I have been trying to cancel my AT&T Internet service acct # *** for the past three days and each time I call they say the system is under maintenance and they are unable to cancel my serviceThey recommend I call back in 2hrs or the next dayThis is not the first time I call concerning an Internet issue, this happened back in October 2017, I wanted to see if I could down grade my Internet service and they were unable to help me as well

They told me after years that my service is at the wrong apt they cancelled my service and will not honor the speed that I am suppose to have
On 5/at&t disconnected my service at my current apartment and put that I moved in their system and started a new plan, the agent told me that he was giving me a better deal so that I would not switch but he lowered my data plan without informing meI have called back different times staying on the phone for more than a hour and still no helpI am cancelling the service I just want others to know that this company is a rip and off and they do not honor what they say or value customers

My husband and I got direct TV earlier this year and got a deal for bundled services with cable and internet In June of this year I had called Direct TV to have my services moved to our new address because we had just bought a home I was told by the representative that they did not provide internet to that location and there would be no issue or charge because of it July we had the services transferred to the address that I had provided and even obtained a new internet provider In October I received a bill or $and was shocked because my bill should have been around $ When I called and complained I was told that not only was I still being charged for internet but they wanted me to pay two months bill in one which did not make sense when I spoke to a supervisor she explained that they were changing their billing which is why my bill was double As for being charged for the internet since June when I called and had it moved she was able to back date most of those paym

I cancelled U-verse service with AT&T on January 26, because I was switching to SpectrumI delivered the AT&T equipment to a UPS store as instructed on 1/26/to be returned to AT&T I have been owed a credit of $84.11, & called on February 26, to ask about receiving a check for the creditI was told that one will be sent in a couple of daysIt has now been more than weeks, & I have yet to receive a credit from these deadbeatsI always paid my bill to them before they were due, but, it seems that they are very reluctant to reimburse a credit in a timely fashion

This is unacceptable that you guys are only accepting debit and credit cards for the purchase of phones you guys should start accepting Electronic Checks for the purchase of devices just accepting debit and credit cards is unacceptable

AT&T has changed out our DVR box times due to problems Every time they changed it out, they had to delete all of our saved shows We (my husband and I) like to save our shows and binge watch them later This last time was the final straw The DVR kept rebooting, over and over again for an hour My husband was then on the phone with someone for another hour trying all sorts of things only for the guy to tell him that they had to swap out our DVRagain For such a giant corporation with so many resources, it is inexcusable that they could not diagnose the problem correctly the first time, or even the 2nd and it is inexcusable for them to not have some sort of cloud/offsite backup for our shows All this has happened while our bill continued to rise to $150/mo We are now disputing the early termination fee since we shouldn't get charged for services we weren't even seeing Who knows how long this problem would have gone on for The only real solution was to get rid of them altogether

Wireless DVR doesn't work with my account
I ordered a wireless DVR from ATT last week, and it was supposed to be activated SundayAfter FIVE conversations with ATT, it is still not activated for my accountI keep trying to cancel the service, and they keep insisting to let them try it againI've been promised THREE callbacks, none of which I ever received
