PSA First of let me start off by saying this company is a total JOKE! They are liars they WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK PEROID!! You will not get a refund of any sortMonica is the biggest liar in this companySo unless you want to just give $to a bunch of dishonest people DO NOT USE THEM!! The insurance companies will only allow so much for deminished value and the line of crap they tell you before you pay them is not trueThe good reviews on them auto lose paid forThey do nothing you do all the work an even after you do all the work you still will not get your money backSo now you know this company isn’t what they pretend to beYou have been warned about this company so please do not hire them

I was involved in a four car accident I was the third vehicle hit and pushed into another vehicle Vehicle was ticketed and their insurance accepted 100% liability My vehicle was considered a high end vehicle Vehicle was repaired I requested a independent Diminished Value Appraisal of my vehicle Meaning, what is the lost value now that my vehicle has been wrecked and repaired by the [redacted] Based on $17,in repairs MSRP on my vehicle was 92, How much value did my vehicle lose due to the accident? Autoloss (Monica) sent me what they called a professional appraisal stating my vehicle lost 23,in value I doubted the final findings and decided to seek other services from multiple appraisal in the Houston, Texas area All finding from separate appraiser all say my vehicle lost about 10K to 13K in value Autoloss didn't send any solid proof or formula of how they arrived at the total lost of 23K It appears they just cut and paste

I am delighted to give at least stars and 100% great results for the vehicle appraisal and negotiations with the [redacted]  insurance claims office The insurance claims adjuster threatened me and made untrue statements about my claim while yelling at meMonica and Ashley were polite, pleasant and knowledgable about what actions I should take to resolve the dispute I would call them again if I ever have to deal with an insurance claims They quadrupled the amount of the insurance adjuster had originally offered Definitely a good company to call Thank you for your help [redacted]  

Our refund policy is on the website If she provides the denial letter, a local dealer quote, and an insurance commissioner complaint is sent in and we receive a reply then we will refund the appraisal fee if no offer is made We have sent the refund policy to our client before this Our refund policy is very specific Also, all clients approve all reports before they are sent to the insurance companyOur client approved the report before it was faxed to the insurance company Thanks, Monica F

I contacted this company last month after three of cars were totaled by hurricane Harvey The insurance company was not paying us the value we requested We were very upset and than I find Auto Loss company on line and cannot tell how happy we are they were able to get us little over 12K for all three cars

Read the complaints and negative reviews and you will see exactly what you will be in forI wish I had done this before I dished out $to these incompetent scam artists You WILL have to constantly call them You WILL have to constantly remind the where in the process you are You WILL have to wait...days, even weeks, for something they promise you same day or within 24-hours Monica will tell you that it is a long drawn out process because the insurance companies like to drag it outLIE - The insurance adjuster handling my claim generally gets back to me within a day or two..the people at AutoLoss have taken 2-weeks to respond at times Their reports will be FULL of typos, errors, and things they just make upSeriouslyOne guy sent me a report to forward and there was a whole paragraph where he made up a scenario that never occurred They play games with youSeriously, let me break down the last weeks worth of interactions I've had with them Wednesday - Call Autoloss to explain to them that the insurance adjuster isn't accepting their "similar vehicles" part of the claim because the vehicles they found are not from the same state (You would think Autoloss would know how to do this by now) - Autoloss tells me if I go home and find similar vehicles in my state (Which is what I'm paying THEM to do) and email them, I will get an amended demand letter that dayI do thisThen I waitThen I call shortly before they close and I'm told I'll get the letter in 24-hours (Great, glad I rushed home from work to do their work for them, for nothing) Thursday - hours later - Nothing Friday - hours later - Nothing Monday - hours later - no calls, no emails Tuesday - I call near the end of the day after not hearing from themI was told my advisor was busy but he would make sure to get the letter out to me todayI don't get the letterI call and leave a voicemail after they close Wednesday - I get an email from Monica saying, and I quote, "[...] If you have not received the demand letter you will get that today or a response as to what is holding up the letter." - GreatExcept I didn't receive a letter, or an explanation this day Thursday - I wake up to an email apologizing and explaining the problem - except the "hold up" was exactly what they were supposed to do all along, he just made it sound like he came up with the idea last minuteEven though we discussed this alreadyLast Wednesday Friday - After telling them I'm sick of being jerked around and that I want a refund, they finally send me the demand letterThey addressed it to the wrong person, they numbered their example vehicles 1,2,3,4, and I asked them to fix this before they send it outThey told me it would be 24-hours before they fix it, then they would send it to me for approval, and then they would fax itThey also claimed they didn't make mistakes, it was just that I wanted things changed That last week is what led me to writing all of this outThe entire process with them has been a nightmare, and this is only one little snippet of itPlease, for the love of god, do not support this companyIf you have any questions, message me, I'll help you for freeI already know exactly what they knowAll they do is copy and paste your information inside of a prewritten, canned letter that they crank out to everyoneThey put no effort into their workHonestly, if you don't believe me, look at their Revdex.com profile, look at the negative reviewsGetting them to do their job is like pulling teethEveryone says the same thingJust do your research if your considering themMessage meMessage anyone who wrote a reviewDo not get sucked into this like I did

I paid $for Autoloss to write a diminished value appraisal, and the insurance company didn't honor their appraisalAutoloss offers a money-back guarantee if you're unsuccessful in being paid for dv, but I've yet to receive the refundIt was requested months ago, and still nothingI've been in communication with Monica F*, and she keeps telling me that the refund was mailed two weeks ago, but she's lost my trust at this pointI hired them in April of 2015, and this issue is still unresolved

Due to the refund policy on our website is states if the claim is turned down due to a prior loss no refund is granted. The claim was specifically denied because the vehicle was in a prior loss. We would be willing to send the client $100. We are sorry the claim was not able to go... thru but the denial was not based on anything we could control.. Monica F [redacted] Tell us why here...

I have farmers insurance. Farmers hired an auto appraise who came in really low for an offer. My vehicle had hail damage. I called Autoloss and they were more money but very professional. Autoloss succeeded in getting an additional 25% above the insurance company offer. Autoloss was great and Monica was all over my claim. I have told everyone about Autoloss

Autoloss has failed to provide the help that the advertise on their websiteI have done everything they ask to include going out and obtaining dealer quotesOn numerous occasions it has taken emailing Monica F [redacted] to even get a response, after waiting for over a week from replying to the Support and and individual team membersI started the process with Autoloss on October 15th, and have essentially received nothing from them except a Microsoft Word Document that I could e [redacted] myselfThey state that they will help work with the insurance company but on occasions now when the agent calls the number they provided nobody answers; therefore I am left dealing with the agent myself

If you want your best interests looked after, hire AutolossMonica and her team are patient, professional and extremely well versed in their professionThe process was smooth and painless, in fact it was incredibly enlighteningMonica and her crew slam dunked a staggering price which was double what the insurance company was offering Take my advice and go with a company that truly cares, not to mention they are the elite of the elite in their industry, Autoloss!

No real value added, to be honestNot saying they didn't do it what they "promised" they would do it, but the cost / benefit wasn't really thereThe report they provided for the diminished value lacked on substance and arguments, it's my believing now that they saved that for future up selling opportunities, when they would switch their charges from a lump sum for the report to a hourly charges to support arguments from the insurance companyNothing illegal, but not worth it
As a matter of fact, I was better of negotiating directly with insurance company using tools I had available to my self over the internet, such *** reports, etc and made a more compelling arguments than comparable car sales used on the report, using car sales from Florida to compare with car prices in Texas!!!

I want to say I am so glad, I was referred to Autloss I had a great experience with MonicaI had my accident in July after having my car for only daysMy insurance company was not on my side when it came to the value of my lossI called Autoloss and gave him my specific details and she was so knowledgeable She walked me through the whole process and was always available when I called or emailedIt was a pleasure working with Monica with this unfortunate loss but I'm glad Autoloss handled my caseI recommend everyone to call Monica

Autoloss has been great for usWe have utilized their services twice and both times have come out with a much higher settlement that was previously being offered by the insurance companyI would recommend Monica and Autoloss to anyone dealing with a total loss claim

I have to say I am completely impressed with this company I was originally offered just $for my claim Because of Autoloss, I was able to receive $of my $diminished value I was also refunded my appraisal fee Customer service was top notch! stars autoloss was great The case took months and many demand letters but autoloss did not give up State Farm has a ton of lawsuits against them and autoloss has the goods on them

Contacted Autoloss due to Auto Accident and wished to file a Diminished value claim with *** InsuranceThru their website and initially in contact with Monica F* (CEO) they said that I had a good claim and they will assist in helping what to file etc After following all AUTOLOSS required processes, guidelines and directives(including getting in touch with the state insurance commissioner) I was subsequently denied the Diminish value claim by ***The state insurance commission also notified me that the law was not brokenAs per Autoloss website, if I was not able to get at least what I paid for in their assistance for my Diminish value claim ($275.00) I would get refunded that amount after they went thru their reviewal and refund processI have been approved for a refund (AUTOLOSS CEO - Monica F*) and was then told that according to their website - I would have to wait for the refund between 30-days for their CPA to cut a checkIt's been past days, I t

I contracted with Autoloss to produce a Diminished Value (DV) report, after *** had rejected a report from another supplierAmongst other things, we agree that report needed to include certain details (VIN numbers of comparatives)They produced a report with no justification for the amount claimed, and with a number of clerical errors, and no VIN numbersWhen I asked them to include justification, they said they did not understand my suggestionThey couldn't even find all the VIN numbersBased on an implied understanding of how *** works and personal knowledge of the claims administrator by Autoloss, I agreed they could submit the reportAs I had expected it was rejected immediately by *** as having no basis for the amount of the claimI asked Autoloss how to proceed, I suggested we had no recourse, looked for a refund or instructionsI heard nothing instructive from them for two months (the only communication I had during that time was an email after one month a
