Monica was extremely quick to respond when I contacted her, and she quickly got down to brass tax in coming up with a resolution for my issue My insurance company had appraised my car (a total loss) at $ Monica, on the other hand, saw comparable vehicles on the market in excess of $ She told me she'd take care of it, and call me back after negotiating a fair price with my insurance companyTwo weeks later, Monica called to let me know that my insurance company settled for $9500! It was absolutely worth every penny paid to Monica and her crew - they did a great job and made the process so easy and carefree I wish I hadn't spent so much time going back and forth with my insurance company, and instead had just called Monica from the get-goI highly recommend AutoLoss.com if you're having any sort of dispute with your insurance company over the total loss value of your vehicle!

Dealt with Monica, President and CEO of the company on an undervalued auto hail claim with Allstate that I had been fighting myself for almost a year by muselfShe resolved it in less than a month, for more then 30% more than I had achieved, and only charged me $bucks! Needless to say after that email I received from her I quit talking to them and they obviously had no need to contact me again as they already had my money before handThey never even followed up with me to see if I had gotten my claim resolvedI would steer clear of this company at all cost as all they want is your money and not to in fact help you

I got $offer for my diminished car from insurance company before I hired AutolossMonica (Owner) generated automated computer report, charged me $for thatWhen I sent that report to insurance company they laughed at the reportI went to insurance commissioner and insurance company increased the offer to $This whole thing took almost monthsNow, when I asked for my $refund Monica and Autoloss told me that I can not get refund as you got $more because of usThat $I never got but Autoloss made that $using meSo, I wasted my time and energy to earn money for AutolossI want my $back as they did nothing to give me more money and I ended up getting same amount of money in my pocket

I hired auto loss for a diminished value claim and all was good when I talked to Monica on the phoneShe said I had a great diminished value claimGreat right? We started the process, I paid, I received the report and sent it overGot a call my claim was deniedNo ball with the insurance companyAfter I replied to their last email on October 2nd with info, I haven’t heard back from themdays and no replyI mean the least was you could reply to my emailFinally, after reaching out again I was told they’d do a formal review on my file for the refundI then get an email with a court release? I didn’t request a court release I requested a refund I’ve also filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner as in the guide you get with the report and the Insurance commissioner also denied to helpSo now I’d like a refund since the outcome resulted in nothingI’ve done everything including going to the dealer as I was askedI have the email thread/threads and if needed

First of this place autoloss.com should have a 5star review and many great reviews!
