I had recently joined AT&T for their home internetbucks a month for just internet who could beat that right? Well I was wrong since I had first joined I was charged for just signing up with them than the next couple of months I was charged over dollars and I had signed a contract saying I was only going to pay dollarsI was getting unnecessary charges like "late fees" when I would always pay my bill earlyI called to dispute and they had "waived" it for next month but the very next month my bill was even higherFor what reason? I have no clueThan one day I was actually late for one payment and everything got disconnected, well suspended but my internet was uselessThan I had to pay a reconnecting feeOver dollars again!

Had to wait hours for repair person to arriveTook minutes to get someone on the phone to order the service

We have been without a biz phone line for days and it is impossible to reach an agent to get any resolution!
Our phone line went dead days ago and we have been without our main business line during the height of our busiest season We have been trying to get resolution since it went down and it has been next to impossible to reach a live agent We have an online ticket that tells us everyday that there is a technician working on our line but still no resolution and no contact We are losing revenue every hour that our line is down

When bundling our land line, Cable (Uverse) and cell phones we were promised a $and $gift cardsThis promise occurred in March, We have called on this several times only to be told it was being processed and a sundry of other explanations We were never told to call the Rewards department Today on another attempt to find out about the gift cards, we were advised to call the Reward center who told us they did not have anything under the name *** or *** *** When requesting to talk with a supervisor, she informed us that the day period had expired and we no longer qualified for the refund In our humble opinion, this was a scam and we are less than pleased with the results of our numerous calls only to find out we will not receive the promised gift cards

May 21called AT&T about my tv, spoke with a representative she told me it was my cable box and I need another and she will send it out and I told her no don't send it, because I can't hook it up or take it a loose cause Im on oxygen and I have percent lung function so I can't hook it and im leaving town won't be here to expect it so don't send it, the representative sent it any way I was not like I told her I wouldn't be now there charging me for it after I repeatly told her t to send it I spoke with ups and they said they returned it and they got it JuneI gave att the tracking number and they still charger me I spoke with supervisor and let them know I never ask for this box why do I have to pay for it and you have it back and they still have the chargers on me know body listen to me I want the charges off my name

I was double billed without authorization
I am enrolled in auto pay with ATT for home internet service I checked my bank statement after being declined at the grocery store to find out that payments had been debited from my account instead of one After several attempts to contact ATT over the phone, I got ahold of someone who, after several minutes on hold, that my account was double charged because there was a reversal on the May payment by my bank I asked why that would happen and was told that I needed to ask my bank I then asked why I wasn't notified by them that they had not received payment for May, and was told that I needed to contact my bank I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for approxminutes until the line just disconnected In attempting to call back, the automated system advised me that the wait times could be up to minutes to speak with someone

On or about July 8, I applied for internet and wireless service with ATTMy wirless tablet promotion was not honored as described by ***
The representative, *** quoted me $activation fee for Tablet plus $one time charge and $month service fee and month credit for tablet, no installation, $per month for internet,etc He specifically stated that I would receive a dollar credit per month for tablet service as if I were getting the service for freeHe said that a few times throughout the callHowever, my first and second bill do not reflect a $credit for tablet serviceI called ATT sometime inAugust about my first bill and asked why the $credit does not reflect and the representative indicated she did not know why it was not showing however granted me the dollar creditShe connected with another department and they confirmed the promotion was correct, but did not know why it was not showing I called ATT again

He said, just because you are a *** you don't have to cop that rude attitude you *** ***
I told him I taught at *** ** (an inner city school) that I was not a ***
Mr *** said, that school SUCKS so you must have been a bad teacher
I tried to take a photo of his ID tag, but he kept using his clipboard to hide it
Once I lowered the phone camera from my eyes he lowered his clipboard

I called a month before my contract expired and asked when I was paid up till,they told me 6/22/I told them to cancel on 6/21/17.when I got a bill I called and told them this.they said I owed from 6/12/till 6/22/17.I told them if you would have told me this I would have cancelled on 6/I thought it was taken care of then I got robot calls from them days in a row wanting me to call their robo customer service center again it takes a long time to get through to a live person and half the time you cant understand them.if I owe the money I will pay.their customer service is horrible they don't even have the common courtesy to have a human call you

Horrible customer service Increases rates on *** after months of service and when I canceled they miss quoted the cancellation fee ($quoted and then charged $400) and then tacked the bill onto my Internet bill Cant understand half of their representatives I made payment arrangements and then the person I spoke with after those arrangements were made couldnt even figure them out

I fought with AT&T for months to cancel my service They charged me for a month I went without service because of a problem with their lines down the roadThen when I called to cancel my service, they put my account into vacation mode without my permissionThey then tried to charge me over $for service that I didn't haveI canceled my service at the beginning of July and it took me until October to get my bill cleared and service cancelledThey are crooks

I have been a customer for over a decade and each year the customer service gets worseCalls drop, they don't call you back despite having to give them your call back numberNo one seems to understand what I'm asking even though it is basic direct questionWhen asking to speak to a supervisor they tell me they cannot transfer me and I'd have to call back and wait in the cue againSpent days and at least an hour on the phone each time with no resolveI asked to have them resolve the issue and confirm with email or call and they said no, of course! This is the worst customer services and reason why I wouldn't recommend using them for home or businessOH! the experience with their business side was even worse and the most unprofessional demeanor I've ever encountered
