I am rejecting this response because:
The paper that was signed is what you sign saying that we received the package, yes we received it and opened it only to discover the damaged dresser. We have not filed a credit card dispute, we filed a dispute with the product that was purchased. We called as soon as it was opened and discovered to be damaged. Definitely horrible business to deal with and this was witnessed by [redacted] as well when they called to speak with this company.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your E-mail.  Thank you for that picture from the manufacturer website.  It's the first time I have seen it.  I saw the photo on your website which is a different photo.  What about a compromise of a 50% refund as settlement - or a flat amount of $25.00?Thank you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because:I should not have to pay for this item to be shipped back when it was shipped to me wrong as I have said before I ordered the item in plastic containers as shown on their website if I would have wanted it in cardboard boxes I could have bought them for $9.93 for 25lbs. all day long at [redacted] right down the road so the whole purpose of purchasing this item at $22.25 each was so I could have them in plastic containers but you did not ship me what I ordered so I am not responsible for paying shipping costs when you shipped me the wrong item.

I am rejecting this response because: At no time did I see this disclaimer, perhaps an over site on my part but it certainly does not make any sense to pay $10 for an item and then have a $10 shipping fee, and have your item sent fed ex. How bad do you think I need to clean my floor.  I am a very disappointed customer and will never get caught in the trap again.  After a conversation with you staff they indicated through a manager that you will be putting the shipping fee back on my debit card within 5 business days. I want to make sure that is done. This is a breakdown of the staff etc. that I talked to: [redacted] and [redacted] ref [redacted] the refund for the shipping will be done 3-5 business days in the amount of $10.39, this conversation was on this past Friday @5:51PM Another reference # that I have is [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I asked for a refund because the original color burgandy I ordered is unavailable. I was told that I had to pick another color. I do not want...

a green comforter. I want a refund. I think its ridiculous I had to turn this company in to receive any response from this company. Its been over a month since I ordered this. I will be happy to return whatever they sent if they pay shipping and issue a refund beforehand.

The customer was accidentally sent the wrong item by the manufacturer, the item [redacted] Puzzle 1000 Pieces is not out of stock. The customer did not want the puzzle they asked for a refund many times. We would have been happy to send them the puzzle but again they asked for a refund. They have received a refund. Shipping is non refundable. This matter was previously resolved. The customer was advised they could keep the wrongly ship product and that we would refund them, we never offered their shipping as we would have sent the puzzle. Thank you.

have many different options for items that can go on top of the buffet they ordered. The description and picture are provided to us from the manufacturer but the TITLE and ITEM # are correct for what was received. This was a customer ordering error if they did not get what they expected. The money was not paid to us, we cannot refund the money. This position will not change as we refunded ALL the money the customer paid to US.That money was not paid to us therefore is not refundable by us. Thank you.

This is a complete lie I have sent photos of damage and have told them there was no one to sign for it. This company is so full of crap that I can smell it  all the way here in [redacted]. Again I ahve done all they have ask and have gotten no reply. My next step is to file  a small claim against this company.

I contacted the company – Unbeatable Sale – after I sent the rejection message this afternoon.  After speaking with [redacted] at Unbeatable Sale, we agreed that they would give me a 50% discount (refund) to keep the wrong items shipped to me, if I canceled my complaint with Revdex.com.  I would like to close out this case #[redacted], as we have come to a solution for both parties. Thank you for your assistance with helping to resolve this shipping error and return.  Please close out this complaint as resolved.[redacted]

Good morning, We apologize for the poor customer service you received with this order. We assure you this is not how we treat our customers and this matter will be addressed. In the meantime, I have issued a refund of the one damaged chair which was reported in January. Thank you.

WE ALREADY RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. The [redacted] controller charger station is on its way to you via [redacted] tracking number [redacted]. You do not need to return the incorrect item.

told by them to use 1 box to ship both items back. The items apart were 1lb separated. Together they weighed 2.50 lbs., according to UPS. So, what they did with the other item sent is anyone's guest. But my receipt speaks for itself. When I tracked the item, it was signed by [redacted], and left at the dock.

online listing it appears they may be intentionally misleading customers.  They maintain this misleading listing across multiple sites ([redacted]).I expect them to respond to this aspect of the complaint and correct their misleading listings.

It is not wrong, the customer received what they ordered. We have addressed their claim, which is false. They may return the item OR they can order the tanks.Thank you.
