Company does not honor their word
I ordered cable and internet via phone I saw the $VISA rebate and free wifi extenders as offers for signing up for new service While on the phone I asked about these offers and the sales rep told me that they are over! He was able to get me $VISA gift card though
Later that evening I went online just to check and the offers were still available if I ordered online I immediately called to cancel so I could reorder online AT&T customer care would not let me cancel and instead updated my profile so I would receive these promotions This call lasted about min as I kept trying to cancel The last step was to route me to an actual American who again thanked me for my loyalty and he promised he has everything taken care of NOT to worry He said its all in the notes and everything is taken care of
It has taken plus phone calls to get the additional $VISA gift cards and I still do not have the promised WIFI extenders AT&T customer service has blatantly lied to me on several calls Lies include
-You will receive an email on X date Respond to it to get the WIFI extenders mailed to you Email never came
-Again we were wrong it will take weeks for that email to be sent out We promise on X date you will get it Email never came
-Next call the person told me she bypassed the system and is having the extenders sent directly to me weeks later No Extenders Call in Sorry it doesn't look like they were mailed out to you But sir you were not offered that offer Your date of service is not in the range of that offer WHAT?
I have proof that my date of service was 5/
I have proof from online that I printed when I tried to cancel by phone and order online that I was offered this offer
I also have an internal email from the ATT rep (ATT corporate to the rep) who did my install stating that he couldn't leave me the routers or he would be billed for them personally, for this promo they will be mailed out
I have wasted sop much time on this and it is a matter of a big company walking all over customers at this point
I am filing with the state attorney, FCC, and blasting on social media with my string of proof that they have lied to me on numerous occasions

I have been a customer of at&t for years (tv, internet, and phone)I dropped one of my services and they overcharged my account and now refuse to credit the money back to my bank accountI will be canceling my other services as soon as I can and will not do service with AT&T again

Order 22-*** The original order was to transfer wireless lines to AT&T During the order process, the AT&T website captured phone numbers to transfer and IMEI to verify portability to AT&T The process verified phone numbers and IMEI were compatible After receiving the new SIM cards, I attempted to activate per instructions online The website stated the SIM cards were activated already and call a phone number I attempted to resolve via the automated phone service numbers but ended with similar results I attempted to resolve via AT&T website chat bot service with similar results It's cool that AT&T has this automation but I feel they should provide that disclaimer instead of mis-representing an actual customer service agent I finally was directed to a customer call center phone number The call center was unable to locate information on my order or resolve the activation process After further review, using Verizon's website, two of my phones are not eligible to be transferred to Verizon since they are locked with AT&T My assumption, AT&T would not be able to use my other two lines since they were originally Verizon but the AT&T order process (and chat bot during initial purchase process) stated they were eligible for transfer Also, I located another link on the AT&T website that stated the phone numbers could not be processed even though the order process stated they are eligible The new SIM cards showed my current phone numbers on the new SIM cards Overall, four different channels that are not sync'ed creates a very bad experience (+ customer pay $to activate each line, unbelievable!) Hopefully the order cancellation process goes more smoothly but assuming I'll have a credit card dispute in my near future Hopefully they will protect my personal information & SSN better than their order process End result, I am staying with my current provider...even though more expensive but definitely better customer experience It's was not surprised by the F Revdex.com rating

this is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! they lie about the rates to get you to sign up, and then NEVER EVER honor those rates!! They speak terrible english and you cant understand anything they say, you will be on the phone with them for hours!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!! I was told bill will be $for months, months in it is not that price, and never has been that price!!!And they can not honor that price!! This company is criminals and scam artists!!!!!
