When I went to the AT&T store here in they didn't respect our agreement, they would tell us one thing and when we would call customer service they would tell me something totally differentAnd ever cents then all we have had is problems

AT&T employees on more than one occasion told me my cell service was a qualified service to receive an advertised promotion bundle discount
In late June I spoke with ATT online chat rep Mike who told me that my cellphone service could be bundled with a new internet service, combined w/another promotion to bring my monthly bill down to $30/monthI have chat records savedI called to schedule new internet service around the middle of August, beginning August 15thThe sale rep I spoke with told me that internet and were the same price, with the same promotions applicableI again confirmed with that sales rep that my cellphone would qualify as a bundled service and she confirmed with me that my bill would be $30/month after 2-billing cycles, as it would take about that long to have my services officially bundled togetherInternet service was not functioning for over month despite my calls to repair it and their attempts madeDuring at least two of these calls I asked for

*I requested the internet service portion be canceled since ATT would not be adhering to the original agreementWas informed of a cancellation fee that I could dispute and have removed after the account went through billing
*Contacted ATT concerning removal of charges, ATT refusing to remove the cancellation and associated charges from the account

Service Type: Residential ServiceAccount: XXXXXXXXXXAccount: XXXXXXXXXXReached: XXX-XXX-XXXXExt: Day Phone: Impacted Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXAccept Agreement : 1ATT keeps charging me twice
In December they charged me twice and it took me minutes to get them to recognize their error
In January, I got an email that said my payment for January was past due I called because I have auto debit The clerk I talked to told me to make the payment manually on the internet for $which I did She assured me it would not be charged again Guess what, on 1/23, I was charged $through auto debit After another minutes on the phone, I still can't get them to recognize their error!!!
I am tired of wasting my time because of ATT's incompetence!!!

I have been a satisfied customer with AT&T since until now I went to an At&T store in September of to possible buy phones I spoke to an AT&T salesman and he convinced me that I can save money on my bill and to also switch my TV services to Direct TV I was told my phone bill we be lowered and I will also save money on my tv services much lower than the carrier I was on I took the bait and switched my plan to unlimited plus and switched my TV and accepted a two year contract with Direct tv I understood as long as I have unlimited plus I will save money with Direct TV, I was also told I could buy an iphone and get one free I was not told that I would need to open another line to receive the free phone, I currently had lines with At &T and would not have agreed to opening another line and had I known I would have kept my old phone The sales man later admitted he made a mistake but it was too late I was charged with an installment plan on both phones My bill is now $300,a month much more than I was promised it should be I did not agree to this arrangement but feel stuck and committed to it because of the Direct TV, and now installment agreements that must be paid before you can switch phone carriers I spoke to AT&T customer service and supervisors concerning this issue The saleman also owned up to his mistake and spoke to AT&T and At&T refused to let me have the phone for free I am stuck with a installment plan that I did not know or agree to I was also lied to many times from AT&T's customer service, but by one supervisor in particular that said he will wipe off the phone and get it off my bill My next bill showed a new line coming on and off, the supervisor told me that was what needed to happen, to get the installment plan removedThe installment plan was still on the bill There were other customer service representatives that kep lpromising me that I will be able to get the phone free and that the instalment plan would come off the bill Still nothing After upteen phone calls and going through the same conversation with mnay customer representatives, I am now tired I'm tired of At&T's broken promises, and I'm tired of being what they call a loyal customer There have been no apologies only from the salesman who made the mistake I'm stuck with a higher bill, contracts with TV service's that I really don't like as much as cable I feel like I'm the one who is paying for their mistake They refuse to help meAfter my installment plan and Direct TV contracts are done I will be switching and I will never return to AT&T again, this is how they treat their "loyal customers"Beware of At&T's promises to lower your bills and save you many, I am paying more than ever before

advertising....at&t sends me a notice that states I have an unlimited plan without any changes to my account so I assume I have just that only to find out that my data was only good for the exact amount I had purchased and after that yes there is internet but not enough to google anything or even find gis data....search for customer support to add data...site claims 24/hr service but takes me to a series of web links...do separate search for a call number which refers me to web links...request customer service...automated machine states at&t is closed and to cal back during regular business hours

Absolutely terrible serviceI'm about over ATT all togetherI added a phone to my plan for my son, and since I did in the middle of my billing cycle, along with all the other misc fees, I get charged moreThey told me if I would have waited for the end of my billing cycle, I wouldn't have the extra chargePretty damn ridiculousWhenever your year installment plan is over, watch out! They'll guage you for every pennyTheir retention dept said that most people will just jump in between the year agreements to keep the lowest costYou kidding me?! Seems more of a pain in the as than anythingSeems to me that maybe ATT and Directv should keep GREAT prices for customers that have been with them since they were Southwestern Bell
I'm soon to be someone else's customer

Sales rep lied 25mbps internet+DirTV for months @ $55/mo when actual bill for 12mbps int+DTV =$79/mo for 1st mo, $96/mo for 2nd mo
Unable to recall exact dates:
Early Apr - numerous sales rep called me on cell phone, offering to match 25mbps comcast high speed internet service plus direservice at $fixed for 24-month so long as we sign a 24-month contractWe were paying approximately $60/mo for cable internet plus basic local channel with ComcastWhen we declined, one of the reps, name*** or *** *** @ *** persevered and talked husband into switching, with attractive deal term such as free-installation, free-equipment, plus $gift card We were led to believe the monthly cost will be lower than ComcastAn installation date was set up, and we proceeded to cancel Comcast service on Apr All discussion took place on the phone without written documentation or email, nor explanation of exact internet service or TV package As

I want to start by saying I was a loyal AT&T Wireless Customer for seven yearsMy husband and I frequently travel internationally and unfortunately your international service is not a feasible option so we switched providers Our intent was to return to AT&T if our travel plans changed or your international options improvedI am sad to report that is no longer the caseAfter my experience the last few days, I cannot see myself using AT&T for any reason (wireless, cable, or internet)I also cannot see myself recommending your service to othersIn fact, I will likely actively tell people why I feel like they should stay awayLet me explain why
In preparation for our upcoming trip, we requested three phones be unlocked (phones that we owned, not under any contract or payment plan with AT&T) so we could use them with another serviceAs soon as we got confirmation that all three were good to go we ported the numbers over (within a couple of hours)At this time, my login with AT&T was deactivatedI was no longer able to see my current amount due, see past bills, or use any feature for support (other than calling in and waiting on hold)We left for our trip abroad
When I returned I called AT&T because I did not receive any email or physical mail with my final statementI asked for a copy of the bill and was told that she could not send me one because the account was canceledI found this to be a very concerning statementThis representative just expected me to pay a bill I had never seenI became more concerned when she gave me multiple explanations for the bill First she AT&T bills in advance for service This was my understanding from the past seven yearsSo I asked her to explain why I would still owe a bill if I canceled at the end of a billing cycle, for which by her explanation, I paid in advance forShe was unable to explainAnd continued to tell me she could not access past bills to see what was going onShe also kept insisting she could not just "send me a bill" and that I could go to a store and ask them to print it for meI am sure you can understand how inconvenient this isAnd I feel I have the right to be mailed a copy of a bill you expect me to payThe representative then tried to change her explanation and say "perhaps it is more accurate to say we bill behind"I do not see how you can just "change" the method of how you bill in one phone call Because I had to return to work I ended this call
I called in a second time and spoke to a different representativeI explained what happened before and told her my concerns There was a little progress because she said she would see if she could "waive the reprint fee" (odd because I did not get a bill in the first place)She then tried to explain the reason for the bill to meHer explanation was that because I canceled on September 10th instead of September 9th I was charged for the entire monthEven though I did not use the serviceShe proceeded to tell me that it is in the "customer wireless agreement" and that there was nothing she could doI explained about the phone unlock and told her it was predatory to force someone to wait to use a phone they own with another provider and then charge them for service not usedShe told me she understood but it was out of her hands so I opted to wait on hold (for almost half an hour) to speak to a manager
This was the breaking point for meThe manager was rude from the beginning of the callI explained to her my concernsShe started by repeating what her representative told me about being unable to prorate billsWhich I know to be incorrect because I have changed/added/removed service over my seven years and always been given a pro-rated billThis started to seem very suspicious to meFirst I am denied a billThen I am told the bill is because of advance billingthen I am told it is because of billing behindThen I am told again that it is advance billing but because I canceled on the first day of the cycle and had to pay for the whole monthIt makes it very hard to trust anything I am toldThe manager then reverted to telling me the bill was being billed behindAfter being told in the same call by her and her rep that it was advance billingAt this point I was quite upsetHow can your billing methods be so confusing that even a manager does not seem to understand them? How can you expect your customers to just blindly pay bills that cannot be accurately describedI had spend two days worth of lunch breaks to be told multiple different things about my bill (which I was told I could not be provided and then told I could and they would "waive" the fee)
I do not feel it is unreasonable to:
Expect a final bill that is clearly laid out (without calling to ask for it and made to feel like providing it is inconvenient and a "favor")
Be provided with a clear and consistent explanation of a bill
Receive friendly service

the worst organization period they should be arrested for impersonating a company they are fraudulent, incapable, and worst of all completely unethical
