I am rejecting this response because:1 nobody threatened anybody. If that's the case please send the recording as the calls are recorded2. I advised the company that the bloalzzard was coming and if I did put it outside I did not want to be responsible for the product. They agreed. 3 the company gave me a hard time from the beginning, complaining that I was complaint because it was only 30.00. I do not accept the behavior that this company has displayed to a costumer. They did refund my card. However I was treated very Rude and now lied upon saying I threatened somebody. I want a apology for this and then I will call this matter closed

The customer received what was ordered as advised by our [redacted] representative, as well the customer was refunded in full and allowed to keep the merchandise as a courtesy. We had already addressed and resolved this mater previous to this complaint. Thank you.

We have a no cancellation policy. As well, once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled therefore the customer is expected to accept delivery and properly return the item with a return authorization. In this case, the item shipped and could not be cancelled the customer refused to accept delivery...

and refused the order which resulted in large fees that the customer is responsible for. All of this information is located on [redacted] where the item was purchase, the customer can educate themselves on sellers policies prior to placing an order. The cost of the return freight for refusing the item and the restocking fee were subtracted by what the customer paid for the item and the customer was only eligible for a refund of $51.66 which they have received. The customer is not due any additional refund, both [redacted] and the customer have been advised of this. The matter is resolved. We do not issue return labels for customer returns. The customer ordered one and received one, if the listing said 3 pack, which it did not, and they did not receive three than we would be at fault, but again it does not. Customer made an assumption based on cost and that is not the fault of the seller. If they are seeking a refund, they may return the item. Thank you.

The customer called on 18-Jun-2015 to return the item. We asked in it was opened as we do not accept returns on opened electronics. The customer stated only opened the brown box not the manufacturer package. We told the customer that if it's found to be opened, we will send  the item...

back. The item was returned on 22-Jun-2015, the warehouse manager inspected the item and it was opened and refused as advised. There is no refund due as we do not accept returns on opened electronic items. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
My order stated the delivery of June 5th to June 9th, 2015. I place my order on May 27th, 2015. The shipping noted on my order confirmation states "Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days). You have not meet the order confirmation time frames as I paid to have that item delivered. You haven't replied to my emails for assistance. I have attached my order confirmation that clearly shows shipping selected and delivery. Its June 25th, 2015 and NO item. I paid to have the item delivered June 5th- 9th. Nothing Delivered. My order states Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) Its almost a month later, nothing delivered.I have made several attempts to contact you via email with NO reply. NO Service. NO resolution. I have asked for a refund due to Unbeatable Sales/ Pricefalls Marketplace failing to deliver my item as stated in my order confirmation. I have paid a substantial amount of money to have the item shipped and coordinated flights to arrive in town to setup the item.  You are at fault, correct your mistake.
