I am rejecting this response because:this company is not telling the truth. I opened the cake as soon as I arrived home from work the day it was delivered. It was melted and ruined because there was no ice whatsoever packed with the cake. Whoever packed it forgot to put in ice packs. It was only packed in green styrofoam peanuts. I called the company the very next morning to report the ruined cake & a customer service agent told me they would check on it and get back to me. They NEVER got back to me so I waited a few days and called again. This time I was told the same thing that they would get back to me. After 2 more days I got an email from ups stating I was going to receive a package from them. I immediately called and told them they never even got back to me and did not tell me anything. At this time I told them I did not want redelivery because I was going out of town for a wedding and would not be home to receive it and also it may be sent again with no ice and then I would have a 2nd ruined cake. The agent said they would try to stop redelivery and would call me back. Again they never called but I received an email from ups saying the delivery could not be made. I again called and asked for my refund and the supervisor told me she was putting in a request for a full refund and would get back with me. She never did. I called a week later to try to get refund and the agent told me they were checking on it. So all I have gotten from this horrible company is the run around. I filed this complaint and they say they are giving a partial refund. I was told by their supervisor I would receive a full refund. I can't understand why a multimillion dollar company would not refund a customer for a ruined cake. I see now why there are hundreds of complaints about them on the internet.

I am rejecting this response because: I purchased a boat cover, not a golf bag cover. I have a photo of the offer from [redacted] to prove this. It was listed as a black Friday week special. You are still selling the boat cover through [redacted]; you just are refusing to send the purchased item at the price that had been listed for it during the sale. And to add insult to injury, [redacted] said that you had offered me only a partial refund of $31.38 which did not include the $10.41 shipping that I paid for my boat cover.

The buyers claim is false. The customer placed and order for two "[redacted] Round Bowl" clearly this states round bowl with no indication of a tank or a complete set. Furthermore, the product description states: [redacted] round front bowl...

Watersense high efficiency toilet. Other sellers who sell this as a set, state the word COMBO or TANK WITH BOWL and the price is double, bot again this customer only purchased the round bowl from us. If the customer requires a tank they would need to buy one since they did not order it from us. At this time, they have two options: purchase tanks or return the bowls they ordered. Thank you.

Hello,The customer emailed us on 6/27, item delivered 6/1, stating "I unpacked this item this weekend only to find it was cracked at mounting base. I no longer have original box but want replacement ." The customer was advised the same day that we do not accept returns/exchanges without the...

We contacted the manufacturer and they stated they would file e damage claim, however; the results would probably not be favorable as the customer disposed of the box which needs to be inspected when filing a claim to see how the damage occurred. Customer was sent this email on 6/29, "I will file a claim with the Manufacturer on this, I am not sure if I can get this covered but I will try.  I would normally file a damage claim with UPS but you had stated that they threw away the box, when claims are filed and inspected the customer needs to have all the original packaging and the original box or the claim will be denied."The claim takes 7-10 business days and the claim has been denied. We are unable to accept the return of the item for an exchange without the box as stated below in our return policy. We had advised the customer of all of this as well prior to this Revdex.com as you can see from our emails. I will put this item in a box to send back. However, We are not paying the shipping for any of this. This is ridiculous that this is a middle school fight with the customer service every contact they have with us. All I want to do is to make my Mother smile after the last few years of loss of her husband and a surviving a stroke. OH MY GOODNESS PEOPLE! THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE!!!
