My supervisor told me to call autoloss I was very happy with the check I got The wreck had happened a few months ago but I was stilll able to get a nice diminished value checkGreat job!!!! *** *** 

I was the victim of a car wreck at the negligence of the other person which was handled by his carrier AAA I was also in another non-fault wreck in November which was handled by her carrier State Farm
I had questions so I called Autoloss and they told me their fee was $and made it sound as if they would do all the work and all I had to do was forward the denial letters to them as I received them Triple AAA did not respond to my request for diminished value settlement because they wanted State Farm to pay firstAll the while Monica F* with Autoloss sent me several follow up emails telling me I had a good claim and she could help me I told her I would try to come up with the $which she told me was refundable I eventually used my credit card and paid Autoloss $ Autoloss sent out the first letters to both carriers, State Farm and Triple A The instructions were for me to followup and send Autoloss the denial letters or counter offers.State Farm denie

Per the contract, if AUTOLOSS is unable to secure any money for my claim with *** *** then I am to receive my $refundI have provided them the denial letter, mailing address and was told I would receive my money, however no refund has been received to date

My autoloss.com experience went smoothly and perfectly I would highly recommend them for anyone needing an appraiser for a total loss situation The people at autoloss.com were prompt, professional and courteous Most importantly, I received a great appraisal award, which was almost 30% higher than the insurer's total loss valuation The objective was to make a good recovery and autoloss.com helped me meet that objective

I was distinctly under the impression that when I submitted my complaint and resolution that the Diminished Value assessment by Auto Loss was for either a purchased or leased vehicle
After three (MONTHS) August - October 2016) I was lastly informed by Auto Loss that insurance companies do not settled for DV assessments for LEASED vehicles - if that would have been clearly explained to me up front I would not have wasted my valuable time back and forth with Liberty Mutual Insurance company or the California Insurance Commission..Beware of this time wasting pitfall!!!!
