The refund policy is clear A client cant just say I did not get the full amount for my claim so I want my money backOur website clearly states we do no guarantee the full settlement The client had numerous opportunities to contact our company so we could help her furtherWe also sent her a DV manual that went over this process as well

I had a very good experience with AutoLoss The team evaluated the diminished value of my car and walked me through the process on how to work with the unresponsive and uncooperative insurance company Yes, you have to put in some work, but the team does a good job in walking you through the process and helping when needed All in all very good experience and would definitely use again Originally I was offered $by Statefarm, I ended up receiving over $2,000!

The business offers vehicle diminished value appraisal with money back guaranteeIf I don't have at least the appraisal fee plus the offer of $2,000, I will be able to get my appraisal fee back, which is $After negotiation with insurance company, they have offered me a vehicle diminished value compensation of only $1,000, which is less than $2,000, let alone $2,plus the appraisal feeI am eligible to get my money back but the merchant refused to give my money back after weeks' debate And also the merchant hasn't renewed their registration since April 2018, I am not sure whether they are able to provide me this kind of service given they don't have a valid registration
