I am rejecting this response because:The claim opened with *** has to do with the table not being a full set It does not mention that the table top is missing nor that this company is refusing to take my calls or answer any correspondence I want my full refund and I am not paying a restocking feeThis business has caused me much stress and they refuse to assist The option that they're providing me to send the item back at my expense (plus insured trackable delivery that they're deeming mandatory) and pay a restocking fee results in me paying out just as much money as the actual item itself Their option benefits the company only

I have stated to Unbeatablesale.com in separate emails as to what the dimensions of the filters I received actually areAGAIN, the dimensions of the filters I received are 3/x 3/x 7/In addition, the filters I received have NO gasket material on them even though the website listing states differentlyI explained this in two emails to the company, as well as tried to call customer service about this issueUnfortunately, customer service ALWAYS drops my call before a representative will answerVERY FRUSTRATING!!

Customer rec'd wrong item in errorWe would have been happy to send the correct items but customer gave no time for us to provide a resolution(only two business days before a return label was sent) and demanded a refund instead

Your funtoymall.com site is at faultThere is not a no cancellation policy listed on this siteAlso, shipping is not quoted prior to charging the cardI cannot prove this for fear of purchasing another item from your site that you will claim to be unable to cancelThis was an unauthorized charge.I have yet to receive the item.

If possible, please carefully read my complaint I am taking exception with the photo As you can see, the photo is dark by itself and also particularly dark on the exact length where the chrome strip runs As you have told me in our previous e-mails, the paragraph description describes some of the set, not every detail But that is not a general pass for you The photo shows a jet black footboard only and it is the only piece I bought If your Company wishes to not re-write the description and post new photos, that's your business, but if you're selling broken lots with words & photos that were previously picked to sell the whole pieces - then there are bound to be complaints In sum, is there a photo posted that shows a chrome strip or not? If not, then you should consider a refund in order to not get caught in a Bait & Switch issue
