Att was contacted multiple times to correct a billing issue I was told a plan for $per month they continuously charged me $per month
On today May 23, 2016, someone from a collection company contacted me concerning an At&t account I have over ten emails dealing with a customer service representative who expressed he corrected my billing issue
At&t committed fraud I do not know why this department was calling because this problem should have been resolved since December 2015, instead their system continuously billed me $monthly I was promised a $plan for twelve months it never appeared I have documentation showing constant communication with representatives promising me a $credit and then a monthly bill of $The bill increased instead of clearing to At&t illegally placed me into collection I want At&t held responsible for this confusion and dishonest practice The representative told me the account was clear now it isn't

I have been a customer since I have experienced bundled billing, unbundled billing, unlimited plans, etc I do not have access to fiber optics at my residence so am using my mobile hotspot for WiFi I've also been a DirecTV customer for that number of years

I recently bundled Direct Tv with AT&T uverse I've never had an issue before this bundling I check frequently to see when my bill is due and always pay on time the full amount I have a credit score of you don't get that from paying late and partial payment I looked at my AT&T bill at the beginning of June and mid June it said no payment due I got paid on June 22nd looked at the bill again suddenly I owe with past due I have called their "customer service" number only to be directed back to the start of the queue hung up on and tried chatting on their website only to be told to call the customer service number XXX-XXX-XXXX with no help at all I've asked to speak to a manager I get hung up on I made a payment on May 7th that wasn't credited to my account and made a payment June 30th that was "returned" and I have no idea whyI cancelled my service with them due to this issue Their website does not accurately reflect what you really oweIt

I called in due to movingI was advised to bundle my devices in order to receive a $visa gift card once I called back in and service was active DaysHowever months later still no email or explanation of what happened every time I call in to direct tv and attThe run around is real leaving me with no answers at all

AT&T has to be the worst cellular/internet provider I've used to dateI moved to Denver in July and made the mistake of signing up for internet service through AT&TThe representative told me a much lower price for service than what ended up being added to my billHe also did not disclose that after you use a certain amount of data that AT&T slows down your internet to a crawlactually that's generousIt took multiple phone calls to have the price lowered to be close to what I was toldMonths later after abysmal service from day and numerous calls and hours wasted trying to resolve the issue, I decided to cancel my service that has barely worked from the time I signed onOf course I'm locked in to a two year contract and am now forced to pay $just to get out of the contractThe contracts have to be the only way they can keep a customer

I was a customer with ATT for years and over that time was being charged for a business line I was not using Though multiple requests to terminate the line, it was not done I was constantly transferred to other people who were in multiple locations who had to rely on the notes of the previous person Since the notes of the previous person were not input correctly nor input at all, I would have to start my explanation over time and time again Finally in December of I was able to get the unused land line taken off my charges after years I ended up moving my service to comcast in February of 2017, called ATT to cancel both the internet and phone service However it is April and I am still being charged and they say they have no record of me calling in February to cancel the service I am extremely frustrated as a business owner that they have so much power to tell you they are owed money without being able to do anything about it
