This is a top notch company. I had a new a/c system installed last year that has an air handler filter that lasts for 1 year. Bay Area came this year replaced the filter and did not charge a service call fee only the cost of the filter. I would recommend this company to anyone that requires a/c service.

We do not accept returns on furniture, we made many exceptions for this customer. As well, the customer signed for the item in perfect, undamaged condition accepting the item as is.As a courtesy, we offered to send a customer a replacement. We sent the below email four times, we rec'd no reply:We...

have received your message. At this time we can send a no charge replacement but their would be a shipping charge of $230 as this item was signed for in good condition. As a one time courtesy to you, we can split the cost of the replacement freight with you. This would then cost you $115. Please contact us with card information for the card you would like this placed on if you would like to proceed with this option. We can also accept the return of the items if you would like to send them back. Unfortunately, as again, this item was signed for in good condition, you would be responsible for the cost of the return freight. Please let us know if you would like us to send return authorization. The last option we have is to continue with the claim with the carrier. This can last several months. If the claim is denied as the item was signed for in good condition, we will not be able to assist further. Please let us know. We have spoken to [redacted] and the customer about this many times. The email we sent still stands and this is our position.  Thank you.

Hello,This item was originally received by the customer on 14-Dec-2016, they were sent return instructions for the item on 25-Dec-2016. In the RMA email, it states they have 30 days from the date of delivery to return, which would have been 14-Jan-2017. The customer returned the item with...

tracking [redacted], and it was sent to us on 14-Feb-2017, it was refused and returned to sender, as again it was over 30 days. We did not amend or change the address and it shows delivered and signed for. The customer is not eligible for refund since the customer failed to return the item within our return window. We do apologize.

paid for it. That is unethical and unfair. The issue should be resolved with [redacted] as their business partner, not the consumer who purchased an item listed at a specific price online. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen and I will pursue all efforts in getting this matter resolved. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND! I want the items that I purchased, anything less than that is not an option.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not about buyers remorse, this about misrepresentation.  The picture and description of this product on [redacted].com do not represent the product I received.  These chairs are damaged as the attached pictures indicate.  Based on what I saw on [redacted] I was led to believe that the chairs I had purchased would have paint and wood that was in perfect condition, not have holes drilled everywhere and painted sanded off in numerous places as well.  There is also nothing that indicates you cannot return the product when you are in the purchasing phase on [redacted].  All the detailed return information provided by UnbeatableSale is available after you purchase the product and if you really hunt for it.UnbeatableSale does not have an excellent return policy as they claim, nor do they care about customer service or I would not have to resort to filing a claim with the Revdex.com.  This should have been handled when I initially contacted them.  The return authorization was not given until I gave the seller a poor rating on [redacted].  And it should be no surprise that I was not willing to pay to return the damaged chairs at my cost.[redacted] does not get involved in disputes between buyers and seller regarding the condition of the product received, you are left to handle it on your own.The number of Revdex.com complaints lodged against this seller should be some type of indication of how difficult they are to deal with.

Hello, Thank you for your comments. I do apologize. We are not able to refund money paid to a carrier, we can only refund money paid to us which we did previously.

The customer received what was ordered. Their refund was already processed on 6/5/15, return freight is not refundable as it s the responsibility of the customer. Thank you

The customer received what we sell, the picture with a gun holster was not provided by our company nor do we list this item with a gun holster therefore customer made an assumption based on a photo although the description is 100% accurate. I am rejecting this response because: Unbeatable received the shipping charge from [redacted]. They didn't offer to sent me a replacement until 3/10/16, 16 days later & I had to buy the item else where. Took so long to get a response from the company, I called Unbeatable on the 24th to notify them that we didn't receive the item. I called on 3/10/16 & 3/28/16 & was told that I will receive a credit once they receive the shipping charge from [redacted], [redacted] credit them on 3/15/16, I was even put on hold while the rep from Unbeatable call [redacted] to verify.  Later in the afternoon on 3/28/16, I received an email that they won't refund the shipping???? Company is very confused, 2 say NO & 2 say YES on the refund. Why should I paid for shipping when I didn't receive the item & no offer for replacement was given to me until 16 days later. I needed the item ASAP not 3 weeks later.

This merchant continues its history of deceit and lies.  I order a total of 4 filters and paid for a total of 4 filters.  I only received two.  Therefore I continue to demand a refund of 50% of my order.  Despite the merchant's assertions that the filters do not come in two packs, a review of their website for this SKU on 2/13/2015 at 6:52pm EST reveals that they continue to advertise them as a two pack:FeaturesFits Carrier Infinity air cleaner model GAPABXCC2020.Usually needs to be changed once per year under normal conditions.This product is listed and rated by Underwriters Laboratories as U.L. The item was delivered in May, it is October, we are making an exception in allowing them to 1. Return Furniture, 2. Return way over 30 days.
