is a huge company and $doesn't matter to them, but it effects me and my family My hope is that they would at least credit my account for the fees that I should not have incurred if they would have done what I requested

I was sold uverse internet service with the promise as having all of my at&t services combined on bill as a yr custThis is still not corrected! Two phone reps scheduled the wrong appointment window, the 2nd one cancelled the appt resulting in a week delay of installation
On 9/19/I called in to place an order for internet serviceI requested a specific date for installationThe rep advised since I was requesting a Saturday she said she needed to override the appointment but that it was no problem I requested this date and time since Directv was coming out to upgrade my equipment On 9/I received an email stating my appointment was for Friday 10/I called on 9/and the rep advised once again that they needed to override for the Saturday appointment but that is was no problem On 10/I realized at 5pm that I had not received a confirmation phone callI called in and the rep, jamil?, who was awesome in fixing this issue advised that the last rep not only CANCELLED my order but that the original order was never fully completed They have now advised the first Installation date is Nov 3rd, nearly weeks lat

I am extremely dissatisfied with AT&T lack of humanity The first week of March 2017, my condo complex caught fire and every tenant of the complex lost EVERYTHING, even a life was lost in the tragic fireNone of us were allowed back into the property to retrieve anything I am now being billed by AT&T for the unreturned equipment and have been told that even if the equipment was retrievable I would be responsible for the damages Their only suggestion is to make a claim to my insurance company I have minimal coverage when it comes to replacing everything, when I say everything I mean anywhere from a toothbrush to a couch and bed I am blessed that I was able to get my pets out, because some did not When I contacted Spectrum they wrote it off, at least they know how to treat their customers when the unimaginable tragedy strikes

AT&T Internet purchased this service last year I have had technicians and line techs out to my house to fix or resolve issues 5-26-I woke to no internet service once again when I called AT&T I was told it was my brand new box that AT&T sent me and that I needed to purchase this extender/booster I was on an app that was provided by a tech it told me that my box was fine and that it was AT&T server that could not be found I have never received a credit for the months of no internet I have had to take time off work for their techs and I am still no closer to having service I have months left on my contract with them and I just want to have internet service when I pay for it
This service is a sham when they try to up sell boosters to the wifi box that they provide for a sqft area

My complaint is more of a long, drawn-out, overall treatment of my service by AT&T, their phone service, unclear monthly charges, and terrible communication with their in-home installation services This company is responsible for the worst experience I've ever had with any business in my entire life First, their customer servicewhich for this company I can only assume is meant to be an ironic phrase I've never seen a company, through every step of a problem, get every single step wrong Most recently, I wanted my service moved to my new address, and my girlfriend's service cancelled completely
After spending two hours on the phone on two separate days in a row, we were able to cancel my girlfriend's service, and scheduled a service transfer for two days later from 1-3pm Easy right? So, I take off work so that I won't miss the service time window, I wait two hours for someone to show up (Mind you, this was all explained to us as what we needed to do over the FOUR HOURS

AT&T had excellent cell service and receptionThey're representatives are friendly and are quick to offer assistance, however there is no communication within the areas of the company
After trying to transfer a number to my account and order a phone, I found that I was given an additional line, and signed up to receive phones (a buy one get one offer I was not informed about), and charged taxes on bothBefore those phones arrived, another phone arrived at my residenceGetting no where over the phone, I took all the phones to a store in order to figure out what had happened and remedy the situation
The representative at the store called customer service with me on speaker in order to straighten it outHe got no where and called over his managerShe informed me this would take about hours to fix, and couldn't understand how this happened(Neither could I)When I left the store, I was informed that everything was straightened out, and to send back the extra phone (as I agreed to take the free phone since mine was paid off and ready for an upgrade)
The disputed phone was mailed back through USPS in the return box using the label provided
Now two months later I have spent 16+ hours distorting the charges, and am now being charged for a phone I was told was free in addition to the disputed oneMy service has been shut off multiple times, I was not informed when my initial case was denied, and I was even blamed for not taking a picture of-- or writing down the number of-- the label provided top mail the phone back
When finally I attempted to track the package over USPS, they were unable to provide me with information on where the phone would have been sent back to (vital information to track a package)
AT&T provides commission and cookies for aging lives, selling phones, and having people sign up for promotionsThis reeks of them covering up attempts to get such bonuses, and a refusal to work with their consumers
Each time I speak with them I am asked the same questions-- all leading to me making a mistake-- even after they are provided with case numbers and asked to please read the notes on the case
Transcripts of their Chat app are sent, but with no time stamp other than the beginning of the conversation, so I am not able to show the hours logged in attempt to fix this problem

I called in June to add more data to my cell phone plan with AT&T WirelessThe gentleman told me I could get unlimited data on my mobile phones if I signed up for Direct TV and internetHe communicated that my bill with mobile, Direct TV, and internet would be around $and my bills would be combinedIf AT&T will go back and listen to the recording in June when I signed up, they will clearly be able to hear the agent tell me my combined bill will be around $for mobile, Direct TV, and internet
Up until this date, I am still receiving two separate bills, one for $for Direct TV and internet and a second bill for cell service of around $
I called in early December asked how much it would be to cancel my Direct TV and internet service and the AT&T representative ask why...I let her know the story above above and she said, I have heard this a lot lately...please listen to the recording of our conversation
This is a classic case of bait and switch on AT&T part
