I hired AutoLoss after a discussion with Monica where she stated that the AutoLoss company could provide me with a report to file with the insurance company of the gentlemen that hit my vehicleThis report is supposed to prove the value between what my vehicle was worth pre-accident and post-accidentAutoloss has satisfactorily proven the pre-loss value of the vehicle but is not able to prove the post-loss valueWhen I have asked for further details "proving" the post-loss value, I was confronted and berated in a personal telephone conversation with Monica, the owner of the companyThe insurance company has denied my claim and they have denied my appeal based on the "lack of proof by AutoLoss to substantiate the diminished value." It is important to note that these are the words of [redacted] insurance company and not my ownMonica has taken particular offence to the word "proof" and accosted me personally for the verbiage

Complaint: [redacted] I am sorry for the delay since I was out of town for Easter.I am rejecting this response because: I have copies of our emails also When I initially contacted Monica Fof Autoloss, due to the damage described, Monica said I should get from $2500-in Diminutive Value (DV)When she did the initial evaluation, it appeared formatted since there were many discrepanciesThe repair cost had to be corrected from $to $and adding the correct options on the vehicle When it was corrected, their assessment went much higher and I should now receive $Even the final appraisal had errors comparing my SE vehicle to a SEL, a higher costing vehicle In the course of dealing with Monica, although there was an initial quick response, there were delays due to the holidays and their weather My case was then transferred to Eric, who I told that GEICO had already offered me $ He told me to ask GEICO how they came up with that figure and GEICO responded with their own DV valuation of $Already, my professional assistance from Autoloss was going down hillI was now being offered less Each time I had contact with him, he said he would have to confer with Monica and the "team" on Monday and there would be weeks that would pass by After GEICO came up with the $offer, Eric said they had problems with GEICOs DV appraiser, DV of **and I should file a complaint with the **Insurance Commission, which I did When the insurance commission responded I emailed Eric immediatelyAfter days passed, I had to call Eric, who said there would be another conference and after weeks passed by, I contacted Monica who responded that I had $and the only option would be to sue the person who hit me for the difference and per the refund policy, I would not get a refund Basically, Autoloss did not do any service for me to receive any offer of $4357, $to $or even the initial offer of $that GEICO had already offered me In the attached response from the **Insurance Commission complaint, GEICO responded that the offer was before Autoloss was even involved and reads"We advised Mr [redacted] that our offer was fair, was specific to the individual merits of his claim (not Autoloss' claim) and we could not increase out existing diminished value settlement offerMr [redacted] subsequently chose to contact his own third-party diminished value company, Autoloss Appraisal Service The $initial offer that I received from GEICO was not due to any services provided by Autoloss and as the GEICO response said, I subsequently used Autoloss The appraisals and comparisons were in error and some portions left out I had to do my own work in filing a complaint with the insurance commission I was then told to sue So, what service have I received from Autoloss that got me a fair settlement? When I reviewed the Revdex.com files, many of the same things that I encountered came up in the complaints that I read which were resolved and I am hoping that this too will be resolved, since I have the responding statement from GEICO to the **Insurance Commission attached that Autoloss did nothing for me to receive this offer Sincerely, [redacted]

Last year I was involved in an auto accident that was not my fault I contacted the other drivers insurance company to file a diminished value claim When the offer came back, I felt it was too low and reached out to Monica F [redacted] at Autoloss, Incfor assistance I explained what had happened and what the insurance company had offered Monica assured me that they could at least get the $fee I had to pay Autoloss, Incplus the insurance company offer back from the insurance company I agreed to this and payed the $fee Over the course of several months the insurance company did not raise their offer despite the guarantee from Autoloss, Inc Twice I asked for my fee to be returned and it was ignored It has been two months and I have received no communication from Autoloss, Inc

We were hit while parked in a parking lot by an unlicensed driver in a pickup truck The owner of the truck had insurance This happened in July of Our car is a Hyundai Sport 2T Limited which is a rare combination You can buy a Sport 2T or a Limited but to get the combination is rare I found AutoLoss by doing a search on line I was hesitant at first due to them wanting to be paid up front but pleasantly surprised at the work they did Our first attempt was to go after the diminished value in the court proceedings for the unlicensed driver but we were turned down be the judge in September of AutoLoss prepared an excellent report directed to the court but to no availI then went back to AutoLoss and asked what next They redid the report with the attention to the insurance company and sent it to them, with a copy to me, in November, The insurance company refused to acknowledge the report due to the fact that one of the three cars used in the comparison report had a previous insurance claim and they denied all findings I went back to AutoLoss and again asked what nextIt was now January, They said the claim may have been as minor as a cracked windshield and as me to ask the insurance company for the information on the single vehicle The insurance company refused and said they cannot release such information I went back to Autoloss again and asked for help Autoloss did a complete reevaluation of vehicles at no additional cost to me and resubmitted to the insurance companyThis was in March The insured motorists insurance company finally came back with an offer which was 50% of what AutoLoss' report stated but right around what I expected AutoLoss stayed with me through the whole process and went the extra mile to see I got a result I would and have recommended them to anyone looking to settle a Diminished value claim Top notch work and customer service

Autoloss.com charged me $for an appraisal and I have a signed contract stating that if the insurance companies refuse to pay out then I will get my $back I have requested a refund several times, but I have been stonewalledIt's been a month long process and I have taken my car to two separate dealerships to get sales quotesI have followed their manual to a T, but after months I am doneI do not think that months is a reasonable amount of time to get something like this accomplishedPart due to the fact that support does not meet it's hours response time promise

Worst company ever !!! first they tried to help you out, they take too long to answer and you have to be bugging them with calls and email for them to take action, first they act like they are gunna help you but as soon as you paid the $250.00 they wont help you out anymore, they keep telling me the same thing over and over again avoiding helping me and making excuses, by this point they don't even answer my emails or calls, Monica F [redacted] is a scammed and forget about the "get your money back" part on their website that's not going to happen, be aware of this company, professional scammers guarantee!

I hired Autoloss to provide data, documentation and services to support and quickly settle my diminished value claim after being rear ended in my vehicle on July 29th I needed a quick resolution as I was trying to purchase a new vehicle and was also dealing with accident related injuries I found their website and obtained a free quote, which was extremely high and favorable for me I knew I needed hard local data in order to support any claim I had against *** I followed through with each of their steps [redacted] reps laughed at me when I submitted Autoloss documents They did not provide an local data, and it was all fluff Then I was instructed to go have my car appraised at local dealerships, such as "Carmax" in order to provide [redacted] with the evidence I really needed This company simply wasted my time, advised me to settle for far less than my dmv claim was actually worth I went on to visit dealerships, write my own letters and provide additional evidence and settled

Autoloss exceeded my expectationsI was worried the claim was too high and would get turned down I was wrong You have to try Autoloss you can't miss because you can always get your money back [redacted]
