I am rejecting this response because: I filed that claim in December when I began to have trouble getting my money from this seller. I have not received any of my money back. I...
have filed an escalated claim with [redacted] as of January 11th. I have heard nothing from [redacted] in regards to my claim from them. I had to call [redacted] to re-file and find anything out. It turns out there is nothing that [redacted] was even doing to help me with this. I was told last night that I could expect a call within 24-48 hours, but I never heard from them the firs time. I have no confidence that they will contact me this time. Also, the fact that any claim has been filed with [redacted] does not negate the fact that this company has their defective product and is withholding my money. I have attached copies of the emails from the seller and myself since December and up to current date. If this is not resolved I will file civil charges as soon as possible. After the conversation with the seller last night I am still getting the run around from Unbeatable Sale and [redacted].

We have already addressed this customer via a phone conversation, however, the customers order was cancelled as the order needs to ship via a freight carrier. The customer was sent the wrong cancellation email which was explained during this call with a manager. The customer was advised the charge...
they paid was for UPS ground, we were notified by the manufacturer the item needs to be transported via freight and there would be additional charges. We offered to ship the customer the item with the new charge and they declined. The order is cancelled and will not be reinstated or shipped. If the want the item, it is in stock, and the shipping charges now reflect the freight shipment. They may use the coupon previously provided. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: As the business stated, these stools are intended for daily use. That is the problem, the stools are not usable. This is precisely my point. If the product is intended for daily use and is not suitable for use whatsoever, then the product is in fact the problem. This is why I want to return for a full refund. This business' constant reiteration of this "no furniture return policy" does not make it right, acceptable, or a reputable business practice.

Perhaps, the customer is confused. We have already explained this matter and we have NOT been paid for the shipping on this item, we actually refunded the customer as a courtesy. The customer has already spoken to a manager about this, and again, we do not refund shipping charges. Please refer to our return policy. We will be closing this matter.
I am rejecting this response because: I cannot know if something is defective until I open it. I do not want another one as the product does not work properly. I would hope customer satisfaction would be important to this business.

I am rejecting this response because:There are three separate issues.
a) The email from your...
representative (Samantha) stating that in order for the me to receive the return shipping label, I have to remove a negative review which is extortion/coercion per the New Jersey Code Criminal Coercion 2C:13-5 (in blue on attached screenprint); this is illegal. This is completely separate issue from the return and refund. b1)Once I brought this the representatives attention, she refuses to provide with a return label. b2)the fact that they are charging me for return shipping on an item when they sent the wrong item is ridiculousb3)I have gone to [redacted] and explained the situation and [redacted] stated that the seller had 24-48 hours to provide a return label which they are yet to do.b4)I, personally, have not filed the chargeback with [redacted] re: the points but I did make them aware of the situation. I cannot speak for the processes they have on their side, you would have to speak with [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:I have disputed this sale with my cardholder. I feel very stupid for letting someone take advantage of me like you did. I wouldnt wish your return policy on my worst enemy. Nor your oversized shipping charge. I think you're doing bad business. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. This customer ordered two Full Underbed Drawers, which is what was received. We do not accept returns on furniture, however; an exception was made for the customer as they admitted they ordered incorrectly and we are trying to accommodate them. The customer was sent return instructions on 4-Mar-2015...
for this order. We do not issue labels for customer returns, all returns are at the expense of the customer as stated in our return policy. The customer was advised this policy by our CS team as well as the customer service manager. The customer will be refunded their item cost of $212.46, once the items are returned. Original shipping will not be refunded. Please note we have a 30 day return policy, the items must be returned by 27-Mar-2015 to avoid a 25% restocking fee. They stated they were not going to lose money. They also have not responded to their shipping price/practices in the original complaint. This is what it states on their website regarding shipping:"All items sold by UnbeatableSale.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight."
