AT&T, in my opinion, is 100% GARBAGEI have never in my life, dealt with any company (big or small) that was as broken, dysfunctional, itic, and truly annoying to the point that only profanity is justified! If you are an average person, their customer service/business process (infrastructure, design and every aspect of the business) will drive you insane and on edge As good as their prices might sound, be prepared to be angry out of your mind all the time and be annoyed: each call, each transaction, every situation translates into unbelievable anger due to chronic/persistent miscommunication, unprofessionalism and a completely disastrous infrastructure (website, customer service on phone, logging in, appointments, prices, IT system issues/malfunctions, OMG) It will leave you angry all the time and they are so bad that it may even impact your health because of the intense stress Is it worth saving $a month? You decideI would recommend anyone in the world, but ATTI have had companies I didn't like before but not to an EXTREME level like this: this company is so broken that simple words cannot describe how horrible they are as a business They will drive you crazy...honestly no jokeThis is my honest, objective opinion and I highly believe in all my statements because they have proven this to me consistentlyGod have mercy on their souls
I am going to file a complaint with the FTC and leave them negative reviews everywhere I can, including my Facebook, Twitter, Instagram to share with at least my followers what I really think they are Unfortunately, I cannot use profanity on Revdex.com - even though with ATT it is absolutely warranted (imagine how bad they are to take a calm person and drive him nuts)

I have to agree with many peopleHow does this company have a A+ rating when:
1) Most reviews are negative
2) Their response is generic but never applied
Anyone considering AT&T for serviceDO NOT DO ITFormer customer 7+ years and will be first to tell you that THEY DO NOT PRORATE your billIf you cancel the bill on 1st of the new billing cycle, they will expect your bill to be paid for completely without even providing serviceTheir argument is that that it is in the contract fine printsAgain, the issue is that there is no contract or explicit stated nor mention until you leave themGreat parting gifts?
Also, the issue I had is that:
1) They misinform you on what you are paying (when I upgraded and told me it is only $more but it ended up being $more per month)
2) Even though the account is new, they won't downgrade you back to the original plan (heck, one agent even told me that I could even if I was a grandfather account or not the next day)
3) When going to cancel the call, I asked specifically if you prorate or notThey either will tell you yes or hide that information (even if the customer explicitly ask for that information)
4) When cancelled and asked, they autopay your account and charge and then go back to contract that I have to pay the full amount
5) Add, I was transferred, on hold, and they are not respondent (even on chat) for a long timeI have called them about times since the bad experience, and they just get worse with customer experience each and every moment
Recommendations:
Do not go with themThey want to hold you accountable for everything but they sure ain'tAt the end, they given me the tough out of luck remark and took my moneyI will never go back to you againNot even close to being customer-centricVery sad and disappointing

I called about my options with my family when I upgrade to the *** ** I spoke with "David" who was more than helpful, and sat on the phone with me for over minutes discussing the best options for me and my two sonsHe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was willing to gather further information when he didn't know the direct answerI appreciated his patience and good attitude while I decided the best way to handle my next stepsHe was awesome!!!
