Was offered one price and was given another
I moved to this new address and got DirecTV service Was told by AT&T rep I could get a discount on my internet by bundling, and that the mb/s internet would be $per month with the $off discount (normally $50) It is not showing the $discount for bundling I tried to do everything on the front end but the AT&T rep I called before install told me to call after install to bundle, and now the discount offer is no longer available and they won't apply it

we went fron comcast xfinity 45mbps internet to att dsl 6mbps internet after a move to a new house...and att dsl was all that was available...we ordered the directv and 6mbps internet packagewe started getting messages about going over a 150gb limit a month...never was informed there was a limit for slow dsl internet...now I seen if you have internet and a tv package, your internet will be unlimited...suprise! no it isnt unlimited for slow dsl internet...just the faster unavailable packages we can not recieve where we live

I sincerely need your helpAt&t is trying to fraudulently bill me (and now they are threatening with collection agency) for the service I have not used since May 5thOn May 5th they upgraded my service to Uverse, for which I am faithfully and promptly paying, yet they are billing me for the old account that I used to have for the old Internet and no longer haveI spoke with them on the phone about times about this issue, and each time the representative assures me that the problem is fixed, but unfortunately that is a lie and they are trying to unlawfully collect money from me I do not owePlease help me deal with those criminals! I went to the AT&T store at Mile Road, New Baltimore Michigan where I had made arrangements for home phone and television service, and requested a copy of my contract They told me that I could obtain a copy of the contract by going to the AT&T Corporate Store at Hall Road, Shelby Township, MI I went to that location and a Customer Service Rep looked up my contract on a tablet she was holding She said that the contract is a "corporate document" and that she is not allowed to let me read it, nor to make me a copy She said that she is allowed to tell me in words what it says, and is allowed to make hand written notes, but that customers are not allowed to have a copy, and thateven though employees can view the documentthey do not have the ability make a copy

I went to the store in Alton, IL last night to have a clerk help me download an updateAs he was downloading my update, he kept asking me about changes in service, trying to get me to sign up for DirectvI kept saying no, I wasn't interested, I'm fine with my service, I don't want DirectvWhen I was leaving, he asked if I wanted to set up a time for Directv service to startI again told him I don't want Directv and that I never agreed to itWhen I got home, I saw that I had five emails from At&t saying I'd ordered this service which I NEVER didThey tried to cheat me into a contract that I never wanted or agreed toI called in and after a lot of time and effort, they removed the service from my account but I think this is fraud
