I am very disappointed with this companyI have never had more problems with a cell phone carrier than I have with AT&TI completed warranty replacements several months ago, returned the defective devices, and received all documentation saying the items have since been receivedI have been charged for both phones that AT&T will not issue me credits for, and now my account has been suspended multiple times due to a supposed passed due balance, and I receive no help from any department or store representative I speak withI have called or times and been to the store onceI keep being redirected to different departments who all tell me they are not the correct department to fix the problem, and then redirect me againEvery time the charges are put into "dispute", but nothing ever happens to resolve this

I Contacted them about a phone call we received by a AT&T/ DIRECTV employeeabout use as a valued customer they offered prime shows for 3month free and a gift cardso today I called them up when I ask about the offer at 1st the lady said No, it was a scam then she said yes when I ask why it wasn't onshe said that I would have too have Leah contact them for a 4dig no# and security Qwhen I informed them that I was also on this account she said when AT&T had taken over Directv that changed again with out our permission in the pass years that we have had this account I have made any changes that needed to be change now AT&T is saying that I'm not Authorized when I ask to speak to a Supervisor over this problem after 31minon the phone waiting for them I was hang up on I call back then it started all over again so sating on a phone for more then a hour I told this lady I was counting the Revdex.com and making a complaint about everything PS when DIRECTV ran it we had 4dig no# and

Starting third year as reluctant customer and, again, receiving unsolicited advertising after filing complaint last year for the exact same reason Called the call center to ask why this has started again (was promised that my address was "permanently" added to the Do-Not-Contact list last time by the AT&T "Office of the President") I am receiving againFirst agent sent me to the federal "Do-Not-Call" registry, even after I explained twice that the unsolicited advertising was arriving via USPS Second agent insisted on getting access to my account - which should NOT be required for me to be Opted Out

THIS MIGHT BE THE 4TH TIME I'D HAVE TO FILE A COMPAINT AGAINST AT&T FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY PROVIDEI STARTED MY SERVICE WITH AT&T AT $A MONTH FOR UVERSE & INTERNETSUDDENLY MY BILLS STARTED TO SLOWLY INCREASE TO $166, $LAST MONTH TO $AND WAS TOLD MY "OFFERS" WERE EXPIRINGSO I CALLED IN TO OBVIOUSLY AVOID ANY MORE CHARGES & WAS OFFERED A DAY TRIAL AT "NO CHARGE" TO DROP MY BILL DOWN TO $AND 50% OFF MY NEXT BILLI SAID SURE WHY NOT, RIGHT? WRONG!! THIS IS AT&T WE'RE TALKING ABOUTACCORIDING TO THE REP I HAD UNTIL 11/(before 7pm) TO DECIED IF I WANTED TO CONTINUE WITH THE NEW OFFER OR NOWNEXT THING YOU KNOW, I RECIEVE A BILL FOR $235'? I CALL IN TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT..AFTER A LONG LONG WAIT GET A REP WHO SAYS YOUR OFFERS EXPIREDI LET HER KNOW I WAS AWARE THEY WERE EXPIRING, REASON WHY I CALLED IN & WAS TOLD ONLY IF I DIDNT TAKE THE NEW OFFER THEN MY BILL WOULD GO UPSHE WAS OF NO HELP (like all of them) & WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE "ACCOUNTS DEPT"

There service AND customer service is the worst Once my contract ends I will be switching to any other provider available in my area All the negative reviews I read are the same experiences I have had with ATT, hung up on, on phone for hours to no avail, asked for supervisors and they are rude and not helpful, techs do not show and when they do show they say someone from another depthas to come out to fix and then that person says someone from the original department has to come out to fix No ownership or care in this company When attempting to fix the original issue from months ago they created other issues which took months to resolve and the original issue I called about still is not fixed months left on my contract and I am done with them! Run....run....run....from UVerse and their staff
