I used Autoloss for a Diminished Value Claim The team there was responsive and professional I ended up getting far more than I expected to by hiring them to put together our Diminished Value Claim I read all the reviews on the Revdex.com website and was a little tentative at first, but Autoloss made me a believer Thanks to Monica, Amanda and Erik!
I searched a few dv companies but I did not find a company that matched Autoloss’s professional behaviorMy first contact was AmandaAmanda was very clear with what autoloss could do for me Monica, the owner created a killer report and the support staff was great with the high level of knowledge*** was impressed with the report Keep up the good work*** *** *** **
When I first called AutoLoss, Monica gave me a clear explanation of how the company work with customersWithout rushing me Monica said to feel free to think about it first, then call back
After doing some homework, checking with some other businesses I decided to put my trust on her
The result exceeded my expectationsGreat report, and guidance
Great workGreat outcome
I definetely recommend Monica and her team to other folks that need such services
Thank you so much
Back in February I hired Autoloss to appraise my to submit it to the other party`s insurance companyAfter hiring them, I recieved the demand letter and submitted to the insurance company and they denied my request and I submitted the rejected letter to autoloss in may and they acknowledge they recieved it and after that I havent got any emails about the caseat this point I want a full refund of the amount I paid
Total Scam And the Money back guarantee is a lieI never received what I paid for and was refused my money back guaranteeMonica F
* Lied to me about getting a diminished value claim for my truck and then never followed through with the claimI feel as thought my money was stolenThey have left my complaint with the Revdex.com unanswered for over a month nowJust like they did with my diminished value claimLast response was on Nov
At first this company seems greatAfter you’ve been suckered by insurance companies and you no longer wish to deal with themThey write you up a detailed report only to find out the report was not specific to your vehicle (all information readily available online) then your claim is denied for those exact reasons and they tell you to get a dealer to write up a trade in quoteOnly you don’t have the vehicle because it is back in the shop for repairs from the accidentIt takes almost weeks just to hear back from them about your next steps when they claim sending proof the claim is denied they will provide a refundAll I want is for them to give me back my money as the report provided was subpar and not vehicle specific as advertisedI’ve provided them with documentation from the insurance company that the claim will not be paidNow I would just like a refund
Auto Loss made a very frustrating and stressfull time manageableIt is sad that our insurance companies are aloud to operate the way they doI was offered $29,for a vehicle that I had purchased just months earlier for $58,I argued with my insurance company for weeks until they said I could initiate the appraisal clause in my policyI did some online research and came across Auto LossThey were very helpful right from the beginningMonica was able to find several comparatives to use in valuing my vehicleThe rest of the process went very quicklyAt the end of the process my insurance company made me an offer of $47,Auto Loss also informed me that I could request a partial refund for the unused extended warranty which netted me an additional $bringing my total to $50,or nearly $22,differenceThis should be illegal what insurance companies try to get away withI'm very happy with the service and the results from Auto Loss but very disappointed that it was needed
TO START, I WAS SMASHED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT AND I HAD A NEAR-MINT CAR THE PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE CAR WAS SO EXTENSIVE, THE CAR WAS LABELED BY THE OTHER PERSON'S INSURANCE AS "TOO EXPENSIVE TO FIX" THE CAR'S TRUE VALUE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT WAS IN THE 9,TO 12,DOLLAR RANGE AND A BELLEVUE, WASHBODY SHOP WANTED (IF THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT) IN EXCESS OF $10,DOLLARS FOR REPAIRS HOWEVER, THEY RECOMMENDED THE CAR BE TOTALED BECAUSE EVEN IF FIXED, "IT WOULD BE UNSAFE TO DRIVE" THE OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE COMPANY (ONE OF THE MAJORS) MEANWHILE, PUT ME IN A RENTAL FOR WEEKS AND THEN IN THE LAST DAYS OF THE RENTAL, SUBMITTED TO ME A CHECK FOR $TO SIGN, WITH A BOOK ABOUT COMPARABLE VEHICLES JUSTIFYING THEIR CHECK AMOUNT IN VIEWING THE BOOKLET, I DISCOVERED VALUES WERE NOT PROPERLY CALCULATED SO I REFUSED THE $FOR EXAMPLE, THE CAR'S AUTO GLASS WAS ASSIGNED A "0" VALUE WHEN THE GLASS PANELS WERE MINT YET NO VALUE WAS ASSIGNED THEN POINTING OUT MORE IMPROPER CALCULATIONS, THE OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE CORAISED THEIR CHECK AMOUNT TO 6, THIS ALSO WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE I THEN EXAMINED FURTHER THE NEWER BOOK SENT TO ME AT THIS TIME, AND, ON PAGE OF THE "SUPPOSED" COMPARABLE VEHICLES PAGE, WAS A CAR LISTED FROM DEALER WITH YELP COMPLAINTS AGAINST IT: FOR HIS DEALERSHIP WAS SELLING CARS THAT DIDN'T WORK AFTER PEOPLE PURCHASED THEM! I ALSO NOTICED OTHER CARS LISTED IN THE BOOKLET HAD THE WRONG ENGINES, WHEELS, TRANSMISSIONS ETC MORE OVER, I WAS THEN TOLD IF THE $6,WAS NOT ACCEPTED THE CASE WOULD BE CLOSED THAT'S WHEN I CALLED MONICA FISHER AT AUTO-LOSS INSTANTLY I COULD SEE WHY MONICA WAS PRESIDENT OF THIS COMPANY WITHIN MOMENTS SHE HAD FOR ME THE PROPER VALUE OF MY CAR, AND WENT OVER WITH ME ALL THE DETAILS OF THE CAR TO MAKE SURE WE HAD THE TRUE VALUE MONICA THEN SUBMITTED A "TRUE-VALUE" REPORT TO ME, AND MORE SO, SHE STEPPED IN TO SETTLE THIS CASE PROFESSIONALLY AND PRO-ACTIVELYAND WITHIN SEEMINGLY A WEEK, A SETTLEMENT WAS REACHED FOR APPROX $9,BECAUSE OF MONICA'S HARD WORK AT AUTO-LOSS, AND THE REST OF HER TEAM AT AUTO-LOSS AS MONICA IS A SPECIAL PERSON, I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS MOMENT TO THANK HER AND THE REST OF HER TEAM FOR THEIR "EXCELLENCE" IN A JOB WELL DONE! SINCERELY,***

I contacted Monica F
* of Autoloss by phone in regards to an insurance claim for Diminished Value against USAA She assured me that a charge of (I think) $on my credit card would be returned if she was unable to succeed in getting USAA to pay me Diminished Value for damage to my car
This started in May of this year After several months of working closely with her, and following her instructions to the obtain a Deminished Value settlement, she wrote me that they had, in her words, “exhausted all avenues of attack” on 8/30/ I have requested a refund and while she has told me a variety of dates that a check would be mailed to me, the dates keep getting shifted out to the right, and I have no check
I believe she is using delaying tactics to abound refunding my payment

Absolutely entirely a SCAMQuick to take your moneyTheir poor skills show no resultsNot worth you moneyCommunication is non existent at bestCustomer service poorHuge SCAM
They created a new Facebook page because of their star rating and all the 100% truthful honest bad reviews on their other pageMonica is a scam artist along with her I knowledgeable “staff”
Called the Revdex.com and supposedly this is a common problem with her

My experience with Autoloss has been a positive one - even when I called from FL at 9am which was 6am in OR and Monica actually answered the phone! Once the initial contact was made and I received an extremely comprehensive appraisal, further communications were with Amanda at their Help Desk Yes, there were times were it took a day or two for an email reply, but always a professional and helpful one I truly did not know where to start - the insurance company stated that for a diminished value claim I needed to find 3-vehicles that were the same make & model as mine, with the same approximate mileage and same amount of damage Andhad been sold or tradand received a lesser value because of the damage, although repairedResearching that scenario seemed dauntless but they did not give me any other options Taking a chance on spending $verses just walking away seemed worth trying After two of their suggested letters, which I sent on to the insurance company, I was offered under $yet the repairs exceeded $7,- disappointing at best Amanda encouraged me not to give up In the end, I did contact the insurance commission's office (at Autoloss suggestion) and was then offered times the $fee The process took almost months until I received a check A good investment with a great return - well worth the money
AutoLoss does a great job of aiding individuals with diminished value claims They give a thorough review of the ins and outs of diminished value claims, how to deal with insurance companies and aid you throughout the process to ensure you get a fair amount of compensation for your loss
