Autoloss has been extremely diligent in helping me They took time talking to me on the phone to get to get to know my situation I spoke with another appraiser in Oregon named Ken but he did not seem as informed or patient as Monica Monica was very patient and explained everything before she even took my case I was very happy she was willing to take my caseThe case was quite complicated but she knew what she was doing She had stated she had done over 30,claims and was an expert legally about Diminished Value
I received the report within hours and it was over pages long The report was comprehensive and specific about my vehicle and what type of damage occurred to my vehicle The insurance company did not call me back in a few weeks and Monica followed up with me to make sure I was being helpedI truly feel Monica cares about each of her cases While the insurance company was ignoring me I emailed the insurance company a letter from Monica which referenced ORS
I was able to settle my claim for over $10,and I was only asking for $3,before I spoke with Monica I had no idea what frame damage did to my vehicle In Monica's report she had a list of all these Mercedes Dealerships that would not put my vehicle on their used car lot The report was beyond impressive Thank you so much, Monica for providing an excellent resource to anyone in a wreck

I have experienced DV loss when I traded my car in a few years ago, so I was made aware of real consequences when getting into an accidentI also have a friend who gave me tips on how to get some of this loss reimbursed (he did all the leg work and demanding)
So, when I was struck from behind while at a stop light, I was armed with some knowledge of what to do in case of a future accident
I could have done the whole process myself (as did my friend); instead I hired Autoloss to produce a report and file on my behalfIt helped that they guaranteed to return the fee if I didn't recover at least that amount
Autoloss explained the procedure and helped coached me through the processI was already aware that this type of claim is something that has to be worked for with the insurance company, so my expectations were reasonableIf I got 80% of the DV, I reasoned, I would be satisfiedIf I didn't get anything, I'd expect a refund of my fee
After a few weeks of waiting for the insurance company to do their due diligence and for my car to be repaired, I was awarded the full amount of my DV
You can certainly do what Autoloss does on your own, but I liked the idea that this is their expertise and they have a guarantee (return of fee)
My time is quite valuableIf I can pay someone else for their expertise and save myself hours/days of due diligence, research, trial and error, etc., then it makes sense for me
For those who want to take their chances against insurance companies, I wish you successFor me, 3-hours of doing my own follow-ups, etc was worth my peace and sanity, and having a specialized partner advocating for me made it much easier, in my opinion
Finally, after my car was repaired, I called the insurance company and asked for the status of my DV claimShe acknowledged that she obtained the professionally-produced report and told me the check will be sent out that dayspent, 8000+ returned
I will not hesitate to use and recommend this company and their services again in the future

Thank you for this complaint. In no way am I over estimating my experience in being an appraiser. I also am an approved expert witness in court for auto appraisals and I am licensed in numerous states. Per the case law in almost every *** inherent DV is based on the value of the
vehicle a second before the loss vsa second after. As I have written to the client and explained to her it is impossible to find the same vehicle with the same damage same miles etcNo appraiser and or the insurance company can find that information. Per her complaint it appears she thinks she has found an appraiser that can find the same exact vehicle but wrecked. I would welcome that report and would love to see itIn the thousands of claims we have completed we have never seen a report with this informationWe have tried to help this client in every way possible. The next step for the claim is to get a dealer quoteWe will not refund the client the fee because we have done nothing wrong. Failed to provide services sold with the anticipation had they not obtained desired amount above the cost of the service they would pay back that amount guaranteed

This place is a total rip offThey will tell you that you have a great case to get your $then they tried to stick it to the insurance company for minor damage to my vehicle, I just wanted to be fairly compensated being it was a brand new vehicle After months and months and no headway my calls would not get returned from auto loss finally I requested a refund as they guarantee when you signed upThe insurance offered me The amount that I had spent with auto loss I also requested a refund from Monica FAt that point she was rude and so are her employees once they figure they're not going to get you what they tell you in the beginning I was told I would get a half of refund and after waiting for quite a while I called back wondering where my refund was, Monica Ftold me it had to go to the accountant and would be paid within to days After days and still no refund I emailed her again and was told she would pull my file, after days and still no response I emailed again got an email said my check was in the mail and I got a personal check from her for half of the money that I put into it Save your money this place is a waste of time and I would not recommend them to anybody
