I started calling May and have been calling many times...they did send technicians to the house, but the problem has not been found for past four days It took so long...I'm very frustrated as this is a rental property and the issue is air conditioner in Arizona summer I called again this morning and was hangup...so frustrated

Looking for an air-conditioning company to repair your unit in 110+ weather is a difficult task ACE Home Services is extremely professional, a company based upon integrity and a resource I am forever grateful to find Mark P*** is a 'senior tech' and was definitely more helpful than any a/c tech I had out over the past six weeks from the three companies I used Not only was nothing in need of replacement as I had been advised by the other companies, he took the time to give me pointers for more efficient use Definitely worth the $charge to diagnose the issues or lack there of in our case I took extra cards to give to our friends ACE is forever a trusted home repair company for us, our friends and relatives!!!

An Ace Home tech came to check a non-working A/C unit & called to tell us that there was a leak in the lines & all 8lbs of Freon in the unit would need to be replacedHe told us he needed to "test the lines" which would cost $& that it would also cost approximately $to replace the Freon & depending on how many problems he found with the test it would cost more to fix the A/C He told us that it would probably be a minimum of $to complete the job & that he couldn't be sure there weren't other issues so he recommended that we replace the unitWhen we asked how much that would cost, he quoted us $& when we told him that didn't sound right (since we've replaced A/C units in other homes & this house is only sf) he said that was accurate but said he would call his supervisor & call us back When he called back he said his supervisor told him to ask us how much we wanted to pay - when we told him it should be $5000, he said that’s "no

The technician from ACE Home Services arrived on time and was neatly dressed He explained what he was going to do (check our heating system) and went about his business After spending about minutes checking the system he informed us that everything was working properly and he left us a copy of the work order He never tried to sell us something that we didn't need We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend ACE Home Services to our friends and relatives

I had a great experience with ACE Home Services.my A/C went out and they were the only company that was able to send a technician out to see what was wrong with my unit that same day I got a late appointment from 5pm-9pm ETA but they called me at 3pm and asked if I could meet them sooner which of course is a plus since had been up since 4am Within the hour Sky the technician was at my residence ready to see what was wrong with my A/C.\ Sky immediately knew what was wrong and walked me through the issues I hadHe let me know what the costs would be and said he could have it fixed the next daySky did a fantastic jobHe is fast, courteous and very thoroughHe explained what my options were at every step and he explained to me why he made the suggestions he didTop notch guy! The tech ,stuart,told me my furnace needed a new motherboard and a air blowerThis would cost and would probably be a waste of money because system was 15yrs oldIt would be better to replace entire system to the tune of dollarsAmazon price for motherboard is 50,blower is Called another co.,they replaced a small blower called a stator mother for 250,furnace works fineStuart made up whole b.sstory about wet insulation being sucked into system ruining entire systemHe works this story with Tim h on the phone back at the main officeThey did refund the service call,after I filed complaint with BibbThey sent out another tech to check out my complaintThe new tech found no water damage and said he would follow up over the deceptionSure

A representative arrived for regular HVAC check and service Found that both of my HVAC systems were fine and cleaned outside coils Before leaving he informed me that
one of them is not designed to heat as a hear pump and only heats with electric heat strips.,
the other one is old but runs good
Here is a direct quote from the service form:
"When arriving I verified paperwork and cycled both systems to heat I got decent temperature split and began checking through the heaters One system is a heat pump and the newer system is heat strips Heat strips working fine I then checked heat pump and even though it's older it's running as Good as it can."
A week later the outside fan on the second system stops working and it behaves strangely I call another company and schedule a visit That representative find:
that the first heat pump needs a new safety switch, replaces it, and has it set to work (both while heating or while cooling) as a heat pump, instead of using its emergency heat strips
replaces a bad condenser (reading with rating 18.6) on the second unit
You would be better off using a company that can tell a heat pump when one sees one (and that is capable of detecting a bad condenser)

ACE Home Services has knowledgeable plumbing & A/C technicians The lead technician came to assess what work I needed to have completed, which included replacing filters in an R/O system, replacing a water softener system, and replacing angle stops on my sinks and toilets The technician assistant returned in a timely manner (within a couple of days) to complete the work I am very satisfied with the work that ACE did on this job order, as well as the other work they have already done for me in the past

I am very pleased with the service I receivedI will be recommending ACE to my friends, family and co-workers

I prepaid for a preventative maintenance visit I scheduled one and got a call late in the time frame that they were supposed to be at my house and was told they needed to reschedule and the excuse was really bogus I got a call a while later and rescheduled and they gave me the same lie and the same story as to why they couldn't service the unit when I already paid for it They only want to make more money and so they already got my money and they aren't in a hurry to actually do the work I already paid for They are liars and despicable business people They've inconvenienced me twice now and think my time is less important than theirs

Ryan from Ace Home was a very forthright, honest young man When I discovered my problem was as simple as changing the air filters to cut down on the noise from the exchanges, I told him I felt like an it! He said - no worries! It often happens!
