When I called AT&T over months ago to get internet turned back on I was quoted $per month as long as I have cell, service with themI do and have had a cell phone with AT&T for yearsThey have continually billed me $per month since day I have asked they review the phone call from that dayMagically it has disappeared but they claim to have a "transcript" of the callI refuse to accept that because transcripts can be changedThey are also telling me I continually go over a data limit I had NO knowledge ofThey forced me to add a $30/month addition to get unlimited dataI find this horrendousI believe it's unfair billing practices and fraud

I want to start off by saying I have been a customer of AT&T for over years plusI normally don't review my bill in debthI have a family plan with linesWhen I added a new line with my sister to my account they had a promotionBuy one phone get one free so I took the deal so I could get an upgraded phone too along with my sisterThen months later I added on my other sister and her sonSame promotionShe purchased a phone and her son got the free oneHer phone broke and she had to use the insurance and pay $for the deductibleThey put it on my current bill that has a total bill of $My payment with all phones is around $with adjustment of $for one of the phonesBrings my monthly payment around $a monthI did the math and deducted the $from my bill and the total due is $So my bill is $higher than normalI have talked to different workers at AT&T about this and still have no ideal why it is higherReviewing my current bill it appears I'm not getting the credit for the promotion on both phonesI no longer trust this company and feel they are robbing me of my hard earned moneyI would like to be taken off all contractsSo each family can get their own service and I will search for a more honest company to give my business tooI really think someone needs to take a long look at this companyThey can not be trusted!

AT&T failed to cancel my DSL account when I upgraded to U-verse and continued to charge for both (sending DSL "fees" to a collection agency)
On July 28, I set up a DSL internet account with AT&T for my personal use at homeIn 2015, I upgraded to a U-verse (wireless internet) account, beginning for the billing cycle Feb 14-Mar 13, AT&T failed to cancel the original DSL account (account # ***) when they upgraded me to U-verse (account # ***)AT&T charged me for both services through August (even though I was only using one service - the upgraded U-verse - for those months)When I realized that the technician that set up my new U-verse account failed to cancel the old DSL account (as he said would happen), I called AT&T and told them of their oversight - they apologized and said that they would cancel the old DSL account and reimburse the amount I was erroneously chargedI went through this process two times with two different billing representative

They customer service providers are extremely difficult to understand & they continuously have issues with service

I have been with them for years and their customer service is not working in the same pageI call in to set up arrangement and I was told ok for the dateNow they disconnect my service for being days late and the funds coming in the day after they saidIt left my account in the day I was toldI was also told that I was fine for the rest of monthWhen spoke to manager they advised they can disconnect when they feel no matter whatMy problem is if I do what their associate tells me , why and I paying the price ?
