because:I only received 4 boxes not 5 boxes and I signed the trucker receipt that I did NOT check it because the trucker dropped the palet in my grage and left quickly before I was able to check anything I should have checked the reviews on Yelp and seen that everone said Not to buy from this company , LET THE BUYER BEWARE I received only the 5 peice dinning room set ONLY and NOT the 2 ADDITIONAL CHAIRS I PAID APX $100.00 for , PLEASE dont let these people do this to seinor people or any one else, SHUT THEM DOWNS [redacted]

The incorrect item was picked up and a full refund was made on 9/22, this was a warehouse mis pick error and we corrected the error for the customer. They requested a refund and received a refund. Thank you.
We have been trying to file a damage claim but the customer has been uncooperative. We have asked multiple times if the damage was noted prior to delivery, and we have asked for photos. Without this information, we cannot file a claim, and the more time the passes the less likely the claim will be...

If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 2) Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. 3) If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. This is our corporate office and this is not the first time a customer has shipped an item and the item has become damaged. Those customers were all required to contacted [redacted], [redacted] etc. and file the claim themselves. We are not the shipper and cannot file the claim on their behalf, the item is damaged and no refund will be provided. If the customer does not file the claim for themselves they will not get reimbursed. Thank you.
All returns are at the expense of the customer as notated in our return policy. We refunded the customer their original shipping as a courtesy. We do not have the ability to refund money paid to a carrier. We refunded all monies paid to us, Unbeatablesale.com. We are not UPS. This matter was resolved to the best of our ability.

I am rejecting this response because:
Again, I have spoken directly with the manufacturer which is located in my metro area. They have advised me that the air hockey table has a one-year warranty and the merchant should not be trying to solicit payment for any replacement parts and/or repairs under any circumstances. They have stated that the merchant simply needs to contact them to initiate a warranty claim. The merchant continues to ignore and defy this, which is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. My initial claim and desired resolution remain unchanged and will do so until this is resolved to my satisfaction.

There is no scam, we apologize the customer was confused by the listing. Each set has 16 colors, the listing does not say they are getting 16 sets.
Unbeatablesales refunded the customer their item cost of $313.00, all shipping fees the customer incurs are their responsibility and are non nonrefundable, monies paid to [redacted] are not returnable. It state sin the return instructions: Please note: All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery and must have all original packaging material intact. We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured.

This package was shipped as ordered. When the carrier delivered the item to the customer, the item was signed for above the line where this states the package was delivered in good condition. The customer is instructed to inspect the package before signing for the package. We state this in our...
return policy as well that packages need to be inspected before signing. This customer also advised that they threw away the original packaging so they cannot return the item. In a normal circumstance, we can file a claim with the carrier for them to pick up the item or inspect the item. Our policy states items need to be in original packaging as well. At this point, we have offered the customer a 10% discount or, we will be able to sell the customer a new table top at our cost. We have explained our policies to the customer several times. Once again, this package was SIGNED for by the customer and did not note any damage at the time of delivery.
We do not issue labels. This item is sold as a set and we cannot refund until all parts are received. We do not accept returns on opened mattresses so this return was done as an exception. What is the tracking for your return?
