I have been with for about years (since my Cingular service was transferred over when AT&T bought it)I have had so much hassle over many occasions with AT&T trying to kick me off of the unlimited data planI was removed from it without my knowledge and it took me weeks of calling to get it backThey increased my plan $a month not long ago and now I just got another email saying that they will increase another $in MarchI am now considering moving another carrier

I explained they actually belong to the city, and if they are damaged or removed by me or workers, I would be fined $per foot This information was given to me by the City of ** *** ArboristI asked the technicians if they had contacted the city and they did not know if AT & T hadThey left, and have not been back I then contacted the City Arborist, who stated AT & T "knows better"

It is now November of 2018, and despite multiple calls into customer service AT&T refuses to clear the account of the balance for services running from Oct to early AT&T has also sent our account to collections, and the agents of the business have been receiving letters from them as well

I called on July to check on my cancelation date and the representative advised me that I would not have a cancelation fee because my contract was doneOnly to find out two months later that I in fact am being billed an early termination feeI called in to explain the situation to the supervisor and have the fee removed since I was given wrong information and because of that missed information I made the decision of cancelingThe supervisor was not concerned with the information I was giving her instead she just wanted a payment

I called At&T set up a new planThe lady on the phone said that they has a plan for dollars for monthsAfter months it goes up to dollarsI get my first bill dollars and the second bill dollars.Now only did my bill go up they also charger me for direct TV for a month in a half I did not use bring the bill to first month and for the second monthNow I tired calling them three times to talk to a managerThe first two times I got hang up on because I want to tell to a managerThe last one I call the lady said the manager was outI'm try to understand how a manager is not endI want my money back from the second billI want direct TV to send me my money back as well

I was bundled with Direct TV and AT&T uverse internetI called to cancel direct TV and asked would this change my internet price of $50/monthI was told "no", it will stay the sameI received my first bill and it was $79/monthI called and talked with customer service and she was able apply some deals and got me to $54/monthSince all of this I have had horrible service with the uverse internet and want to cancel all togetherThey want to charge me a termination fee of $because the lady who got my bill back down to $54/month put me in a year contract that I was not made aware ofI have called and called and they refuse to remove this

I switched from *** to AT&T about a week agoI was told I would have great service at my houseI got the phones home and had no service, called the retailer and they said the service was going to be upgraded soonI asked them when it would be be finished and they couldn't answer that questionI lost business due to there sales person lies and promisesI took the phones back to the retailer and they charged me $per line for a re stocking feeI was told in the store that I had days risk free and if I was not happy I could bring the phones backThey never said anything about a re stocking feeI called the customer service and they were even worseThe customer service department is a jokeI wouldn't advise you switch to AT&T unless you want horrible service and like to be lied tooThis is a horrible companyI give this company zero stars, the only reason they get one star is so I can leave this review

I have been a customer of ATT for years, my land line, computer, cell phones and televisions WTHR is one of the stations most commonly watched in my home and for whatever reason we can no longer view programming on this station The only thing the screen keeps says is they are sorry and the customer has removed the channel WHY'?? We pay a lot to be able to view television today! I believe the customer deserves the right to know why the channel withdrew and if there are plans to return Should this reason or cause be DirectTV's problemthe customer deserves some compensation.THE Revdex.com is shown at the bottom of their internet page, therefore I request that the Revdex.com please look into this issue.Thank You

AT&T representatives will tell you anything to get you off of the line When I moved I was promised the same internet and tv options that I had at my previous home When they arrived I was told that I could only get the lowest possible internet at my new home I then switched to direct tv and was given a date for installation which they never showed up to I spent a total of hours on the home with their reps and had different appointments for install that have not been honored I don't understand how they have an A+ rating by the Revdex.com and of the customer reviews are negative

After canceling my u-verse service on May 7th, and returning their equipment ( I have the receipt from UPS), they are still trying to charge me with months of service I did not receive or need As of today, I have made phone calls, and spent 30+ minutes at one of their corporate stores with nothing being done to delete the charges I was not under contract when I cancelled, and out of representatives confirmed I did not owe that bill, but the 4th had the nerve to tell me to just pay it One representative said it showed on their system that I'd called and cancelled, and for some unknown reason the billing was re-started
I don't have just laying around to 'give' to a company, especially when I don't owe any outstanding balance

I ordered att direct tv and internet bundle on sept 5, I have had my installation date changed three times As of 9/24/still no service and today's order is no where to be found On the phone with several representatives no one can find the order I am however receiving a bill for services in the amount of for services they are not providing I have had three service dates for installation missed work three times and they cancel each one without notice I spend endless hours on the phone being routed to several different representatives none of which can help me All I want is my service installed!!! As well my bill needs to be credited because I am not paying it

I transferred from *** Cable to their AT&T U-Verse service and was promised a $gift card for doing so I was told it would take about 6-weeks to get it After not receiving it after an extended amount of time I called to ask about it and was told they sent me some kind of letter at the beginning of my subscription period which I did not fill out and was therefore disqualified from getting the rebate they promised I never saw a letter so don't know if I simply missed it among all the other mail or if they make a habit of not sending it to cheat people out of their promised rebates! when I asked how much it would be to cancel and go back to *** they said it would be almost $ So they lie upfront about rebates but then are able to lock you into contracts when they don't performOn top of all this the TV constantly is freezing so their TV service is absolutely horrible and when I call to get it fixed I keep getting the same all response where they want to walk me through the reboot process and turn everything off and restart it This was never a problem with ***
