The guy that has serviced my unit for the past year, Jimmy, has always been kind and patient with all my questions I have never been pressured into getting the necessary items repaired despite my financial status

I recently had Francisco La technician with ACE Home Services to my home to do a maintenance check on my AC unit He provided quality service spending ample time to check out the unit explain to me each and every step that he would take to provide the service than at the end went over everything that he had done, what he found that may be a problem repaired what he felt would become an issue being proactive to a situation that could become a problem during the heat of the summer Francisco was prompt, courteous and very much a professional as he always has been in the past, that is why I request he be the technician to provide service for both my AC unit and furnace when it comes to maintenance checks or repairs as needed I have complete confidence in his work his integrity and the company that he works for ACE Home Services

We purchased two air conditioning units from Ace Home Services with a year parts and labor warranty They came out today and said they will not cover the repairs because the units haven't been serviced recently and that voids the warranty One of the service managers in said we did not have to have them serviced to keep the warranty valid We had purchased a year maintenance agreement from them in When I called them in after the maintenance agreement was over he told me that maintenance was not part of the warranty but it was a good idea Throughout The last nine years the units have needed many repairs and each time we have battled with the company because they wanted to charge us for this or that After threatening lawsuits and filing complaints they would finally fixed them with no charge This time they refuse stating the units weren't taken care of and other companies have broken parts We did have one company come to look at the unit to get their opini

Ace Homes Services acquired the previous company I used for my A/C service The service tech that came out to my home was Skylar Lundburg He was very polite and actually explained a lot about my unit that no other service tech took the time to do before I am very thankful for his help and will definitely be continue to use Ace Home Services for my annual A/C service

If I could leave no stars, I would This company has THE worst service I've ever encountered I scheduled an a.cservice that was week away I received a text indicating the day before stating our appointment was confirmed for 1p to 5p window for arrival The day of, no call and no show I called office at 450p to find out what was happening, to which I was told, sorry we will need reschedule for another day we had an influx of service calls today They did not call me to advise, I had to call them I tried to speak with a manager and none were available I asked for a call back but the young lady was persistent in trying to "cancel" my appointment or reschedule I took time off work to be available during this window and could not get a common courtesy call to say, sorry we cannot make it Spoke to quality control manager John the next morning and he rescheduled our appointment for a Saturday and ensured we would be the 1st call of the day but to call if I don't see anyone by 9am Low and behold, not a call and no one showed up I called and was told the SAME story So I stated John ensured we would be first call, to which the dispatch manager attempted to guilt trip me as to why my service was less important than the calls they had that day Long story short, we STILL have not received the service we scheduled and I've taken days out of my busy schedule to WAIT for this company Do not waste your time Find another company that honors ALL customer needs, not just the jobs that are REAL money makers

ACE Home Service installed our unit, a Goodman, several years agoWe were happy with the serviceWe get it serviced about once a yearAbout a month ago it went completely outWe went to a hotel for the nightThe next morning Joe, their tech came out and said we needed a new condenser coilThat was fine and we paid the amountThe problem was Goodman has sold to a company in China And it would take two weeks for the partACE went above and beyond by sending Billy out every three days to put Freon in the unit so we would have it coolIt was over most daysWhen the part came in, Joe spent five hours on our hot roof but got in all finished
I recommend ACE Air to everyone who needs to have their A C checked, worked on or replacedRex and Connie Burger

I had an old pipe from the house to the septic tank replaced The service was excellent A representative contacted me by phone giving arrival time of the plumber He and his helpers hand dug a ditch in my yard to remove the old pipe so as not to disrupt the landscaping They were quiet and efficient and left my yard looking like it did before they started working Work is guaranteed for years I will definitely recommend them to to my friends

The technician from ACE Home Services arrived on time and was neatly dressed He explained what he was going to do (check our heating system) and went about his business After spending about minutes checking the system he informed us that everything was working properly and he left us a copy of the work order He never tried to sell us something that we didn't need We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend ACE Home Services to our friends and relatives

Available to help when another AC Company One Hour who refused to do their job, manager wouldn't call back ACE Saved our closing since the home was ready to close escrow and needed to have duct work repaired!! Thank you ACE!!

Ace Home Service came my home on Oct 2nd to check our A/C-Heater unitKevin, the technician, was extremely personable and knowledgeableHe took time to go over his concerns about the unit (there was nothing major) and provided pictures he had taken to explain what he sawI am very pleased with ACE and Kevin, and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for fast, courteous and knowledgeable serviceA great company with which to do business!

One of my air conditioning units stopped working Ace had just been out to check all the units two weeks previously They said that they would waive the $service call because their previous service call was just a few weeks previous
The tech determined that a capacitor had failed and he replaced them with a ufarad and a ufarad capacitorsHe billed me $which I commented to him seemed high and he did not break down the cost of the capacitor or labor
I called Ace the next day and talked to BeckyShe said that she was the manager and that she would help meI asked her to break down the $charge between parts and labor an she emphatically stated that she would not do it
If the capacitors cost even $50, Ace was charging me over $to install them, a job that took less than minutesSomething seems wrong here??!!

ACE acquired ** *** *** In their first call, they informed us about the acquisition and said that all contract with ** *** *** will be honored by ACE now onwards, as is the case with any acquisition
They performed the first service per the agreement but now they are asking $for the next service

Robin from Ace did a fantastic job with my repair! He was on time, explained the procedure clearly and did the job in a reasonable amount of time

Paul, of ACE home services is a great asset to ACEHe treated me more than wellHe is returning on Thursday for another jobTotally professional and a nice guy

AC died after yearsAHS came out to repair and we were told we needed a new unitNo high pressure sale tactics just here are your options and prices

ace was the worse!!!! a man came out to check my unit ignored what I said was the problem and told me I needed a new system but could save the old one cause he didnt want me to spend told me I needed this this and that and it would work maybe another year maybe another yrs but he was unable to guarantee how longhe kept saying he had to tell me he couldnt promise how long it would last but that he was confident he could fix it! he first quoted me which I didnt have and was unable to to finance then it went to which I still didnt have and his attitude was well what can you pay? finally we agreed on he took my money did the work I assume and when done simply said its all good working now good luck and left in a hurry!! I went inside to discover that my ac was in fact not working and called immediately!!!! told he would be back out if not that first think in t he am the next day I still had not heard a word called again and was told we spoke to him he told you the unit was shot and needed to be replaced that the repairs may not work!!! I was left with no working ac after being told it was in fact working no invoice of what was done no receipt of my payment!! the next day a 2nd opinion from another company showed that my unit was not leaking was not low on freon and needs a valve replacement onlyhe informed me I was the 5th person in weeks that he came in after an ace tech to give a second opinion and they had been told previously by ace was not what was wrong!!!!! beware!!!!!! the policy of ace techs seems to be tell you need a new unit then negotiate down to the customers ability to pay so they can suck every penny!!!! they can!!!!

Good company....sent a qualified rep out to assess our home system......he was diligent and thorough, very courteous.....seemed very fair in his assessment and suggestions for our home

I purchased an AC unit from Ace back in I'd like to thank Becky, H*** and the amazing field representative Tim for working to rectify an installation issue so many years after the fact They of course did their due diligence to confirm my request, and prove the issue was true What an awesome experience dealing with company who acted in good faith, responded in integrity and served their clientMany companies would say tough luck You're on your own Ace however responded with the highest level of respect and professionalism I highly recommend Ace They will treat you right! Francisco L*** does work for usHe is always, professional, polite, courteous and has been a continued hire to check and fix our AC/Furnace system every year!!
