AT&T have exposed wires hanging out of the utility box in front of our house for over six months now It is very much an eye sore and pose a danger to our family and my kids It is also depressing to have to deal with this every day and makes our surroundings appear tacky and not well maintainedI have called AT&T and ask them to come and remove the wires and make sure the they secure the box which is also hanging open The wires are running across our driveway and mail box and down the street Iam afraid everyday someone will get harmed Also, our lawn has been ruined from them digging it up

When I started a service with AT&T wireless a few years ago, I was billed for prepayment AT&T did not try to make it clear that no portion of that prepayment would be returned when I terminate their service even if I terminate the service only a few days into the billing cycle In fact, I ended my service on 11/3/17, but AT&T sent me only cents after several months! That's an insult after I had called AT&T more than times after 11/3/asking about refund over $I expected In each of those calls, AT&T told me that I would get a refund for the rest of the unused November AT&T tries to make it unclear about their prepayment refund policy and then, when asked, they intentionally gives misinformation and drags out the conversation until customer gets tired of the whole thing I called several times with about a month apart between calls, and all I've been told was that I would get a refund the next month It took them several months and sent me only cents! That's a slap on the face This is not an honest way of doing business, AT&T AT&T failed on multiple aspects:
- didn't make it obvious to customer in the beginning of service that prepayment is not refundable
- didn't inform customer during customer service call that prepayment is not refundable
- lied to customer throughout multiple calls to customer service that prorated prepayment refund would come, which never happened
I would never consider using AT&T again because of this I wouldn't recommend to friends, either I have records of online chats with AT&T that I will show to my friends and others
