I am rejecting this response because:This a case of a company picking on the customerFirst of all the day return policy says I have days to return the item and since I did not receive my item until February 18th and yes I have the shipping label to prove it as well as the shipping company to verify it, NO my days has not passedThis company doesn't know when I received the item or what even came with my itemI would have taken the delivery of the bench had someone ever called me back from the company as they continued to say they would do when I called inquiring about itAlso the company called me a liar when I told them this product came with a bench which obviously by the receipt I sent and the ad it does come with a benchFor some reason they think the are doing me a favor by offering to send me something I paid for! I have small children who had to eat at the couch and on my carpet which got stains on themI had to purchase another table set because the company never called me back as they said the would regarding this matterI have my phone recordsI never received a call from themOn the last day I spoke with them they said they would have a supervisor calm me back about this matterHe never called eitherThis is terrible customer serviceI want my money and I want a return labelI am not up for a compromise any moreI am the customer who purchased a productThe product was wrong I demand my money back! That is to include shippingIf they do not want to issue a label they can include the return shipping costs into my refund.

HelloYes I'm sorry I wasn't able to respondIt wouldn't let me view the noticesI don't have a desktop so maybe that is the reasonThe company finally contacted me and they did not offer to send me a return ship labelThey offered me a 5% discount off the rug I purchased or told me I could send it backThey told me then they would give me a return ship label but when I told them I wanted to return ship and no the discount as the rug is too small no matter how much I pay for it they told me to ship it back with the original packing slipNo offer to provide a return shipping labelI will attach their email sent to meI already paid almost $to have to shipped to me as it isNow I have to pay return shipping too? I'm sorry but I don't who's fault it wasWhether it was *** listing error or not I should not be responsible for thisI will ship the rug back at and get my refund when they provide a prepaid shipping label.
