I do apologize but we cannot accept the return without the original packaging. Do not send the item back as it will be refused. We keep records of all calls and emails, we would never advise a customer to dispose of an packaging, it is located in our policy that it is needed and we do not carry parts for the item so we would not advise that we could send this. Thank you.
As we stated multiple times the customer received what was ordered, as a courtesy, we offered a discount since we do not accept returns on furniture. The customer accepted this offer and the issue was resolved. We will no longer be responding to this as we keep stating the same things and we have policies. Thank you.

have no product to show for it. Unbeatable Sales erroneously listed this item including an incorrect photo, and shipped to me a completely different item. It is their error. They failed to correct their website even after I informed them of the misrepresentation. I believe Unbeatable Sales is not concerned about shipping correct items to its customers and that since the error is theirs, they need to right the situation completely, not partially. There are laws protecting consumers from financial loss due to this type of action, over which consumers have no control.

I am rejecting this response because: I received all your emails, I called almost every day since I ordered this vanity to assure I was going to get it...
on time. Your reps just give me generic responses. I told them that it was important for me to have it by December 20th. So I could obtain my certificate of occupancy. Now I am paying for a hotel until this comes in. It is now sapose to be here tomorrow and I have not heard from the trucking company. I have never experienced anything like this before. And offering me a $50.00 credit on shipping is a bit of a slap in the face.

I am rejecting this response because: The image of the product clearly displays a 3 pack of the product. I have attached the product image to this note. The image shows the writing "Extra Value" on the product. On the next line the text reads "3 625 Count [redacted]." To date I received only a single pack. The image of the product can still be seen at this link: https://[redacted]The product image clearly shows 3 packages and also has the text claiming there is extra value in purchasing the product as it contains 3 packages of 625 count [redacted]. I only received a single pack and the seller refuses to provide a full refund including a refund of shipping costs.The seller's customer service representative apologized and said the listing contained an error because the product title, specification, description, and image were not consistent and misleading. Also, the price associated with the product corresponds to the cost of a 3pack. As the seller's listing contains an obvious error based seller's own employee admission and also based on the evidence I have provided, I expect to be refunded the product price. I also expect to be refunded the shipping costs.Will you accept my request to refund my shipping cost?

We received an email on 8-Jul-2015 from [redacted] stating the customers aforementioned complaint. The customer was sent a UPS return label on 7/8, 7/12 and 7/13. After the customer called back and stated they were not receiving the labels, a manager advised they could keep or dispose of the item...
and receive an ITEM refund ONLY or they could get a no charge replacement. The customer stated they no longer wanted the item, and wanted a refund. The customer was refunded their ITEM cost only as advised, original shipping is not refundable and they were never told they would get any shipping refunded. Our policy is to ship replacements, if you decide you no longer want an item once its shipped you may receive an item cost refund but no original shipping charges are refunded. This is in our return policy. Again, the customer already received a refund. This matter is resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:I fail to see why I should pay twice to ship an item that was sent from your warehouse damaged and intentionally not containing all the materials needed to assemble the item had it not been damaged. Further, I do not see why I should pay for insurance to ship your damaged and incomplete product back to you, when you did not insure the initial shipment against damage.I did not damage the product. The item was damaged inside the box, meaning it left your warehouse damaged. I did not remove materials needed to assemble the item; the item was packed without the necessary materials to assemble the product, at your warehouse. You have also not indicated that you would refund the full cost of the item, including shipping, should I return the item to your warehouse. You have said nothing about refunding my purchase, or even replacing the item. All you have said is to return the damaged and defective product back to you; presumably, after you received the damaged and defective item, you would make a decision whether to refund my purchase, replace the item, or simply stop responding to my communication (which is what your company did when I attempted to resolve the issue with you directly).

I am rejecting this response because: The company has removed the website page that did not describe a cable, but had an image of a scan tool, not a cable and a full page description of the Autel MaxiScan AUMD802 scan tool. I have an engineering degree from the University of [redacted] and have been working on automobiles since 1967. There was a one word inclusion of the term, "cable" on the web page, and no. where else. Company made the error. Company can pay for its mistake. No image of a cable nor was the description of the item for a cable only. AM searching my emails for copy of the web page.

The item was delivered 9/22/2015, the customer called the same day to state they needed to return the item, return instructions were emailed to the customer, in the email they were provided with the return address of: UnbeatableSale Returns Dept. 195 Lehigh Ave Suite 5 Lakewood, NJ 08701....
The customer emailed on 6-Oct-2015 stating they returned the item, where was their refund? The customer provided the return tracking "[redacted] Tracking # [redacted] [redacted] Expected delivery 9/29/15 to Henderson, NV" Please note, we do not have a warehouse in NV, the email stated this should have been sent to NJ. Due to customer error, it took much longer for us to track down their credit and issue the proper refund. Since the item was restocked to the wrong address, we were restocked which is then passed along to the customer. This information is located in our return policy on [redacted], as well as all of our sites, all customers have access to this policy prior to placing an order. This matter is resolved.

The Customer ordered the 6volt 36ah battery. Our warehouse only stocks the 6volt 42ah batteries for the "Supplementary Extended Use Power Package Kit". They use the 42ah now instead of the 36ah because it will last longer in the field and is a better product overall. This battery will work with the [redacted] or any other device that supports at 6volt battery and is exactly the same size as far as physical dimensions. The customer is getting a better product for the price. Regardless, a return label was issued [redacted]. A refund will be provided upon the return.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: it is complete ridicule and an abuse to all consumers to say you do not have a cancel policy. I will be contacting a lawyer and elevating this issue to our court system. I want the company to accept the return without charging fees when I clearly requested a cancellation and as they stated in the email the copy of the email provided, "that they will forward the request the cancellation department." Which means two things: they lie to the consumer saying they do not accept cancellations so they can force them to return and pay shipping costs (TWICE!) or they really don't have a cancellation department and lied about having one just to shut up the customer while they bought more time to ship the item. Not only have I read the 380 something complaints but the 3 star review is coming from 18 reviews...which most of them are also negative. I will be bringing this into a legal system because instead of just canceling an order that did not effect the company whatsoever since their 'fast shipping policy' actually turned out to be 9 days, now they can deal with court costs as well. I want a full refund for the $106.

We do not take returns on furniture. On 3/15 the customer called and stated they needed to return this as they did not realize it was for children, this was on a recorded call as well. We made an exception to our return policy and allowed the customer to return this item, due to their error and the high dollar amount of the order. This return information was sent to the customer on 3/16, stating how and where to return and that the item needed to be returned within 30 days, which is tomorrow 4/15/16. The customer called in on 4/13/16 to complain about the cost of return freight. We advised the customer this return was being made as an exception and we are not able to reimburse freight costs which are not paid to us. The customer would be responsible for the freight if they wanted a refund. We let the customer know that if the item was returned within 30 days they would get a full item cost refund, we never mentioned a restocking fee although there will be one if the item is returned past 30 days. The customer was given the appropriate information to receive a refund if needed, they have had that information for almost 30 days. Thank you for allowing us to represent the facts of this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: The seller continues to avoid addressing my issues. I encourage the seller in good faith to directly address the error in the listing. The product image clearly shows 3 packages and also has the text claiming there is extra value in purchasing the product as it contains 3 packages of 625 count [redacted]. The seller continues to avoid addressing my request for a refund of shipping costs.I have provided clear evidence that the seller had an error in the listing.
