I am rejecting this response because: the merchant's warehouse has absolutely no relevance in this situation. The merchant is located in New Jersey and the item was drop shipped from the manufacturer...which is located in my state (**) about an hour away from me. Again, I have spoken directly to the manufacturer which has explicitly stated that the issue is covered under the one-year manufacturer's warranty they provide. However, the claim MUST be initiated by the merchant, NOT the consumer. Unbeatable Sale continues to refuse to cooperate, instead attempting to sell me replacement parts at my expense, which the manufacturer has strongly advised me NOT to do under any circumstances. This issue will remain unresolved until Unbeatable Sale facilitates the repair through the manufacturer. Signing for the package, as the manufacturer has clearly stated, is completely irrelevant in this situation.

I am rejecting this response because: my whole point of my claim was that they misrepresented what I was purchasing. By putting Set 16 they made it seem like you were going to receive 16 paint sets instead of 1 (again - who would pay $12 for a single watercolor paint set that you can buy at any [redacted] for $3). With their exorbitant shipping & handling charge of $17 they are betting on the fact that you won't bother with returning the items once you realized you have been scammed.

Actually, we copy and pasted the listing directly form [redacted]. The customer received what they ordered as their confirmation email states. item is sold by the each, not a 6 pack, their listing was wrong and the customer received the item exactly as we sell it.Customer called us on 22-Jun-2016 was advised they received the correct item and was given return instructions. On 24-Jun-2016, we received an escalated issue from [redacted]. We offered, as a courtesy, a return shipping label or a discount of 50% off to keep. [redacted].com offered this resolution to the customer the same day.We did not hear back again until 2-Aug-2016. Customer declined our offers, which is fine, as this item is no longer eligible for a return.The customer may keep the items and this matter is now closed.
I am rejecting this response because: I am asking for two things. Unbeatable Sales needs to put the correct picture in their ad on [redacted].com, and I would like a check for the difference ($19.53) between what I paid for this product and what I could have gotten it for if I had known this was what I was buying.1) They have not addressed the issue of false advertising. The first picture I attached (Original [redacted] Tea) is the picture they have on their [redacted].com ad. The second picture I attached (white and orange box of Sweet and Spicy tea) is what I received. Many people are very eager to find a source of the original [redacted] tea, so we pay extra money for this, thinking it is the product we have been searching for. It's not the same product. I learned (from the [redacted]) that three ingredients have been omitted from the original recipe to make this new Sweet & Spicy tea--ginseng, papaya leaf and dandelion root, and we can tell the difference. The orange and white box of Sweet and Spicy tea is commonly available at a more reasonable price. Unbeatable Sales needs to display the correct picture so customers can be aware of what they will actually receive. 2) With shipping, I paid $42.27 for 6 boxes. 6 boxes of the Sweet and Spicy (caffeine free) is readily available from [redacted] with [redacted] Prime (free shipping) for $22.74. I will keep this tea, but am requesting a refund for the difference between what I paid and what I could have gotten it for. I would like a refund of $19.53 as well as for Unbeatable Sales to change the picture in their ad to the orange and white box of Sweet and Spicy tea.

I am rejecting this response because: I would like the case reopen because I believe they are still fraudulently advertising and still ripping people off. They've had plenty of time to fix the issue but they still haven't. (Here is there listing -[redacted]First, if what they say, and Amazon listed it incorrectly, why hasn't it been fixed yet. Its because Amazon doesn't control it, the seller does and the seller is a fraud. It still states Genuine PCI brand ink and toner for use in Lexmark printers.Color - BlackPage Yield - 30000It still has a photo of the box that states "PCI Toner Cartridge"Second, in my email to them, I said I would keep the item for $20 including shipping, which required a refund of $30.82. They decided to do whatever they wanted to do and only issue a refund of $21.52. (BTW, which I didn't agree to. [redacted]I bought the item for 43.04 + 7.78 shipping. They asked in this email what price I would keep the item. I told them I would keep the item for $20 including shipping, which required a refund of $30.82. But like I said above they just did what they wanted to do and didn't do what was right. They made mistake and they should fix the issue. In addition, to make the issue even worse, if they said they were going to refund me everything and I could keep the item for $20 not including shipping then why did they only refund $21.52. Which is half of the original cost, not including shipping (Only $21.52). Not the $20 that they agreed to. Even if I wanted to ship the product back why do I have to pay for shipping both ways since they advertised the product as toner cartridge but only sent a drum, why is it my fault, and I have to incur the cost to ship the product back to them, when they are in the wrong.
