Signed up for a $65/mo bundle of internet and Direct TV in July It is now October and I have paid hundreds of dollars more than the advertised price due to their inability (or unwillingness) to combine bills I have requested combined billing on all of my 20+ phone calls and it never happens They say to wait several billing cycles but my request goes unanswered This seems fraudulent but I am not sure how to resolve it They tell me the early termination fees are over $Will contact Revdex.com but not sure it will help

The fee of $50, at 1/the total of my monthly bill and applied after less than hours of disconnection, is absolutely egregious and is not a contract of equal benefit especially for an otherwise loyal customer with absolutely no plans to change providersNone the less, AT&T customer service refused to waive the charge
Cable is already on the out slowing subscription rates and increasing customers "cutting the cord"It boggles my mind that UVerse is willing

The company of AT&T U-Verse has sent me to credit and collections due to charges they never mentioned when I cancelled my account with themI tried talking to them but they were no helpThey are charging me for stuff that I was never notified of

I have an ongoing complaint with ATT They've billed me for an incorrect amount I've spoke to about different people (in-store and over the phone) and no one can resolve my issued They've admitted that it's their fault but have yet to correct the situation

Poor service and customer support
Have two ATT account and don't receive any coverage within my house (hence disconnected one of the accountsWent to ATT store nearby and was told they know about coverage issue in the San Jose area (mainly brandon/rivermark apartments) and pointed me to corporate office saying that they would provide free signal boosters
Went to their corporate office and was told that I will have to cough up $for the boosterReally!!! First I haven't received service for which I have paid for past years and now you want additional money for a service that I am already paying for
That shows the apathy from their end towards their customersThey didn't even come up with a discount option for their customer (even that I have no idea why customer should pay for)The best feeling I had post the experience was getting my current number also disconnected (was going for another which they can forget about)

I have been with AT&T for years since they were called CingularMy long last relationship has came to a horrible endThis company has turned into a complete scam, I starting with my bill charging me $for GB of data which is more than most UNLIMITED plans with almost all other companies, thats just where it starts, my bill after about a cycle or two will fluctuate with the SAME PLAN NOTHING changed and just creep up and every month will be slightly more money, I call customer service EVERY month to fight for my bill correction for them to turn around and tell me the "Taxes go up every month", thenthe last straw I got my bill for $same PLAN they tell me I had to pay a "Service Fee" and "Ambulance Fee" WHO USED AN AMBULANCE????? COMPLETE SCAM all the way aroundThey never stand by their word not to mention I got charged a $fee for "requesting a paper bill" I NEVER requested any paper bill thats why I signed up for PAPERLESSSS!

AT&Tcurrently owns Directv I have been with Directv since the 90s I have had a Standard Defintion DVR for years Years ago, I got an email saying I can upgrade to High Defintion DVR for free because I have the Protection Plan
A year ago, I checked the Directv website and it said customers with the protection plan can upgrade to the latest technologyTheir website says the most advance HD DVR is the GenieCurrent top mode is the Genie HR I figured this to be the latest Tech
So I recently decided to call for an upgrade on their line I mentioned I have the protection plan and should get the latest Tech and I mentioned the Genie I don't speak Hindi, but I think she said I wouldn't be getting the Genie I decided to go forward with the upgrade and would file complaints later

ATT&T Uverse Can't Fix my Sporadic Internet and TV Connection and won't release my contractThey have attempted 6+ times to fix the line connection and it will work for about a week and then go down again hard (both TV and internet will be out)This is a joke for paying for services NOT renderedDon't get U-verse They have incompetent engineers that can't fix a simple line issue I want out of the contract!! I have AT&T wireless phone service I ordered an new phone and had trouble activating it I called customer service and had the problem fixed During the phone call I was offered internet service for $a month for years I agreed and ordered service When the first bill came I was being charged $a month for year I called customer service and talked to multiple people to get this fix I thought it was taken care of but when the next bill came it was still $a month for year I called customer service again and was offer no solution other than "Sorry you were misquoted on price" I told the representative that if I didn't get the deal I was offered I would have to cancel The representative basically said you are SOL I canceled the service and was charged a $early termination fee
Be careful, protect yourself before dealing with these people

I usually do not submit feedback on companies, but this is ridiculousI called in to upgrade my service with them about a month and a half agoThey gave me rates that I agreed toThe bill came in and it was nothing as they quotedI called them to see what happened and the person said that they see in the notes that I was quoted a lower price, but since that is not offered, all they can do is give me a dollar discount per month off of the retail rateWHAT? They said because the manager did not submit it on time, I can no longer get that offerThen they said they would open a ticket, review and call me backI waited the business days and ended up having to call themThey said the same thing, they see on the notes where I am not getting what I paid for, and they would look into it and call me backNo call back! I called them again and asked to speak to a managerI spoke to a lady that said that she would fix it, but need to get a specialist involvedShe put me on hold, then hung up on meI called back and asked them to check the notes as I was working with a manager and didnt want to start overI asked to be transferred to her again, but they said that she was gone for the dayThis was right after she hung upSo I called back days later hoping that she would have a specialist fix my bill and nothingI asked for a manager right away and a guy named Miguel came on the line after minutesHe said he needed to call me from his desk and if it would be okay to call me back in two minutesHe even confirmed the number to call me backI agreed to it and of course, no call backMy bill is still not what we agreed toThey keep using an excuse that they do not know who the person was that I spoke with as they have call centers all around the worldDo yourself a favor and stay away from AT&TI will be canceling everything related to themThis company simply does not care

Failure to correct billing issue due to move
I chatted w/a rep on 8/16/due to my relocating from a house to my new apartment buildingAt the time I had DirecTV, and AT&T for internet and home phone My apartment would not allow a dish so the rep said I had to set up AT&T Uverse I received confirmation of this via email and the technician came on 8/30/the day after I moved to set up my services I received a bill a few weeks after showing that I had been charged for both DirecTV and AT&T servicesi called in and was transferred between different departments before I got a supervisor who said he would credit the $ I was also told on this call that I had a $early termination fee and this supervisor told me he would take care of it I never saw it credited on my bill so I called in and was assured by a rep named Paula that when I got my next bill it would show $for DirecTV This did not happen When I got my bill I owed $- the $showed delinquent and
