As previously stated, I received the original invoice at my home with a balance due. Someone took a pen and made a line through the balance due and wrote "no balance due". Any consumer could do this. I vacated the unit two days prior to the date of the invoice and was told I would receive an email showing the unit closed and no balance due. This has not occurred. Please correct your system and issue an invoice with the correct information.

I emailed the Revdex.com (at the email address [redacted].[redacted]) on 7/3/15 to give them an update on the situation. In that email I informed the Revdex.com I had gotten a response from U-Haul and was told I would get a refund, which I have already received. so the issue has been closed. amicable resolution. A refund for the agreed amount of $71.56 for the extra miles was issued back to her [redacted] account. He also asked her to email their tow bill for $80 for reimbursement. Mrs. [redacted] relayed she had told her driver to get the insurance and her driver thought she said no insurance. She will check with her driver before she emails her receipt.

I do not accept this response.  We called the location to verify our appointment and received no call back.  Myself, my mother, and boyfriend called several times between the hours of 1030 and 130. We spoke to a woman that was suppose to have the store call us back but never did.  Spoke to a man from another location who was going to try to reach our location and never got a call back  At 130 we were called and the technician questioned the 11p clock appointment and when I told him we never received a call he said that was because they were busy and he could fit me in if I still want it at 1:30 2.  I am more than confident that you can check your call logs on the day as well as we could provide our call logs on the day.  As a matter of fact, it was after [redacted] called in and complained that our appointment was not upheld when the technician finally called us. The only returned call we ever received.  overall it appears that uhaul does not care about their patrons time or happiness. Communication between channels is terrible. Even after issuing a complaint the stores response was to just throw it away because they were dealing with me face to face.

they're charging me late fees because of their illegal debit from my checking account.  I want the late fees waived.  I also was promised that I would be contacted by someone higher up at Uhaul besides customer service and have never been.

[redacted]’s concerns has been assigned to an adjuster for investigation.  The claim involves a non-U-Haul storage location and a U-Haul storage contract cannot be located to confirm Safestor Protection was purchased.  Our U-Haul dealer was contacted to verify information and contact has been made with Ms. [redacted].  She confirmed at no time did she report this matter to U-Haul.  Ms. Palladino stated they are currently waiting for documents from Ms. [redacted] for further review in order for them to determine what coverage was purchased and offer a more accurate response.   Our customers are very important to us and we regret to hear of situations that cause problems for them. I do not accept this resolution. I absolutely disagree about the condition of the vehicle. Furthermore, if your inspection people are giving such reports, they are deceiving their own management of the vehicle condition which just means you have much bigger problems than one dissatisfied customer. As I result, I can make sure that I will never rent from you again, and certainly will try to steer my friends from your firm.

that a refund for $50 was issued for his extra fuel along with an additional refund for the full rental fee of $136.20. The refunds were issued back to Mr. [redacted]’s [redacted] account and should post on his next credit card statement.
As we value Mr. [redacted] as a customer, we also sent him a $100 VIP Certificate that can be used toward a future purchase or rental on the many products and services U-Haul has to offer. We hope he will allow U-Haul to redeem itself in the future.
In addition to our basic truck and trailer rentals, we rent pick up trucks and cargo vans. We rent storage units, garden equipment and steam cleaners. We sell boxes, bubble pack, rope, tape and propane. We also sell and install permanent hitches.
