If I had known the price would jump during checkout, I'd have taken a screenshot of the listingWho takes screen shots of things before they buy them? Nobody, because nobody expects a seller to bump the price up 500% while they're paying for the itemWhen I went to the item description to contact the seller after having the checkout issue, the price reflected the new amountThe current listing is even higher than what's mentioned in the seller's response - $206.98, not $You won't see the $price in your sales history, because the price changed while I was trying to pay for itIt's in the listing history somewhere because that's how much it was listed for when I put the item in my cart and started the checkout processSpeak to whoever does the price changes for the *** store, surely they'll remember doing thisI've attached a screenshot of the current listing for reference

This is a copy of my receipt from my purchaseIt clearly states that this product is supposed to come with the bench seatIt was not a courtesy as they are implyingI paid for it! This is not acceptable! There has been no courtesy whatsoever! I am rejecting this response because obviously by the MANY MANY complaints about this company on the Revdex.com, they sell sub-par products that are made cheaply and their customer service is NILL. I paid them $to ship their inferior product so why can't they return that to me? They got my money and I got nothing so I want the ENTIRE AMOUNT that I paid returned to me. And yes, I did refuse a replacement because of the quality of their products. The old saying is true that you get what you pay for. As for "Buyer's Remorse", I definitely have it, in that I regret ever ordering anything from this company and I've made this complaint so that others will be aware of their shoddy products and terrible customer service. Putting a clause like that in their refund policy should be considered theft because they're keeping money that IS NOT theirs and they're able to get away with it because of the "policy" they have in place
