The customer was not offered 50% off, they were offered $100 off the items, they accepted this offer in a conversation with our company on 23-May-2017. We can pull the call if needed. The refund was previously issued.The customer may return the item if they do not want to keep for a $100 refund.Thank you.

Thank you for the photo proving you received the correct item ordered, 4D Concepts 89848 Arlington Wall Shelf with Desk - Dark Cappuccino. You did not order any bookcases from our company. If the customer ordered the 4D Concepts Arlington Ladder Bookcase they should contact the company they ordered this item from. They only ordered a wall shelf and desk from Unbeatablesale.com, as per their order confirmation and the description on the website, this is what we shipped and what was delivered. The refund is correct as the customer did not use the return instructions provided and refused the order. Our return policy is very clear. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to resolve this case through the Revdex.com.

Hello,Hello,The item was delivered and signed for on 01/8/2017, picked up for shipment on 12/12/2017. Once the item is with a carrier an appointment must be made for delivery, which is communication between the customer and the carrier company. A $50 shipping refund was applied due to the customers frustration. Freight & Shipping Charge PolicyAll items sold by UnbeatableSale.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from unbeatablesale.com are shipped via [redacted]. Please allow 3-8 Business days for your order to ship and for any additional transit time.There will be a $15 Surcharge to reroute any package for any reason.Furniture and Special delivery items may take additional processing time. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, we will email you to let you know. Extra heavy items such as furniture will be shipped via courier, or Truck Freight and may take some extra time to arrive. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all furniture items to ship. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. Many of our items have FREE SHIPPING, but this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping, and being shipped to the continental United States.

The customer was sent return instructions for the replacement sink which was received on 1/12, making the return over 30 days and eligible for a restock fee. They need to return the replacement in order to receive a refund, we cannot refund for merchandise still in their possession. I am rejecting this response because:
There's nothing showing in the attached document you sent. I tried displaying several times.Rest assured, the website does "not" give you a final shipping price or the total cost of the transaction "before" you pay. This is deception, pure and simple.Also, they don't answer customer service emails. That is worth mentioning, too. I didn't have that in my original complaint. No response from Customer Service. It seems they only respond to the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:  [redacted] has said they can't intervene because it was not an [redacted] sale, only facilitated through their website.  The seller did NOT act in good faith, since they reneged on the sale and did not honor their advertisement.  Good faith can only be achieved by fulfilling the sale as consummated.

fair company based on my experience so far, they are trying to diversify and evading customers. I am trying all sort of ways to get justice including [redacted] and [redacted] etc. All I want is justice and this kind of sellers should be punished for not accepting their mistakes and troubling customers

I do sincerely apologize to the customer, as I can see the customer did contact us via best buy on 11/19 but for some reason the email was deleted from our email portal so none of the reps were able to access this information.The item was delivered 10/28 and the damage was not...
