Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Auto loss did not provide any methodology/analysis as to how she came up with a $diminished value loss on page of what we submitted to Revdex.comWe attached pages of documentation when we filed the Revdex.com complaintPage is her receipt to us showing "Money Back Guarantthe end of the DV process if you don't have at least the appraisal fee we will reimburse you the appraisal fee per the websitePage shows [redacted] denial letter because she did not locate and provide comparable vehicles that were involved in accidents, repaired and subsequently soldMs Fsaid that it was not possible to find exact vehiclesThis is not what the insurance company asked forShe did not meet the burden of proof so our claim was deniedHer report only showed [redacted] dealers that would not take in non-certifiable [redacted] vehiclesThere are dealers that would sell [redacted] that had repaired damage but she did not provide any dealer or other comparable vehicles that were soldShe had a copy of the insurance company's denial letterPage 9-involved the emails exchanged between us and Auto Loss in which she said it impossible to find exact vehiclesAs that is not the real issue it became a circular discussionAuto loss's guarantee to refund the report charge has not been done and we have not received any diminished value from the insurance company for the above reasonsAuto loss needs to honor their guarantee.Sincerely, [redacted]

 I was in a multi vehicle accident in Oct where my new Honda Crv was rear ended by a semi-truckI contacted Autoloss for a diminished value quoteThey considered my new vehicle status and provided me with a diminished value estimate of $8, The semi’s insurance agency (let’s say XYZ due to confidentiality agreement) at first did not take responsibility for the entire auto damage and my case went into arbitrationAfter about months the panel ruled that the XYZ is responsible for the entire damage to my vehicleXYZ reimbursed Geico(my insurance) for all the repairs and I got back my deductible from GeicoAfter the ruling I called up XYZ’s adjuster regarding the diminished value and provided a detail estimate from AutolossXYZ initially came up with an offer for $3,and I contacted the support team at Autoloss who then gave me a demand letter with detailed questions to ask XYZAfter about a week I called up XYZ and told them that I was already tired of the games and if we don’t settle ASAP I will just go and file a claim in small claims court without any negotiationI also convinced them that I will charge for my time to prepare the court material and my time is very expensive :) The insurance adjuster came to terms and asked me to settle at $6,which I felt was reasonable and we settledBelow are some things one needs to keep in mind: aIf you are at fault, getting paid is going to be impossible so don’t blame Autoloss for not doing anything if you are not winning a settlement bUnderstand that Autoloss will support you with what to say but you are on your ownThat means that it is your responsibility to understand and research everything before talking with insurance adjustersIf you have any questions, you can always call up the support team and askYou would need to talk carefully with insurance adjusters and know all the tactics wellAsk them for written confirmation and if they tell you something don’t agree on spotAlways say you will get back once you are able to get a written note on what was discussed cNegotiating is hard so you need to be convincing and credibleDon’t show that you are weak and always be respectful to the adjusterEven though my adjuster gave me weird answers I would always ask her to repeat what she saidFor example – I asked her why her quote was far from what Autoloss provided, she told me that if my car was totaled I would have got moreI was very frustrated with the answer but very patiently said , can you please repeat that sentence and I will see if it will be useful if at all this case proceeded to the small claims courtShe immediately apologized and said that she dint mean to say that dIf the adjuster feels that you are not strong or you demonstrate lack of knowledge they have your hair in their hands eMonica is the owner of the company doing many claims a day so understand that if you have a problem don’t call her directly , there is a whole support team and Erik on the support team was very much knowledgeable and provided timely support fDon’t be too greedy, know that you will have to negotiate and you are not going to get 100% of what Autoloss told youBe reasonable and professional with the adjusters and provide them with questions and evidence behind your askFor example – I took additional evidence from CAR Max saying that my car value was diminished(luckily my car did not have as much diminished) gDiminished value is not something which is defined and it is hard to put a $ value against it (similar to pain and suffering) so understand that hKnow that the third party insurance is not responsible to pay for the $dollars you paid AutolossIt depends on your skill to negotiate for thisSo don’t come back and tell autoloss that they are responsible to pay you back that iAutoloss is not your legal team and if they were to provide you with legal support they would need to charge you with more than $ Finally I would like to say that I loved working with Autoloss and they have been greatI would definitely refer them to my friends and don’t believe haters out thereEvery case is different and if you are having some fault in the accident you will not get anything

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: well I have sent the emails to their support services which I received from the insurancethe insurance clearly stated in their email that they did not agree with their appraisal The offer made by the insurance was not due to their DV value estimation report but due to the time spent for the repair as stated by the adjusterAutoloss had given me a misleading figure of $and the offer is nowhere close to thatSo DV value estimated by autoloss did not help me with anythingWhen I asked for the refund they emailed me saying that they will not refund my moneyThey keep lying and playing the games of send me insurance response again and again hoping that I will get tired and stop pursuing All the emails from the insurance were forwarded to their support servicesAny guidance from Autoloss was rejected by the insurance Sincerely, [redacted]

THEY TOOK MY TOTAL LOSS TRUCK WHICH MY INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY VALUED IT AT $ 15,WHEN MONICA AND HER TEAM WHEN TO WORK THEY WERE FAST AND COST EFFECTIVETHEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME $ 19,HUGE DIFFERENCETHANX TO EVERYONE AT AUTOLOSS

The client approved the report that was sent to the insurance company and it appears the repair order had stated the vehicle had a cylinder engine and that is why we stated the vehicle had a cylinder engine in our report We also sent the claim to the client to make sure he approved of the report to make sure the information was correct before the claim was faxed in Once he informed us of a different engine we amended the claim ASAP and sent it over to the insurance company after her approved the new report The client was offered a settlement and decided to take the offerI believe it was for approximately $1, Once he stated he wanted to take the offer he also stated he wanted to get him money back We referred him to the refund policy numerous times stating he would not be able to get his money back because the offer was significantly over the appraisal fee He stated he did not care and still wanted his money back He stated he would put in a complaint to the Revdex.com if he did not get his money back too Thanks, Monica

Autoloss was the biggest waste of time and moneyI would never recommend this company to anyoneMonica F [redacted] is quick to answer emails and calls before they have your business, but once she had your business she refers you to her help desk assistantsAmanda was also zero helpAll they do is pull quotes of your car from websites and submit the claimThey have no basis for your claimAmanda even told me to get a quote from my dealership on my carWhat exactly am I lying you for then if I have to do that? Needless to say after that email I received from her I quit talking to them and they obviously had no need to contact me again as they already had my money before handThey never even followed up with me to see if I had gotten my claim resolvedI would steer clear of this company at all cost as all they want is your money and not to in fact help you

I understand that filing for a diminished value on a wrecked vehicle can take a while, but I also understand that if Auto Loss is unsuccessful that I would get my $back I have been corresponding with the customer service at Auto Loss with the emails between myself and the insurance and they have not only stopped responding to me, but they don't return my calls, namely Monica F [redacted] who is supposed to be taking care of my diminished value service Not only were they unable to get the money that I was supposed to get from the auto insurance company, but they have ignored me so long that Texas Farm Review closed my complaint Nothing is worse than for a big company like Auto Loss to take advantage of an African American who is currently serving this country

I was working against Geico and my body shop manager referred me to AutolossAfter a few months I got a check for thousands of dollars and I was very happy with my experience [redacted]

At no time did we tell our client not to take the offer of $1,The offer was low and we told our client that we thought the offer was low Next, the client recently stated our staff in writing told her to not take the offer I told the client to send me that email showing we told her not to take the offer Next, the client stated well maybe we did not We let all clients know the refund policy The refund policy is emailed to each client once they hire us and it is on the websiteI am sorry the client loss in court but at no time did we tell her to not take the offerIn fact, we tell every client that going to court is a riskMonica F*

When we complete diminished value reports we print off all advertised vehicles The ad did not state the vehicle was totaledOnce we found out there was an issue we stated we would amend the claim ASAP Mr ***, then stated he was an insurance adjuster and just wanted his money backWe told him as part of the process we need him to get a dealer quote so we could help with demand letters etc We also wanted to help him with insurance commissioner complaints and other tools we use to help customersWe do help every customer from start to finishWe have numerous employees to help customers as well If Mr [redacted] would have followed the process and still was unable to get a settlement we would have refunded his fee gladly We would still like to help Mr*** If any potential customer has any questions regarding this transaction please contact us and we can forward the thread to them showing we acted in good faith and tried to help Mr***Thanks, Monica F*

TO START, I WAS SMASHED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT AND I HAD A NEAR-MINT CAR THE PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE CAR WAS SO EXTENSIVE, THE CAR WAS LABELED BY THE OTHER PERSON'S INSURANCE AS "TOO EXPENSIVE TO FIX" THE CAR'S TRUE VALUE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT WAS IN THE 9,TO 12,DOLLAR RANGE AND A BELLEVUE, WASHBODY SHOP WANTED (IF THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT) IN EXCESS OF $10,DOLLARS FOR REPAIRS HOWEVER, THEY RECOMMENDED THE CAR BE TOTALED BECAUSE EVEN IF FIXED, "IT WOULD BE UNSAFE TO DRIVE" THE OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE COMPANY (ONE OF THE MAJORS) MEANWHILE, PUT ME IN A RENTAL FOR WEEKS AND THEN IN THE LAST DAYS OF THE RENTAL, SUBMITTED TO ME A CHECK FOR $TO SIGN, WITH A BOOK ABOUT COMPARABLE VEHICLES JUSTIFYING THEIR CHECK AMOUNT IN VIEWING THE BOOKLET, I DISCOVERED VALUES WERE NOT PROPERLY CALCULATED SO I REFUSED THE $FOR EXAMPLE, THE CAR'S AUTO GLASS WAS ASSIGNED A "0" VALUE WHEN THE GLASS PANELS WERE MINT YET NO VALUE WAS ASSIGNED THEN POINTING OUT MORE IMPROPER CALCULATIONS, THE OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE CORAISED THEIR CHECK AMOUNT TO 6, THIS ALSO WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE I THEN EXAMINED FURTHER THE NEWER BOOK SENT TO ME AT THIS TIME, AND, ON PAGE OF THE "SUPPOSED" COMPARABLE VEHICLES PAGE, WAS A CAR LISTED FROM DEALER WITH YELP COMPLAINTS AGAINST IT: FOR HIS DEALERSHIP WAS SELLING CARS THAT DIDN'T WORK AFTER PEOPLE PURCHASED THEM! I ALSO NOTICED OTHER CARS LISTED IN THE BOOKLET HAD THE WRONG ENGINES, WHEELS, TRANSMISSIONS ETC MORE OVER, I WAS THEN TOLD IF THE $6,WAS NOT ACCEPTED THE CASE WOULD BE CLOSED THAT'S WHEN I CALLED MONICA FISHER AT AUTO-LOSS INSTANTLY I COULD SEE WHY MONICA WAS PRESIDENT OF THIS COMPANY WITHIN MOMENTS SHE HAD FOR ME THE PROPER VALUE OF MY CAR, AND WENT OVER WITH ME ALL THE DETAILS OF THE CAR TO MAKE SURE WE HAD THE TRUE VALUE MONICA THEN SUBMITTED A "TRUE-VALUE" REPORT TO ME, AND MORE SO, SHE STEPPED IN TO SETTLE THIS CASE PROFESSIONALLY AND PRO-ACTIVELYAND WITHIN SEEMINGLY A WEEK, A SETTLEMENT WAS REACHED FOR APPROX $9,BECAUSE OF MONICA'S HARD WORK AT AUTO-LOSS, AND THE REST OF HER TEAM AT AUTO-LOSS AS MONICA IS A SPECIAL PERSON, I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS MOMENT TO THANK HER AND THE REST OF HER TEAM FOR THEIR "EXCELLENCE" IN A JOB WELL DONE!
