refund. Please see the receipt that is attached to this email. They only refunded me $150.92. Per the receipt. As you can see the full amount is $172.43. Unbeatablesales.com told me they will not refund the shipping charges. They sold me a defective item which I had to send back and waited 3 weeks for a partial refund. As all merchants do, They refund the shipping, tax, and price of the item. This was a defective item that was sold to me and I want the refund of the shipping cost on the receipt. Forget the money I spent shipping it back to the warehouse

I was sold a black Footboard that cost 62.00 delivered. When it arrived, it had a bright silver chrome strip on the top; something not shown on the website photos.If possible, please accept my return for a full refund or provide equal value for this Bait & Switch.Thank you for your time.

The picture on their website clearly shows the item they are selling comes in a plastic container nowhere does it state that the item they are selling will be substituted in cardboard boxes so why should I have to pay to ship the item back when it was clearly shipped to me wrong

The customer may call [redacted] and ask [redacted] online customer service - they provided that information. In regards to the information we provided, it states exactly what the customer received, the BOWL only. Again, if the customer ordered a tank or set, these words would be somewhere in our description but they are not. We can not be held accountable for customers making assumptions based off stock photos, however; we have given return instructions and the information for the tank if the customer wants to order that as well.We have resolved this issue to the best of our ability and provided the customer their options, we will no longer be responding to this case. I am rejecting this response because: As I am glad to see this company respond back and try to back their decisions of why they tend to rip off people and take money away from customers, they still didn't clarify of what happened to the product in the early stages of when it was ordered. Sure they could have shipped the product after it was cancelled and then their so called "policies" would go in effect for them. They say they advised [redacted] of this situation but after talking to [redacted] myself, [redacted] has agreed with me in saying that I never refused delivery and it was not delivered to me ever. [redacted] also agreed that I should get a full refund for this product as when I first called to complain of where my product was at and went on to continue to cancel the order the product had not been shipped at that point. So I am not sure when the product was shipped or even shipped at all. The fact that [redacted], who uses this third party business, is on my side in this situation already says alot and wants to see me get this refund. I am not sure how this company can go against [redacted] when it is them that brings them business. So as they might have their policies, they are misussing them toward their customers in lies and deceit. They are frauding people out of their money with their so called use of policies to make it sound legit.
